our wedding day. I knew from our initial consult that I wanted her to shoot our wedding. My husband isn't a big photo guy and Juliana had him at ease. She shot our engagement session and our wedding. On the day of our wedding she showed up almost an hour early and with several assistants to make sure she got all the detail shots as we got ready and at the venue. When it came to family and wedding party photos, she was a well-oiled machine and was ahead of schedule so everyone had a chance to enjoy cocktail hour. During our reception, Juliana had already edited some photos from the day and had them playing in a slideshow on her iPad at the bar for our guests to see. She had me in tears when she sent us our full album. The photos are gorgeous and I relive our wedding day every time I look at them.

On our wedding day, her and her second shooter, Rachel Van Anglen (also a blast to work with), were so accommodating. She kept everything and everyone extremely organized and injected so much positive energy into our day. The cherry on top was during the reception: she put a slideshow on her iPad of a few sample photos she already edited and set it up at the bar for everyone to see. It was such a huge hit. To say Juliana went above and beyond for us on our wedding day doesn't do it justice. We couldn't be more thankful for her and our beautiful wedding photos.

She not only is so personable and easy to work with, she is a genuine person, who just wants the couple to enjoy their day. She was VERY organized and on top of everything. No detail was missed. Something that my in laws loved about her is how organized she was at the end of the ceremony with pictures. I have a large extended family and she was able to get all the pictures and call everyone by name to get this done within the time constraint. My wedding was held in the middle of the pandemic and I could not have asked for a someone so patient during this time. Everything was up in the air. Reception space etc and Juliana was giving us recommendations to check out for plans B,C, and D. My husband is in the military and was getting ready to leave for an extended period of time right after our wedding. She was BEYOND patient with me as I/we had to navigate through this time. If you want not only a wonderful photographer who takes stunning photos, but an even better human, Juliana is the one your are looking for :)

Having the ability to track all the details in one place, including our communication, was such a relief when planning. On the day of the wedding she had our formal pictures done with every single variation of family within 40 minutes and we had a great time throughout. It never felt forced or draining. She was beyond helpful in organizing our wedding album and parent albums; we had so many questions, and she was so patient with us. You will be blown away by Juliana as your wedding photographer!

Throughout the entire process she was so positive, communicative and even gave us a timeline! The whole day Julianna knew exactly how to make us feel like we were just hanging out with a friend and take away any nerves that may have been there. Truly working with her was so fun! We had a Catholic church ceremony with a Mass and she captured some beautiful shots, but was so discreet that you barely noticed she was present. We had a tight budget, but she was worth every penny. The day we met Juliana she got out of the car, hugged us, and by the end of one cup of coffee it was like we were sitting with someone we've known for years. Since the day we met her (almost one year before our wedding) Juliana sent thoughtful emails, and fun reminders about our big day and how to get ready for it! When Covid derailed our plans, Juliana was more than understanding, and helped us reroute our plans from a large wedding, to our micro wedding! Juliana sent reminders and tips to help us with everything! From things as major as helping us to schedule out our day perfectly, to the little details like getting extra blooms from our florist for detail shots! Juliana thinks of all the things you aren't thinking of to make sure you don't miss a single detail or plan for your day to ensure it is perfect! On our actual wedding day, Juliana was a true dream. She showed up early and ready to go! She ensured everything was photographed and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Due to Covid, we never got engagement photos taken, so our wedding day was our first day being photographed! Juliana's instructions of how to pose created perfect photos that we literally cannot get enough of! We got so many compliments from friends and family that our photographs are magazine material, and that is all Juliana's work! She is truly brilliant at creating natural looking photos not weird posed photos! With all of this being said, the most impressive part of Juliana's service (can you believe there is more?!) was after our wedding. She had photos to us before we went to bed the night of our wedding and a preview that was WAY more than a preview THREE days later! Juliana was able to get our full gallery to us within 2 weeks!! We are in love with all the photos!! Even better than more photos? We are having a wedding re do next year with all of our family and friends and we get the pleasure of working with Juliana again! We already warned Juliana; she is stuck with us forever! We cannot wait to have her capture our lives together as our family grows!!
