About this vendor
Journey Home Films is a wedding film business dedicated to creating a culture that inspires humans to connect more deeply, to honor the fragility of our existence, and to force a lens of perspective and priority through honesty, trusting relationships and filmmaking.
We love the union of marriage. This one moment where two people choose to become one. We hope to provide an experience that deepens our couple's presence, documents their day and provides an heirloom of their love for all of time.
We emphasize wedding days are not about wedding photos or videos, they are about you, your friends and your family. It's about all the moments, good and bad, that have led up to this moment. The people who have held your head when your crying and the people who have celebrated the greatest of joys. It's about this one day when all those people are here for you. That's what matters to us. The moments. Sorry, not the epic shots or the trendy photo. If it doesn't matter in ten years then it doesn't matter now. That's what we're about. Right here, right now. Forever.
If this struck a chord with you we would love to get to know your unique story.

pture the wedding day, he tells a story. A story that includes family, friends, and details that I have never seen done before in wedding films. Aaron puts time into getting to know you and your partner, identifying your values and what makes you special as a couple. I am beyond thankful that there are vendors in the wedding industry like Aaron. Hire him and his team- you will be so glad you did!!

pher and we are SO glad that he did! Our video captures so many fun memories and we will definitely cherish it. It was so amazing being able to re-live such an important day of our lives, especially since it goes by so quickly the day of the wedding. Aaron went above and beyond what we expected. He even went on the boat with my husband and his friends in order to get some good footage for personalizing the video!! If you are considering a videographer, then Aaron should definitely be your man to go to!

Oh goodness, where do I begin? Aaron captured the components of our wedding day that were dearest to us and to be honest, I don’t believe I even told Aaron about all of them. He ...
was able to pick out personal parts of our day and pair them with the traditional wedding moments and craft them into a beautiful seven-minute film. My absolute favorite part would be when Aaron filmed our pastor saying, “You all have had great examples of love… strong, enduring love in your life”, laid over a sequence of shots of our grandparents and parents on their wedding days. He picked up on the significance of family for us and thoughtfully and eloquently highlighted that in our film. Similarly, another favorite part would be the clip where I showed my grandmother that I was wearing her mother’s wedding ring and the embrace that followed. Aaron captured these meaningful moments down to small details of the day and we could not be more pleased with all the parts of our wedding film.
5+/5! Could not say enough great things about Aaron!! He created the most beautiful wedding film, effectively piecing all the special moments from our day together perfectly! We wi...

special day! With that being said, I wanted the best of the best and that is by far what I got! Aaron not only does an amazing job capturing amazing footage but also making me feel 100% comfortable throughout the entire process. It can be intimidating with a camera on you but he does an amazing job to make it very comfortable and casual. I got more footage than expected and have plenty of videos to watch to remember our perfect wedding day! I can’t thank Aaron enough for being the perfect videographer and capturing our special day for us! Highly recommend!!! He is the best!

chose Aaron to capture our big day! Especially as I was walking up onto the alter and my nose started to bleed, the mic on my husband picked up some choice words!
We also were one of the first couples to get to use his Crossroads Photo Booth, our guests loved getting a chance to use it and we loved having all of the pictures to look back on!

ally professional, listened to everything we wanted and needed out of this video. He went above and beyond anything we could have expected. The video itself was perfect. It was exactly what we needed. He was able to capture our whole purpose into this heart wrenching, emotional 3 minute video. People still ask to this day who made it for us.
His work with weddings is incredible. Everytime I see one of his works from a wedding I cry a little. Even when I have no idea who the people are. He has a way of capturing everything and spotlighting the best moments of your big day.
When I was planning my wedding a couple years ago, i opted not to have a video done. We were already above budget and I just didnt think I needed to spare the expense. I woke up the morning of my wedding regretting that decision. My wedding was 2 years ago and it is still the biggest mistake of my life.
You will not be disappointed when hiring Journey Home Films.

specially the unspoken hidden moments we seemed to overlook during the craziness of the day. I'm so glad we spent the extra money and invested in a videographer. I love our photos but the video captures the true essence of our daughter's special day.
