Joe's DJ Service

It was banger after banger all night long, and the dance floor was never empty. She created the perfect vibe and made the night unforgettable for us and our guests. So many people came up to us saying it was the best dance party they've ever been to – and we couldn't agree more. If you're looking for someone who can truly bring the energy and keep the party going, look no further. She’s a total pro and was so kind. 💃🕺 We also loved being able to work closely to curate the vibe for our wedding via the music. The portal that Joe's DJ service uses is very user friendly and made it so simple for us to chose was songs/genre we wanted for each part of the night. We also worked with AJ in the week prior to the wedding and he was able to get us the right lighting for us to have the disco ball dance floor of our dreams! We can't thank our vendors enough for all they did to give us the best wedding ever!

g up to it. Anytime we had a question or request, AJ was very easy to get a hold of. AJ made it such a customized and fun experience. We hired them to do our ceremony as well and the sound system was flawless! I would highly recommend them for any important events!

yond to work with us to make sure we could have a recording of the ceremony audio as well. There were no hiccups with the ceremony music, and everything went smoothly. The lights were a fun add-on that made the dance floor even better, and our DJ did a fantastic job reading the room and keeping the energy up all night. Highly recommend!

me. Prior to the wedding/reception they had a very organized approach to gathering all information needed to ensure a successful event. On the day of the wedding they were reliable, guided the progression through each transition and event, and knew how to ensure our guests had a good time on the dance floor. One element that stood out was their effort assign a DJ that was a good fit and had the experience most needed for our particular event and guests. Thank you, Joe’s DJ Service for ensuring our guests had a great time and many fun memories!

ths before the wedding. They were very communicative and easy to get ahold of. I threw several last minute changes at them and they accommodated them all. The meeting the week leading up to the wedding was perfect for going through the events of the night and they were very knowledgeable and helped us make certain decisions that we had no idea how to make. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Joe's!

t of the wedding, AJ and his crew implemented our plan to a T and went out of their way to communicate throughout the night. Cannot recommend them enough!!

be a drastic understatement. Not only did he make sure that the music was flawless, but he had a fabulous energy about him and helped us to keep the events of the evening flowing. He was helpful, kind, and was definitely one of the highlights of the evening. THANK YOU!! I HIGHLY recommend Joe's DJ Service for any and all of your event needs.

daughter's wedding, was so very thoughtful, thorough & professional! He covered absolutely everything, and from the minute I met him, I knew we were in great hands! He assured me that he would take care of us & the crowd while also being so very respectful of our plans and goals to keep this once in a lifetime event feeling sincere and spontaneous. John was flexible… and helped me to be more flexible….with some unexpected hiccups and did an awesome job keeping the dance floor full! His style was a powerful blend of BOTH leadership AND humility, as we had specifically requested that he remain as much "in the background" as possible. From the beginning, Joe's DJ Service was hands down the most professional business we have encountered over the entire course of this wedding planning! They made sure that they understood our expectations so that no assumptions were made, while also guiding us through some decisions that we were uncertain & inexperienced about. The way that all of their client interactions are set up provides such a great framework for success! It is obvious from the first contact that they care sincerely about making their customers’ events everything they want them to be, and that they have the experience, skills & resources to do just that. I can not say enough good things about Joe's DJ Service!

r details for the wedding AJ was very thorough in his questions and confirming timing. We had some last minute schedule changes during the day because of rain and our DJ was great at going with the flow and communicating with our coordinator.

were handled beautifully with announcements and music.

as attentive to details, songs, and events important to our wedding reception. Leading up to the week of the wedding, they reached out to confirm all of the details and make sure we were all on the same page which helped us feel confident and ready to go! On the day of our wedding, our DJ (also named Joe!) did a PHENOMENAL job in playing our pre-submitted song requests, checking in on timings of dances, cake cuttings, etc. and making sure we were happy with the music choices and pace of the evening. Everyone had an amazing time and we are so glad we went with Joe’s DJ for our wedding! Highly recommend.

rfect atmosphere, seamlessly blending our chosen songs with crowd-pleasers that kept everyone dancing all night long. His energy was contagious, and he had a remarkable ability to read the room and adjust the music accordingly. We received numerous compliments from our guests about how great the music was. If you're looking for a DJ who can elevate your event with exceptional skill and enthusiasm, we highly recommend AJ!

hey had already played at our venue (as they have at so many venues), so they knew the layout well. One less thing for us to think about!

messed around with some small company or someone who is doing it on the side… use a professional company… joes!!!! We had the craziest music for ceremony and I wasn’t sure he could make it happen….. they did!!!! My husband used to listen to snoop dog and dr Dre in his youth… well guess who provided the bad ass instrumental for my husband to make his entrance walking down the aisle … joes!!!! And the rest of the night was Fantastic because they do the best job on anything you need!!!

r day and was so awesome to work with, we loved him! The DJ is such a major part of making your day hassle-free, they were the best investment (not to mention very reasonable prices) and I recommend them to anyone.

tails to us. DJ Dan Dragon was our DJ and he was fantastic. He had great communication with us all night, he followed our set list, and checked in with us if our guests wanted other music. He kept our reception going with the perfect cadence and was sincerely a pleasure to work with. We love music and it was a huge part of our special day.

ank you!

rt to finish, first conversation to the event, was seemless. We absolutely recommend his service and would use him again without question.

d he was there with an umbrella! Most importantly, he was a BLAST during the reception! Our guests consisted of mostly family and close friends, and we are NOT dancers. This awesome human had us dancing the entire night! I had to add on additional time!! 100/10 recommend!!!

h fun and I owe it mostly to Joe's DJ service, I would definitely recommend!

& answered all of our questions! So kind & professional!

made our day special.

e best ways. Going with real pros made all the difference, as it’s clear how much the professionalism and expertise of the Joe’s team really paid off. AJ was fantastic to work with ahead of our wedding. He was beyond patient and understanding when we needed to postpone due to the pandemic, and when we finally started the planning process in earnest, he was quick to answer every question I had. From strategies to amplify the ceremony at our remote outdoor venue to the best mic setup for our videographers to capture the audio they needed, he’d done it all before (and worked with many of our Bozeman-based vendors as well), and the value of that experience was clear. And of course, the detailed questionnaire and follow-up call the week before the wedding was the perfect way to make sure we’d ironed out all of the details. As a bride, it often felt like my job to think of everything, but with Joe’s, I got the comfort and relief of a pro who’d thought of everything I hadn’t and was always one step ahead. Our wedding day was wonderful but a bit chaotic, validating all of the prep work Joe’s did to be ready for anything. Some nasty weather rolled in and we had to change quickly to an indoor venue, but because we'd been over the backup plan, our DJ was able to shift gears quickly without scrambling for new instructions. And about that DJ: Ryan was a ROCK STAR!! It was a bit of a fire drill for him to pack up his equipment when the rain came and switch over to our alternate venue, but he did an absolutely amazing job. The second setup worked really well, with all of our guests able to hear our ceremony clearly—a huge priority. Ryan was also very responsive to feedback, turning the volume down during dinner when asked and rolling with other requests. We’d provided a list of songs in advance, but unfortunately his printed copies got rained on and partially ruined… however, I didn’t realize that until much later because he understood our vibe so well that he ended up playing what we would've wanted anyway! We got compliments not just from guests but from our shuttle drivers saying that the party sounded fantastic and that we had the best playlist—all thanks to Ryan! We loved the fantastic energy he brought, joining our friends on the dance floor and understanding exactly how to keep people pumped up. We wanted a mix of country, pop, and some “guilty pleasure” tunes from our college days. He managed to find the perfect blend, switching it up to keep things fresh without giving anyone musical whiplash. The moment Ryan became the real MVP of our wedding was when he approached our venue and got them to extend our end time! He saw how much fun we were having and took it upon himself to see if we could keep things going. We had the very best night, thanks to Ryan’s intuition and initiative and the professionalism and preparation of the whole Joe’s team. I cannot recommend them enough!

was time to dance, Taylor brought the beats and worked the crowd! EVERYBODY danced to the last song! So much fun! Thank you!

all communications. Our Dj (Jarred) did an amazing job playing everything we wanted. He was extremely helpful & polite throughout the night. He went BEYOND his job as a DJ to make sure our night was special, by offering to get us drinks and checking on us throughout the night, as well as entertaining one of our flower girls. 😂 I highly recommend Joe's DJ! Can't thank you guys enough.

azing, he came out and danced with all of us. It was a really intimate wedding, so that fact he just joined the party just made it extra special. *He had some really sweet moves too

t be happier with our choice to hire Joe's DJ! The DJ we worked with on the day of our wedding was Ryan. He was professional, attentive, friendly & lots of fun. The guests had tons of positive feedback! He even stayed well after the wedding to offer his help to our clean up crew. He went above & beyond for us & we would definitely recommend this vendor to all our friends & family!!

edding would come up and check with us if something needed to be switched or changed. Very professional and friendly! All of our guests commented on how wonderful our DJ was. He knew how to read the room and when to play what songs. We were so thankful for AJ and the team! Hire them, you won't regret it!

incredible, he transitioned through all our songs and during the reception was able to keep our more reluctant crowd engaged and dancing. Even when things didn't go as planned (like a fire alarm during the ceremony) Drew was wonderful at lightening the mood and helping to get everything back on track. Overall I couldn't recommend them enough for your wedding or event. From the coordination with AJ to the final song Drew played, they made the event a success!

It appeared as though our DJ did not look over our day-of timeline as key events were missed/mis-announced throughout the evening. During the dancing portion, our DJ had trouble reading the room and keeping the party going despite requests from our guests. While I'm sure Joe's DJ service has some wonderful DJ's on staff, ours did not meet the mark for our big day.

r fun!

em.

ure towards the end of the night we had heard everything we wanted to hear. They also provided music for our ceremony and cocktail hour. We had a specific recording from a family friend to play during the ceremony and they cued it up perfectly while staying very out of the way from the main event. A great DJ makes all the difference for a great party!

night of the wedding, he kept everyone dancing throughout the evening and helped make the night incredibly fun. Joe's DJ has our highest recommendation!

music selection. Our DJ was very professional and we were very glad in our choice for music!

e and multiple phone call interviews) was incredible and allowed him to cater to exactly what we were looking for. Not only was AJ a great guy to be around at the wedding (very professional and kind), but he helped in areas of the wedding outside of his expertise from the kindness of his heart. He was simply a great guy and a wonderful addition to our wedding reception- we HIGHLY recommend them! Joe’s DJ also came highly recommended from Big Sky Resort and our wedding coordinator.

nd they were worth every penny!

ts were played. The dance floor was packed the whole time!
