JJE planning helped save my wedding!!!! Danielle was my lead planner/coordinator. The package we chose included tons of incredible planning resources and multiple meetings to help ...
me get started on my wedding. At the three months out mark, I finally felt like I could breathe because I knew Danielle would come in and help me handle all the background details and vendor meetings. Beyond that, when my venue cancelled a week and a half before my wedding, she was so wonderful and quick to handle the refund process with our original venue AND have multiple back up options with quotes and details as soon as she told me we had to change venues. If not for her and her team, I would’ve panicked and I’m not sure the wedding would’ve even happened on the original date. On the day of, she was professional and fun and such a great friend to have throughout the day! We also had a Catholic wedding Mass, which she coordinated beautifully! Danielle truly saved my wedding and handled everything perfectly. I was hesitant to hire a planner and didn’t think I really needed one, but I couldn’t be more grateful for Joyful Journey Engagements!!!
Joyful Journey Engagements did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish! They were always available whenever we had questions, incredibly thorough with every detail, and comp...
letely on top of everything throughout the entire process. Their organization and responsiveness made everything feel smooth and stress-free.
A special shoutout to Selina — she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We truly felt supported every step of the way. Highly recommend Joyful Journey Engagements to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares and delivers outstanding service!
Danielle was super professional, friendly, and helpful during our “power hour” call. She thoughtfully took the time to get to know us as a couple and understand our priorities, tri...
umphs, and challenges in regards to our wedding planning. She also made some phenomenal vendor recommendations we hadn’t heard of online before, like Creative Hands Catering, who we were so lucky to have found through her after countless disappointments with previous catering tastings we’ve been to with vendors we had tried finding on our own. She was also super thorough in following up after the fact, ensuring we felt heard and had the opportunity to ask questions and get all the support we needed. She even managed to create an entire wedding day timeline within our call and provide us tons of useful questions to ask vendors as we progress in our planning and things to keep in mind we never would’ve come up with ourselves to ensure the big day goes smoothly! 10/10 would recommend😊
Danielle and her team were spectacular. I tried to plan my wedding without help but ultimately realized I’d need support if I wanted to enjoy my day fully. Joyful Journey Engagemen...
ts was the perfect amount of coordination I needed. We used the Day of Coordination service and Danielle gave our event undivided and careful attention. She was ON IT. We had about 4 meetings prior to our wedding, she attended a venue walk through and was extremely responsive over text and email. I had already done most of the planning — venue, decorations, event layout, vendors, invites, website — but Danielle asked all the questions I wasn’t thinking about. She was fantastic with timelines, logistics and details. Having her with us during our venue walkthrough was very helpful - she made sure things like dj hook ups, set up logistics, food details were all sorted.
She seamlessly took over communication with our vendors, day before rehearsal and tied up all final loose ends. Danielle gave me complete peace of mind and gave me the gift of relaxation of my wedding day.
She made sure my vision came to life and clarified details with me if anything was unclear.
I truly cannot thank Danielle and her team enough. My family members also commented on how on top of they were.
For anyone questioning bringing on help - do it! And choose Joyful Journey Engagements. Hiring them was the BEST decision I made.
I got engaged in February 2024, and my wedding was on October 26, 2024. I believe I booked Danielle June 2024 for the day of the genie package on short notice due to my poor time m...
anagement. Danielle and her husband were excellent throughout the whole process. It truly felt like I had a friend during this stressful time, and Danielle was super organized and checked everything off the list. She was reassuring that my event would be fun and beautifully decorated. I recommend having a wedding coordinator at your wedding, and I 100 percent recommend Danielle at yours. Despite my low budget, Danielle was able to work with it and worked through curveballs such as my lack of communication and time management. Danielle went above and beyond for my wedding, and I am truly grateful and blessed to have hired her. Not only did I hear compliments from vendors/ makeup artists but also from my family and guests. My father pointed out that during my wedding, Danielle did not leave my side, and she was able to communicate efficiently with my husbands and my side of the family, who only speak Spanish. I only recommend booking Danielle months in advance to avoid any last-minute decisions because vendors get booked quickly. Danielle and her team also beautifully decorated the reception at my home. Danielle brought my vision to life, and it radiated elegance.
A joyful journey it truly was!
