h all of our to-dos, but also provided us gut-checks on vendor pricing and timelines so that we weren't making crazy decisions! She was very sweet and on-top of everything the day of the wedding and it went very smoothly! Thanks Jillian for making our day very very special :)

ser to our event was impeccable. I wish I could hire her to plan my life!
Jillian’s month-of-coordinator services were the best decision we made for our wedding. Her shared vision, organized checklists, and cool head pulled all the strings together for u...
s. Her knowledge of Berkshires wedding vendors were a huge asset. Our only regret was not having her plan the whole thing! We cannot recommend Jillian highly enough for any wedding couple out there getting married in the Berkshires.
We connected with Jillian about six weeks before our wedding and thank goodness we did! We were moving full speed with a combination of DIY elements, an atypical wedding venue spac...
e, multiple vendors… we were looking for someone to help tie everything together as it got closer to the big day when all the loose ends became overwhelming. knowing we needed more than just a day-of coordinator, Jillian was able to look at all of our moving parts and create a customized plan for us. Jillian didn’t miss a beat, jumping in to help make everything make sense and bring everything over the finish line! From helping to coordinate on-site babysitting, transportation plan for our guests, advising on when the weather was officially looking good and we could nix the sidewalls of our tent, to keeping things moving during the party, overseeing the installation of our tent, procuring our late night McDonald’s for the party, bringing our color palette to life, etc etc etc. thank you Jillian!
Jillian was such a crucial part of not only our wedding day, but also the months leading up. She is local to Berkshires/Hudson Valley and was able to help tremendously with venue a...
nd vendors. Her day-of coordinating made everything move smoothly - we seriously could not have pulled that off without her. To add to it, she always met us with such a positive attitude, and genuinely wanted us to have our "perfect" day. Well, we did! We couldn't thank her enough, but this review will have to do. -Chelsea & Connor
I don’t even know where to begin with describing how helpful and supportive Jill was through this whole process. Jill helped us tremendously with all of the last minute things big ...
and small we needed done. She was extremely supportive the weekend of the wedding. She came to our rehearsal and put up with my crazy family! She was so patient and she did so well leading everyone. The day of my wedding went so smoothly. She decorated and put up anything we needed to make the day special. Not only did she decorate, but she also was by my side all day! Whenever I said her name she was there to help me with whatever I needed to make the day less stressful for me. If I could hire her over and over I totally would. She is absolutely amazing and anyone would be extremely lucky to have her as their day of coordinator!

I recommend Jillian Schuster very highly! I myself am an event planner (corporate and special events) so was well aware that I would need some help onsite on my wedding day even th...
ough I did the pre-planning myself. I can say with full confidence that the least stressful piece of the whole planning process was the part where Jillian took over (ie the actual wedding itself).
Jillian provided advance help and advice prior to my wedding day on things like the timing of the event and came to do a site visit with me a month before so that she could get to know our venue and onsite contact. At the wedding itself she was a calming presence (she was 8 months pregnant but didn't let this slow her down a bit) and made thoughtful changes (like remembering to move our table of heel protectors from the ceremony site to the entrance of our tent and moving up the timing of our speeches when the entrees were served slightly late). If I could go back and do things again I would have had her manage even more details for me: the rehearsal and having someone onsite at my house to keep the photographer and bridesmaids on schedule).
Take it from someone who knows events as well as I do; Jillian will be an asset to your wedding as a day-of planner or more. She was a big part of helping my dream wedding become a reality.
