was able to truly enjoy my wedding day without worrying about any logistics because I knew she had everything covered. She is organized, professional and strict when she needs to be. She kept me on track and calmed my nerves when I needed it. She worked with all my vendors to create a perfect timeline and the entire day went so well. I could not have done it without her. I would highly recommend Barbara and her team to anyone!

he went above and beyond to make sure every detail was covered. Her organization skills are unmatched—she kept us on track, made planning feel so much less overwhelming, and truly thought of everything before we even had to ask. It was clear how much she cared about making our day perfect, and we’re so grateful for the time, energy, and heart she put into it all. On the day of the wedding, Christy stepped in as our lead and absolutely nailed it. She was calm, focused, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We didn’t have to worry about a thing—she had it all handled, and that allowed us to just be present and enjoy every moment. Both Barbara and Christy were such a huge part of what made our day feel effortless and joyful. We truly can’t thank them enough!

l, communication, and passion for what she does made our wedding day on March 8, 2025 truly wonderful & unforgettable. She listened to our ideas, brought her own expertise, and worked diligently to bring our vision to life. Her calm and assertive demeanor on the wedding day was a godsend, ensuring everything ran smoothly and stress-free. We cannot recommend Joined By Love Wedding Planning enough! Thank you, Barbara, for making our wedding dreams come true! You are the absolute best!

nswer any questions I had. She met with me regularly, responded to emails quickly, and made sure every little detail was covered leading up to the big day. But what truly sets Barbara apart is how she handled everything seamlessly when things didn’t go as planned—because let’s be real, something always does! As the bride, I had no clue when anything went wrong because she took care of it before I even had a chance to notice. I got to fully enjoy my wedding day without a single worry, and that peace of mind is priceless. Barbara is the definition of a seasoned professional. She keeps everything moving, stays calm under pressure, and makes sure you feel supported every step of the way. If you're looking for someone who will have your back and make your wedding day as smooth and stress-free as possible—Barbara is the one!

erfect venue (thanks to her stellar recommendation), we had to make a major shift—suddenly, we were planning our big day in just four months. One call to Barbara, and without hesitation, she was all in. She took every TikTok inspo video, every idea we threw her way, and every feeling we had about our wedding and turned it into reality. Every single vendor? She made it happen exactly to our liking. And let’s talk about the day itself—absolute perfection. Throughout the night, we were flooded with compliments from our guests, and we owe it all to Barbara’s expertise. What we loved most is that she means business—she’s upfront, honest, and realistic about what can and can’t happen, which made the entire process so much smoother. Honestly, it felt like she had been planning our wedding for a year, even though she pulled it off in just a few months. And if that wasn’t enough, she even helped us plan our honeymoon sorta—something that wasn’t even in her job description! When we sat down for our post-wedding exit interview, we struggled to come up with a single improvement because she truly nailed every aspect of the planning process. If you’re looking for a wedding planner who knows how to get things done flawlessly, Barbara is the one. We’d recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a stress-free, perfectly executed wedding day!

set up everything for us. All we had to do was sign! It was a dream to have someone with as much experience as Barbra. The day of the wedding, her and her team were on the go and everything flowed so easily. She surely did out do herself and over exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much, Barbra. I will always remember our special day with you included!

long for me to realize that she is worth her weight in gold!!! She is awesome!! Easy to work with and made the day of the wedding go so smooth, it was a very stress free day. I highly recommend using Joined by Love, you will not regret the decision.

nt with me, answered every question, and tackled so many things that I hadn’t even thought about. She truly made it such a special day for us. If there is a problem, Barbara and her team will find a way to fix it! We were short one bouquet for the wedding party and Barbara made a bouquet from all of the other arrangements. She kept to our schedule and made sure everything was done in a timely manner! 10/10 would recommend this team. They truly go above and beyond.

important to us. We visited with a couple of wedding planners and something about Barbara gave us all the right feelings. Then we go to know her and she felt like family. She’s easy to talk too, listens, cares, and works hard to make our dream day happen. During the wedding things happened - and Barbara handled everything. Our day went smoothly and was so fun because of the work Barbara did. She probably doesn’t get paid enough for what she puts up with lol! We are so glad our paths crossed and we miss chatting with her so often. She is the best - we are so glad we hired her - we would recommend her - and we miss her 💕

the BEST way to do the most special inside wedding. She will be your biggest cheerleader!! I HIGHLY recommend her!!

vendors that she recommended were all top notch and did an amazing job. She was always available throughout the planning process for phone or zoom calls and was never hesitant to answer questions and steer us in the right direction. On the day of the wedding, she and her crew took care of every single detail. I was able to enjoy the day with my daughter and savor every moment. Thank you Barbara for helping us create so many beautiful memories!

ell, is patient with MOB nerves & anxiety, and managed every detail at the wedding. We enjoyed working with Barbara and would definitely recommend her!

ing Day. If anything went wrong, I am not aware of it because she managed everything and made it look effortless. We had an amazing team of vendors and our wedding was a dream! She was there whenever I needed to talk to her to bounce ideas off of, or to calm my stress. We did not want a traditional cake, so she went above and beyond to pick up our cheesecake from the bakery, and decorated it for us the day of! Barbara not only knows exactly how the day needs to go, she is full of wisdom and helpful information along the way. We can’t thank you enough Barbara! ❤️ Huge shoutout to you and Tina for making our day such a success.

of the event a magical day to remember for the rest of our lives. When my daughter first got engaged, I thought I could handle everything myself, keep it simple, etc. However, even with a simple wedding, there were too many moving pieces and parts, and without Barbara and her team, I would not have been able to enjoy my daughter's day. The team took care of all of the big and little details that I would not have thought to consider. They gave me cost saving tips that helped our budget. The little things that made a BIG difference...helping with napkins, rehearsing with the guys over and over until they "got it right," and making sure the bride and groom immediately had a drink and bite to eat as soon as the ceremony was over made us feel so cared for and special. Barbara knew the special family at the event and made sure the photographer captured unique moments. I have such and appreciation and gratitude for Barbara and her team and highly recommend them. My second daughter will be engaged soon, and I will be signing up with Joined by Love again! Thank you for making our day so special! We love you guys!

ay and put our minds at ease that we were not forgetting something important. Looking back at the reception live streaming recording we can see Barbara and her assistant buzzing around the room making things happen. In the moment, we were blissfully unaware that there was anything that needed “doing”. ❤️

organized, I get easily overwhelmed, and I hate confrontation. Not to mention that we were planning a wedding in Dallas while living in Chicago. From our first meeting with Barbara, we knew we found the right coordinator. She was kind and friendly, but had a no-nonsense attitude. She walked us through our planning timeline, answered all my many questions, and was able to make us feel much more comfortable with the whole process. Any time we had an issue with a vendor, a last minute problem, anything at all - Barbara was able to handle it. Then the day of - Barbara and her assistant Patience had our event running smoothly all night. They coordinated vendors, guided guests, and anticipated needs so my husband and I were able to just relax and take it all in. Thank you Barbara - we wouldn't have been able to pull this wedding off without you!

p of everything and will make sure you stay on track yourself. I would recommend her to anyone planning their wedding day.

ning myself, thinking I could save money and put that budget elsewhere. As time went on I realized I could not do it all myself without losing my mind. Enter Barbara and que the angelic chorus! I initially reached out to her for Day-Of-Coordination, since I had made decent headway on my own and had most of my vendors booked. After taking me on as a client Barbara helped me figure out all the planning items I didn't even know I was missing. She is extremely on top of things and communicates well. She is to the point and knows what she is doing. Every planning meeting made me feel less frazzled and more in control, with a clear path forward. Her knowledge and familiarity with the Wedding Industry were very helpful in keeping me on track. She truly cares about each and every one of her couples. On our wedding Day, she sent out Patience and Macarena as our coordinators and we could not be happier with them. They are professional, dependable, and really worked well with our other vendors for a smooth flow of the day. They even thwarted a potential issue without even batting an eye or letting us know there was a problem - we had a donut wall and the donut vendor cancelled on us while we were getting married at the church. Patience & Macarena were aware of our donut wall plans and went ahead and found another vendor on the spot to supply donuts when they realized the original donuts were not showing up and we were due to be at the reception venue soon. Joined by Love Wedding planning was amazing to work with and I would highly recommend them to any couple!

1,800, and I liked the support 6 months out. We had meetings monthly via Zoom. Barbara is communicative and honest with reception, design, and ceremony recommendations.

ections to vendors who offer high quality services. She was there to guide us through the selection process and choose the best vendors for us. This made me feel so relieved and I enjoyed planning! Our vendor team turned out to be amazing! Barbara was there with us every step of the way to answer questions and guide us through the complexities of planning. Barbara is dependable and organized. She saved us so much energy and headaches by coordinating with vendors, scheduling, providing suggestions on services to use, and organizing the moving pieces of the event .She consistently communicated with us whether it was a phone call, zoom call, email or in person which made me feel taken care of and kept me sane. If I had any questions at all she would be sure to answer them gladly( I had many questions regarding decisions: colors of florals, linens, table set up, you name it). She went above and beyond! Barbara and Patience were there on our wedding day and they handled absolutely everything from decoration setup to vendor coordination (to even making sure we had a to-go plate for the day after our wedding) so that we did not have to think or worry while we were getting ready. Our families and wedding party got to have fun and enjoy the day. I cannot thank Barbara enough for making our wedding planning experience and our wedding day easy and fun! She gladly reassured me when I was worried and helped me focus on the important tasks. She fostered a space where my spouse and I had fun and bonded while planning opposed to planning being a stressor for us. Barbara has an innate ability to read people and situations very well. This characteristic is something that cannot be taught so to have this in a wedding planner was priceless. Barbara`s attention to detail, organization, communication, proactivity, commitment are unmatched. Barbara is extremely personable, reliable, and really advocates for her clients. She takes the time to understand what is meaningful to us on our big day. We seriously could not have done it without Barbara and her team Joined By Love truly who ensures their clients are taken care of and executes their job professionally and passionately! I would highly recommend anyone planning a wedding to use Joined By Love Wedding Planning, Barbara is incredible! Joined By Love was truly worth the investment!

but quickly realized that there was far too much for me to handle on my own. Barbara came to my rescue and I can confidently say that her services are worth EVERY penny. One of the things I appreciated most about Barbara is that she has good connections with many reliable vendors, giving me a vetted list of high-quality services within my budget. Initially overwhelmed by the abundance of vendor options available online, I was relieved to have Barbara’s expertise to guide me through the selection process. Her experience working alongside various vendors made it easy for her to provide us with the best options to choose from. Barbara's talent for keeping the peace during wedding planning was genuinely remarkable. She effortlessly took charge of dealing with relatives who had last-minute demands for menu changes and attempts to override decisions we had already made. Her sweet but firm approach made it clear that it was our wedding and any changes must be approved by us first. She helped me feel secure and unworried about being pressured. Barbara's organizational skills are truly impressive. She reached out to vendors for price quotes, helped me keep track of the payment schedule and read over contracts. She regularly communicated with the vendors, ensuring that they were ready; she created a day-of timeline for everyone involved to guarantee that everything runs smoothly. Her ability to look at the venue and visualize all of the various components together (including floral displays, table linens, decorations, placement of tables, DJ, photo booth, cake, etc.) was extremely helpful. She is available 99% of the time and provides regular email communication, phone calls, Zoom calls, and even in-person meetings. She provides bi-weekly and weekly meetings to touch base (and to keep your sanity intact). If I had any questions at all, she had the answers and was always happy to fill me in. Barbara’s thoughtfulness and consideration for our wedding were out of this world! She made me feel like I was her only client, providing an impressive amount of time and energy to ensure our wedding was perfect. She was planning and coordinating six other weddings at the same time, but I never would have guessed it! I cannot thank Barbara enough for making my wedding planning experience and special day a breeze. She eased my anxieties and helped me focus on the important tasks. Her dedication, attention to detail, and organizational skills are unparalleled. She delivers 110% on every service she offers. I highly recommend Barbara and Joined By Love Wedding Planning to anyone in need of a wedding planner. She is absolutely worth her weight in gold, and was truly my saving grace for the last six months; I am forever grateful for her services.

ck ins far in advance from that. She would schedule time for us to hop on calls, answer any and all of our questions, updated us with the vendors and tasks she was working on, and overall remained very productive with our time together. She was always available to answer my questions and was very honest with us about her previous experience working at our venue. Despite previous challenges, she stepped up to the plate and discussed how she would approach our wedding to be as prepared as possible. She set reasonable expectations with us and went above and beyond on her services. She was so timely with everything and was very detail oriented when it came to all of our contracts, day of timeline, and communication with our vendors. Barbara and Maca serviced us on our wedding day, showed up early, and worked their hardest ALL DAY. The amount of work they both put into making our day the best for us is something we cannot thank her enough for. Even with working with a difficult venue coordinator and our officiant not showing up, she remained the utmost professional and problem solved so quickly. I had no clue any of these stressors or problems were happening and Barbara and her team are who I owe for navigating these and allowing me and my husband to enjoy a stress free day. Hiring a wedding planner is a vendor I would highly encourage to help your wedding day run smoothly, and Barbara with Joined by Love is a MUST. I am recommending her to all my friends and family members who would be getting married locally because she is dependable, trustworthy, and the hardest worker.

s and keep us on track without the added pressure. She is very knowledgeable, organized and flexible. Our wedding was a well oiled machine from start to finish. Finally unpacking all the wedding things almost 6 months later and still thanking her for keeping everything so well organized and neatly packaged. Thank you so much Barbara and Joined with love. ❤️ The Padillas

er planner!!

ond helpful when it came to making sure we were on track with the planning process and recommending vendors when we needed help. Each and every vendor that she recommended was top notch and we were so grateful to have her input. She was caring and encouraging during the planning process but also realistic and budget conscious. Overall we wouldn't have had the amazing day we did without her! We highly recommend her for all your planning needs! Thank you Barbara!

h of information and was extremely responsive to emails throughout the planning process. She offered helpful tips and advice, and I took comfort knowing I could rely on her. Thanks to Barbara, the day went so smoothly, despite an unexpected 20-degree temperature drop and rainy and windy conditions that caused a change in plans and moved the ceremony indoors. I am truly grateful to her for making my day stress-free. I highly recommend you hire Barbara and her team to make your special day a stress-free success!

dinator so that our families could truly enjoy our wedding day. From the first minute I started talking to Barbara I knew she would be my wedding coordinator. Barbara is organized, has great communication, is well-connected in DFW, and goes above and beyond to help her brides. Even though I booked Barbara for “Month of Coordination” she was there beside me as soon as I booked with her (15 months before wedding day). She helped me find amazing vendors, kept me calm through all the wedding stress and madness, provided guidance through my MILLION questions, and met with me several times in person and on the phone prior to our wedding day. I added two full-day assistants and a tear-down crew for the wedding day through Barbara. Our wedding day went flawlessly – Barbara took all the stress away and there were no glitches (at least that I knew about). I would HIGHLY recommend Barbara to any future bride. She will take care of you and treat you like family. My only regret is not getting a picture with Barbara on the wedding day.

ecial day for us! We are forever grateful!

ntil the wedding was over. From finding vendors and handling all the contracts to conducting every small detail on our special day, we didn’t worry about a thing with Barbara’s team in charge. I HIGHLY recommend working with Joined By Love.

always responded quickly and met with me any time I needed her. Even my bridesmaids made comments after the wedding how amazing she was. Barbara made it happen and made my day even better than I could have imagined!

ct, she was the first... on the very day I sent the request! She offered me a plethora of knowledge/useful information over the phone, long before we met in person to see if we were a fit for one another! I loved her straightforward personality, and the fact that she was a true expert in her chosen field ~ which made it very easy to decide to hire her! If you are looking for someone who can help you plan your special day, from start to finish, and keep you on track, look no further! Or do! I think you will be pleasantly surprised at her professionalism and the attention she will give you in answering all your questions, being available when you call and making sure that your day is the best day of your life... that you will decide right away that SHE's YOUR GIRL! She definitely makes you feel special! You don't know, what you don't know... and Barbara has planned so many weddings, she will think of things to ask you that you may never have thought of! And for that, I am very grateful! The venue couldn't have been set up more beautifully! It was like a fairy-tale come true! Thank you again, Barbara, for all you did to make our daughter and new son-in-law's wedding day magical!! We couldn't have done it without you!

rtantly, she genuinely cares about her clients and makes sure they are getting absolutely everything that their heart desires, while also bringing in sound logic and with her years of experience. You'd be a fool not to hire her for your special day.

e and fun wedding without her! Thank you Barbara for your hard work and making our wedding a dream!

and her team everything went along smoothly and we were able to enjoy the wedding with no worries at all.

udgeting & vendors but also with any additional décor items I needed. I HIGHLY recommend having her for your special day!

n, she has been by our side past the 30 days guarantee to help us with vendors. She is super knowledgeable, and will help you find and pick all the right vendors to fit your dream wedding. She makes sure all the vendors have a timeline and know what time they should arrive day of. She makes sure everything goes as planned and on schedule. Highly recommend using her for your wedding!

mmend her enough!

p of all the vendor communications. She maintained control of the reception to the point that our venue invited her to be on their preferred list. As the MOB I didn't realize just how much pressure this took off of me on our daughter's special night. The reception went off without a single hitch, and I was able to enjoy myself!

Barbara guided and always led us in the right direction! She started out by listening to our ideas and vision for my daughter’s moody fairytale wedding, and then she helped to create for us what that day would look like. She came up with suggestions that complimented the theme. One idea she had was for a horse and carriage, which ended up being one of the most special and memorable parts of the wedding! Barbara vetted and sent us all the vendors, and there were many. This was so important, because it would have been very time consuming had we done this. She spent hours upon hours finding the best vendors for us in a short period of time. All the vendors she found for us were amazing! For example, the florist designed the most beautifully themed flowers, and the caterer was excellent! Guests said it was the best wedding food they ever had! She kept updated timelines for all the vendors, including when signatures were needed and when money was owed. She made it so easy! Barbara was a joy to work with! She was thorough, detail oriented, upbeat and supportive! She called every week to keep us up to date on everything, answer questions, make any changes, and basically keep everyone and everything moving along. She also emailed us several times a week, and she was fast with getting back with any questions or concerns. She was always there for us, and there didn’t seem to be anything she couldn’t handle. On the wedding day, we arrived at the venue at 10:00 that morning, and Barbara and her staff were already setting up. She directed all the vendors, and Barbara and her staff worked so hard the whole day! Only an experienced, dedicated and passionate wedding planner could have so effortlessly put this together and then flawlessly executed this once in a lifetime event! She designed the most beautiful outdoor cocktail and sitting areas, because she knew that was important to me! The sofas, chairs, tables, rugs, tablecloths, flowers and plants all came together so beautifully in such an elegant yet eclectic way! The inside reception area looked like something out of a magazine! The flowers and table settings were absolutely stunning the way it all came together!! She designed the layout of the inside and outside areas! We had a dj, cocktail tent, inside dinner, an artist, a hot air balloon, 2 dessert tables, after hour food, and more. Barbara designed the perfect timeline for the wedding, reception and the activities. Everything went smoothly, and nothing overpowered or interfered with the other. Nothing went wrong, and if it did, Barbara handled everything! The guests all had a wonderful time, and everyone raved about the food and activities. Barbara and her devoted staff spent the day tending to every detail small and large. She was so in control of everything, and the wedding was as perfect as it could be! My daughter and her husband said it was the most beautiful and perfect wedding they could have had! My husband and I thought the same way, and all the guests we talked to enjoyed themselves immensely! Barbara was worth every penny and way more! There’s no way we could have done this without her! She gave my daughter and her husband the most special, lovely and memorable day! Thank you Barbara and staff!! 🥂

e saved us so much time, effort, and money; we already had some vendors picked out when we contacted them, and their alternate referrals saved us more than we paid for their services. Knowledge and experience in this industry is everything, and these folks know their stuff. We felt that Barbara and Macarena really cared about our wedding as much as we did. It was obvious their first interest was to make sure everything was perfect for our big day, and their commitment and professionalism spoke to that. Barbara, even though she wasn't the main planner day-of, even stopped by on her off time to see how things were going. That's dedication. Their communication is top-notch. We never had to chase them down, they were always proactive in setting up calls and meetings. They stayed on top of every vendor, and were instrumental in the day-of coordination. Without Macarena to wrangle everything at the rehearsal and the big day, our hair would have been grey by the end of the weekend. But thanks to her, all we had to worry about was repeating the vows correctly. Even now, after the event, they're following up with photographers to make sure we get our photos and handling any loose ends with vendors. We can't recommend these folks highly enough. Let them do the heavy lifting, you enjoy your day. Joined By Love should be your first call for planning your wedding; thank us later.

needed her throughout my entire journey and I was so grateful to have her.

of” and has so much industry knowledge and wedding planning/coordinating expertise. She helped recommend vendors that were great to work with but most importantly, within our budget. She made our entire wedding planning process run smoothly. On the day of, she took care of coordinating all vendors, kept everything on track, ensured that everything looked absolutely perfect! She went above and beyond, even helping to cut our cake! I absolutely recommend Barbara and her services! I do not know what we would have done without her.

with her. Her knowledge of the process, vendor connections and care for her clients really showed through and we let her know right away we wanted to work with her. During the entire planning process, she was extremely detailed, followed up with us on deadlines and coordinated with vendors so we didn’t have to. Any time we had any questions or concerns or needed to change anything, she was quick to take care of it! When it comes to the actual wedding day - Barbara and her team showed up promptly, checked in on us, and worked their magic the rest of the entire day and night! I was able to truly focus on getting ready with my bridesmaids while they took care of EVERYTHING!!! I knew exactly what to do, where to go, and didn’t have to stress about any details other than my own nervousness for the wedding itself lol. All in all, I will always and highly recommend working with Barbara/Joined By Love Wedding Planning and all team members!! We truly had a wonderful and perfect experience and it wouldn’t have been possible without them :) <3

ould trust as we were not in town to meet with multiple vendors. Barbara really went above and beyond to find me a great caterer and baker who would be gluten friendly. as I am Gluten Intolerant. This was a difficult task and she worked hard to make sure we found someone great! I found her most helpful when it was time to make decisions. She helped me prioritize what to do next and kept me on a timeline to get everything accomplished. On the wedding day she was efficient and made sure things ran smoothly. She was great at listening to my concerns and adapting as needed. Barbara and her team were there to help set up and take down which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend Joined by Love Wedding Planning to help you plan your big day!
