I had a different makeup artist (a friend of Jess') scheduled for my wedding (3/21/20 right before the peak of COVID19) and she couldn't fly 5 days before my wedding. Jess honored...
my previous MUA's pricing, did a trial for me at my house 2 days before my wedding AND did an amazing job on myself, my girls, and my mom.
She is the type of personality and kind heart you want in your bridal suite. She is so easy to talk to and makes it clear that if you want anything changed at all, she is happy to do it.
I was first in a wedding where the bride used Jess as her wedding day makeup artist for the bridal party (along with hair stylist Laura) and loved them so much I booked them for my...
own wedding. They make the initial trial so easy & comfortable by coming to you and talking through what look you're going for on your big day. I've since have gotten my hair/makeup done from them on other occasions and always am delighted by how it not only looks, but holds up throughout the day + night! Finding the right wedding vendors can be stressful so it was great to have someone amazing like Jess + Laura to have one less thing to worry about during the wedding planning process.
I can count how many times I've worn make up my entire life on one hand so I had no idea what directions to give Jessica. I told her I wanted my face to look like "I am wearing no ...
makeup but still look perfect " and my hair "to be off my neck". Not only did she nail the exact look I very vaguely described, she was also so friendly, fun and comforting as she walked me through the entire process to make me not feel so nervous. I also had to change my schedule and number of people a couple times but Jessica was very supportive and adjusted with me without any problem. Jessica is very talented and super personable, I highly recommend her!

minute (about a week before my wedding) I decided that I was really into a long braid and decided to change our original plan for my hair. Jess didn't bat an eye and said that she was totally down. I loved everything she did. She was timely, super easy to talk to, and helped touch everyone up right before pics. She's amazing and you should hire her now.

even my 2 bridesmen got some help with their hair! Jessica and her assistant did all of this on time and so, so beautifully. We all got compliments all night, from ladies who went more natural with their makeup and with partially down hair styles, to me with my makeup at my most glam and glittery and with a braided updo. Everyone did something different and Jessica and her assistant handled each look perfectly and they all lasted all night! To top off everyone feeling so beautiful and confident, Jessica was super nice and fun through the experience. It felt like we had a good friend helping us get ready and feeling our best, not just an amazing professional.

rl. Needless to say it was 12 hours later and the curls were still hanging on! She also did a couple of my bridesmaids hair and makeup. One of the girls just had a baby and said she had not felt tht beautiful in a long time. Jess was also so so sweet by doing my 10 year old niece’s hair and little lipgloss to make her feel special! It was very last minute and I hadn’t planned for it. Her mother had told me she was looking forward to being done up with the girls-which i had no idea!!! But Jess was on it no problem!! I have her booked for a gala next month and am planning on having using her more in the future! Thanks again Jess!!

d mom feel especially taken care of. Working with Jessica is like having a friend do your makeup because she is sweet and easygoing and fun to chat with. She made my skin and eyes look flawless, and I felt like a million bucks on my wedding day. I had such a great experience that I hired her again for a special work event. Jessica styled my hair and makeup for that event and I loved everything. I also received so many compliments at the wedding and the dinner event. ess was incredibly attentive to each and really nailed all the various requests, and everyone looked gorgeous! I was especially thrilled to see my mom and MIL in beautiful makeup, feeling confident and happy going into the day. Jess did a beautiful job on a vintage-esque look for me -- I was worried I'd look too costume-y but Jess somehow found the perfect balance between vintage/modern/natural/bombshell. She is also funny and sweet and relaxed -- she definitely de-stressed the morning and made our getting ready hours fun and relaxing. Jess is the best!!!!

back promptly and adjusted my hair and makeup schedule to all of my (numerous!) requests. During my trial she really took her time to assess all my needs and truly listened to what I was wanting to achieve. She was so personable that by the time my wedding day arrived it was like she was part of my bridal party! I enjoy her work so much, I hire her regularly when I have a special event. Day of, she arrived 15 minutes early and made sure that even my bridesmaids felt like a million bucks. We still talk about how beautiful we all looked to this day! We had a blast!
