paid for my wedding bouquet to be preserved and my MOH dropped my bouquet off at their specified location. Unfortunately, they have completely ghosted me. I have emailed them, left a message through the knot, and have left multiple voicemails. I have not heard anything from them and it has now been a year since my wedding. Very unfortunate since I lost something sentimental from my wedding and a couple hundred dollars.
