Juice Box

Juicebox was FANTASTIC. Before the wedding, it was easy to reach Jay and have a few conversations about the band and our wedding. All of our interactions were super friendly, organized and professional, which alone would have been great. More importantly, they were absolutely incredible the day of our wedding. We asked Juicebox to emcee, play some instrumentals during cocktail hour, and then play a set after dinner for dancing.   Again on the professionalism - they were there early doing their setup and soundcheck, and then nailed all of the little details we had discussed leading up to the event.  Then they absolutely killed it when they took the stage. They played a great mix of songs and medleys. Our guests of all ages absolutely loved what they were playing (it was fun seeing the boomers tear up the dance floor). Towards the end of the night, they leaned a bit more heavily into covering songs we personally love which was incredibly fun. They are great musicians and performers. We’ve gotten so many compliments from our guests about Juicebox and we are SO glad that they played our wedding. 

We hired Juicebox for our 9/20 wedding after seeing them play at a local brewery earlier in the year. Our reception was also at a brewery so we wanted to keep the vibes a bit more casual than you'd expect with a traditional venue but still wanted our guests out on the dance floor the whole night. My husband and I were admittedly torn at first because as much as we wanted live music, we also wanted that elevated party energy that you usually only get with a DJ - but Juicebox absolutely brought that energy. From the moment they started playing, our guests were dancing and the energy never fell over the next 3 hours. We loved the combination of 2010s pop music that reminded us of our college days mixed in with classics that had our older family members grooving but also newer top 40 hits that brought the house down. One of the top moments of the night was definitely Pink Pony Club!! Our guests were talking about how awesome the music was all night and in the days that followed. Jay & Nick were also incredibly easy to work with leading up to the event - super approachable and flexible, extremely professional and reliable. They seemed to understand what we wanted from the beginning and met every expectation. We HIGHLY recommend Juicebox for your wedding if you have a crowd that loves to dance. While they were perfect for our brewery reception, I can also imagine them being an awesome fit for a more traditional or formal venue setting, there is so much versatility in what they do. Juicebox brought the party and we are so grateful for their involvement in our big day. 10/10 experience every step of the way!!
