She was incredibly organized, proactive, responsive, and always several steps ahead of us. During the six weeks leading up to the wedding, she became such a huge help in keeping everything moving and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. She took care of things we didn’t even realize needed to be done, anticipated questions and potential issues before they came up, and kept us on track when we otherwise would have been overwhelmed. Planning a wedding is a lot on its own, but doing it while raising two young children made it even more challenging. Dani understood that and was incredibly helpful in keeping us organized, pushing us when we needed it, and taking things off our plate so we could focus on our family and actually enjoy the experience. And then on the wedding day, Dani was incredible. She handled all of the coordination with our vendors and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. In just six months, she helped us review and select vendors, worked closely with each vendor and our venue to create an incredibly detailed and seamless timeline, and was instrumental in bringing all of the moving pieces of our wedding together. I utilized JoAnna as a month-of coordinator for her support for the 6 weeks leading up to my wedding, and from the time she started she quickly got herself integrated with my existing team of vendors. There was nothing out of bounds for JoAnna - she took on the contact and booking of last minute services, coordinated timeline and outstanding items with all of our vendors, gave guidance on design and event flow, and was available round the clock for consultation. Her value became more and more apparent as our events neared. I was a bride who liked to be very hands-on and involved in my planning from the start, but JoAnna allowed for the day-of logistics to be removed from my plate, and allowed for me to really have a stress-free week leading up to my wedding, and stress-free wedding weekend. We hosted two large events - a Friday sangeet and a Saturday wedding ceremony/reception, both with separate venues, vendors, and logistics - and JoAnna kept both running exceptionally smoothly, in a way that made for an amazing weekend for my husband and I, as well as our families and our vendors. It was incredibly helpful to have her join further in advance and finalize everything for us ahead of time so on the day itself, execution would be seamless. And on the wedding day itself, Danielle and her assistant, Alyssa, did just that. Everything went so smoothly and when there were hiccups along the way, Danielle and Alyssa solved it faster than you could blink. For example, at the church, we had petals for the flower girl but the basket was nowhere to be found. Within 2 minutes, Danielle turned up with a basket that was a perfect size for a 3 year old to carry! Not sure where she found it, but what a problem solver she is! Also, all our vendors were thrilled to be working with Jordan Michelle Events which is a testament to the quality of their team and reputation in the industry. Definitely recommend booking JME for your wedding! They truly made my life easier and executed on the day itself so my husband and I could enjoy and not have to worry on the details.

On the day of the wedding, Elizabeth and Brianna were invaluable to the day running smoothly. There were definitely some hiccups along the way, but we don’t even really know what they were because Elizabeth and Brianna handled them all discretely and efficiently. They were so prepared with every tool (including a stitch gun, fashion tape, and scissors, which were needed to unexpectedly cut my dress), and were such experts in how the day should go. They also handled so much, between carting wedding decor and supplies to/from the venue while we got ready and went to the after party, picking up our wedding cake, and setting everything up based on our vision. Honestly the best spent part of our wedding budget, and we are just so grateful!

Like many of the other testimonials below, our wedding was one with many moving pieces and Jordan helped us pull off the backyard wedding we could only dream of. From the first steps of supplying a list of recommended vendors for everything we needed to the final day of coordination, Jordan knocked it out of the park. Every vendor they suggested was incredible - caterer, band, rentals, photography, florist, bakery, rehearsal dinner, you name it. The JME teams connections are top notch and they did not miss for our wedding. Then Jordan’s communication, planning organization and cadence are essentially perfect. Without her organization and flexibility, we would have been able to stay on top of everything and kept the entire process stress free. We could go on and go but the last thing we wanted to mention was how much we valued Jordan’s ability to seamlessly address and adapt to the needs of our specific wedding. Lauren was in a separate car on her way to the vow location and I called her up to let her know I had forgotten my vows. It’s safe to say that as soon as Lauren showed up on the day of our wedding, I no longer had to stress or even think about how the day would go. She somehow managed to be everywhere at once and tackle so many things throughout the day such as driving all of our decor over to the venue, dropping off a thank you card we had forgotten to give to the staff at our welcome reception for the night before, supporting the venue staff in decor set up, and so much more. She helped me focus on logistical/timeline details that I hadn't given much thought to. She also communicated with our outside vendors to clarify details, confirm arrival/departure, and troubleshoot when necessary. On the day of she helped set up "DIY" type things that I couldn't physically be there to set up (i.e. welcome sign, place cards, lantern lights, small decor details, etc.). She helped troubleshoot a rain plan and thoughtfully arrived at our hotel with a beautiful white umbrella for our misty wedding day photos. She made sure the timeline ran smoothly once the reception started, gave out our tips at the end of the night, and helped with countless other tasks! It definitely alleviates a lot of stress knowing that you have a professional there to act as a point person on the day of. My husband and I were able to enjoy the day in a much different way knowing we had someone there to help run the show/help with any issues that might pop up. I would definitely recommend :)
