Wow, how is 3500 characters enough to write about John Wright Restaurant? If you are looking for a Lancaster County wedding venue, don't let this York County venue shake you- it is... literally right across the county line and is still the perfect location.
What I loved most about JRW (besides everything) was having a one-stop shop. I appreciated having ceremony, reception, getting ready space, food, beverage- EVERYTHING- in one space, and not needing to go elsewhere for those major vendors. As someone who struggled with decision fatigue during the wedding planning process, having so many things within one place was so helpful.
I appreciated the price of JRW. I didn't feel like I was breaking the bank for this important day- we were still getting our style and elegance without loosing a lot of money. In Lancaster it can be really, really pricy to throw a shindig like this, and so knowing that we could have what we wanted without spending too much put a lot of my money anxiety at ease.
Molly and Cody were great people to work with. Molly helped make big decisions seem so simple (not me crying over napkin colors LOL), and had stellar communication through the whole process, keeping us updated with emails, spreadsheets, and answering what felt like every crazy question under the sun. Cody, our Day of Coordinator provided by JRW, fit in perfectly with my crew and I never needed to worry about anything the day of the wedding. He had everything on lock, and it takes a lot to trust someone blindly with something so important, but Cody was the perfect person for the job.
I can't stop praising JRW for the love, support, and fantastic mashed potatoes they provided us for our wedding day. While I hope to never get married again, I would absolutely do it again at JRW.
