My husband and I could not have been happier to have had Jessica (Dum) Mattingly as our wedding/ day of coordinator!! She made the entire process as stress free as possible. It was...
especially helpful to my mom and both of our families to be able to arrive at the wedding ceremony/ reception and not have to worry about any of the details because we had full trust in Jess. The day was perfect and we cannot thank Jess enough. There are so many small details that she ensures you are thinking of along the way during wedding planning. Her communication with our vendors was excellent and her timely responses to all of our questions was so appreciated. I could not recommend hiring a wedding coordinator enough!!
Can’t say enough great things about Jess and JDWC! Even my husband (who tends to be on the frugal side) said he couldn’t have imagined what we would have done without hiring Jess. ...
Jess is VERY organized and was so great at keeping all of our details and constant changes up to date. We had a ton of details and as a type A bride, I had a very detailed vision. My wedding day was stress-free because I knew whatever came up, Jess would figure it out. She also was SO helpful when it came communicating with vendors and helping us advocate for us. Truly can’t recommend her enough! Best investment we made!
As soon as I got engaged I started looking into potential wedding coordinators (had just moved from Chicago to Indy) and my SIL immediately sent me JDWC's website and said they wer...
e the best team in Indy. I worked with Natasha and she was an absolute dream! For anyone who is on the fence... I am extremely organized, type A, planner, visionary, detail orientated and still couldn't have done it without Natasha. She became a true companion and friend and even though I thought I had thought of everything, I did not. Natasha and I met a handful of times (she even came to our first walkthrough with us) and it was just so fun every single time! She is kind, thoughtful, warm, passionate, organized, and so professional. The couple of months leading up to the wedding I was feeling so many different feels, happy, excited, anxious, nervous - I was constantly replaying the day over and over in my head. All of that to say that I will never forget the way that I woke up on my wedding day, pure peace. From the moment I woke up on my wedding day, I was calm and at peace. I owe so much of that to Natasha because I knew that I was in the best hands and that she had my back. Natasha was there with me pretty much the entire day and made sure that everything went flawlessly. JDWC was hands down one of my favorite vendors I worked with and they will do everything to make sure your wedding day is the perfect day you always dreamed of! Love everything about this team and how they love their brides!
Hiring Jessica was the best decision we made for my daughter's wedding. Her attention to detail is amazing. She was always very responsive, no matter what or when we were reaching ...
out to her. The best part was that on the day of the wedding, I was so relaxed and could be there for my daughter because Jessica had everything under control. At the beginning of the planning, we were all undecided on whether we should have a wedding planner, we weren't even sure what they did. But hiring Jessica made the planning and the day even more perfect. She is most certainly worth that extra investment!! Thank you Jessica!!
Hiring Jessica was easily the best decision I made throughout my wedding planning process. Her services are truly invaluable. She made wedding planning so much more enjoyable with ...
her level of organization, attention to detail, and laid-back style. And on my wedding day she was an absolute rockstar, going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I really can't say enough good things about Jessica - she was a true pleasure to work with and I'm so grateful for her!!!
I have hired Jess Mattingly for all 3 of my daughter’s weddings, one of which was her first wedding ever!! She is professional, timely and very dependable. She and her staff think ...
of everything to the smallest detail. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, do it! It makes the day of the wedding so enjoyable not having to worry about anything but being present for your daughter♥️
We had heard about JDWC from family friends who had used this team and loved them! We had Megan as our day of coordinator and there are not enough words to be able to describe just...
how helpful and amazing she was! She was so organized and she always thought of the little details that you just don't have time to think about. She went above and beyond for us and was there all day Saturday to make sure things ran smoothly. Megan was someone you could absolutely trust that the day will run smoothly. She is so organized, efficient, and a dream to work with. We feel so blessed that Megan helped us with our special day and she deserves all the praise & credit for the outstanding work that she did! I could not recommend using JDWC more! As a bride that wasn't super invested in the small details because it would stress me out, Megan came along and helped me figure out literally every detail from start to finish! If you are a bride that enjoys the planning process but need some extra support layers to bring your day to life, you will not regret booking this team! They are worth every penny spent and will be the reason you are able to look back on your day with such ease and happiness!

e vendors that are required for a larger wedding - she was a lifesaver! The confidence I had on the day of our wedding that everything was taken care of and everything was where it needed to be was worth it’s weight in gold. The bride, groom, or someone in the bridal party should not be burdened with being the point of contact for vendors on your wedding day - make your wedding as stress free as possible and hire a wedding coordinator!

g to be nothing short of perfect. She helped me to bring my vision to life, filling in all the small details that I never thought of and making sure that all vendors were on the same page all day long. Working with Jessica puts your mind at ease for a flawless, stress-free day so that you can enjoy every minute! I cannot say thank you enough to JDWC and Jessica for making our day one that we will cherish forever!
Jessica is truly the best. She is so kind and easy to work with. Her attention to detail is remarkable. As Mother of the bride, you don't have to worry or stress about anything....
Our daughter's wedding was flawless. Hiring Jessica was the best decision.

CAL because of Jessica!! Her positive energy is unlike any other! Being a bride-to-be can be stressful, but Jessica's incomparable organization and communication skills throughout the wedding planning process is what allowed for myself, husband, family and friends to enjoy the day!! HIRE HER. It will be the best decision you make when it comes to your wedding!!

credibly helpful throughout the process! From a comprehensive timeline to overseeing vendor arrival times, she ensured every detail was covered. She helped me think of details and items that I would've overlooked without her guidance. Kendra truly had us covered and allowed us to enjoy the day without worrying about vendor arrival times or staying on schedule. JDWC is experienced, organized and reliable!

r helpful, and it made the week of the wedding relaxing. Natasha thought over every little detail of our day, and asked questions we didn't even know we needed to answer. On our wedding day, everything was perfect and I know that if we did not hire JDWC, our wedding day would not of been as magical as it was. 1000% recommend!
I was beyond impressed and so grateful to have worked with JDWC for my Day Of Coordination services. Through carefully planned check-ins, they helped me keep track of every detail ...
from the thoroughly mapped out day-of timeline, to the list detailing each item that I needed to prepare or check off my to-do list for the big day.
I was always able to reach out to Jessica and Natasha throughout the planning process to ask them advice and opinion questions or request reminders. They were timely and responsive each time! I was able to pack up everything I needed for the ceremony and reception using their checklists and pass it along to them a few days prior to the wedding. This way, I didn't have to worry about gathering all of it and bringing it to the venue myself.
Natasha was excellent on the big day, setting up each detail of the reception and working with my other vendors to make sure they knew where to be and when. I knew that I wouldn't have to stress about a single detail and that was such a relief.
JDWC is a day-of-coordination group, but their services went above and beyond the wedding day itself. They are accommodating, flexible, organized, and reliable. I would recommend JDWC to all brides!
I interviewed several wedding coordinators to see who I would get along with best and who offered the types of services I was looking for. Jessica focuses specifically on the day o...
f coordination, which I knew would be a must for me because I wanted to enjoy the day stress free and focus on my friends, family, and husband on the day of the wedding. Jessica was by far the coordinator who was the friendliest and who I trusted to make sure my wedding was flawless. I was planning a wedding on a shorter (5 month) timeline, flying in a photography team from California, getting my wedding dress delivered from a boutique in D.C., shipping in fine China from Virginia to give you a sense of how intricate all of the details were. My husband and I also had friends and family coming in from 17 different states (all while juggling unknowing COVID logistics), so we wanted to give our guests the best experience possible. Jessica was extremely detail oriented and acted as a human checklist for me to make sure all areas of my wedding were executed perfectly. She even acted as a pseudo wedding therapist when wedding stress was high and I was trying to juggle overly opinionated family members (thanks Jess!). I can confidently say if you want to throw a stunning and stress free wedding in the Indianapolis area, Jessica is the wedding coordinator for you. I loved, loved, loved working with her and she was the most essential vendor I hired. Thank you again for all of your hard work and positive energy Jessica!

ve thought of and for that we are so grateful. She also answered so many of my questions and provided her own suggestions/insights along the way. Kendra was very professional, timely in responding, and flexible with our schedules when it came to booking the planning sessions. On the wedding day, she made sure my husband and I felt comfortable and had everything we needed. She also was so helpful at the end of the night with the tear down of the event and helped us bring gifts, cards, décor etc. to the car to take home. So glad we used JDWC for our wedding day and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a fabulous day-of planner! Thanks again JDWC and Kendra!

day was seamless. I was so calm knowing we were in such good hands. I cannot recommend Kendra and the JDWC team enough. It was truly the wedding of our dreams, and we owe Kendra for bringing it all together.
As a Mother of the Bride who had planned a wedding before, I wasn't sure we needed to hire somebody. Boy, was I wrong. Jessica is a dream to work with and thought of so many things...
that I would have totally forgotten. She made sure every little detail was seen to and allowed me to totally enjoy the day without having to worry about a vendor showing up or a detail being forgotten. We used her as a Day Of Planner, but that actually means she helped out starting several months before the wedding by going over lists, making suggestions, creating a timeline and following up with all of the vendors to insure we were all on the same page. If you aren't sure about the details, I'm certain Jessica would be equally as wonderful to help with those items, as well. I cannot say enough positive things about her and her company. If in doubt, don't be. Just make the call and let her and her team take the stress out of wedding planning. She is truly exceptional!

ess brought so many details to my attention that I would have never thought of. Her timelines kept us on track and she was always readily available with any questions I had. She coordinated our vendors with ease which truly allowed us to relax and enjoy our big day. One of the things I personally appreciated most was how flexible and understanding she was when I had work conflicts that would come up and interfere with our meeting times. She was adaptable and never made me feel bad for rescheduling. We are SO happy with our decision to hire Jess as our wedding coordinator!!

as the best decision we made. From the beginning, Jessica helped me think through all of the details that I was completely unaware of. One of her first projects with me was putting together a rough timeline and that was extremely helpful as we started working with other vendors and planning out more concrete details. She is patient, kind, very responsive, and a joy to work with. She also was key to our rehearsal and the perfect timing of the ceremony processional including organizing our three sweet flower girls. I would recommend her time and time again to anyone planning a wedding.

we might reimagine and replan our entire wedding in just over three weeks, we quickly called Jessica Dum on the recommendation of a close friend. Jessica immediately responded that she had time for us and from there we knew we had found someone and a company who was supportive, organized and thorough and could both offer valuable suggestions based on experience in the days leading up to the wedding and then execute it seamlessly on the day of the event. And while Jessica handed the day-of coordination to her teammate, Megan, we felt fully supported by both Jessica and Megan throughout our experience. From our initial conversation, through a couple of detailed planning calls, and through the day of the event, Jessica and Megan worked to understand our vision, offered clear communication, followed through on commitments, connected us to other vendors (and then kept constant communication with them), and in general put our minds at ease that they had things under control. A backyard wedding was not what my wife and I first imagined when we started wedding planning, but the support, attention to detail, and ability to execute a plan (while at times adjusting on the fly) from JDWC helped us create the wedding day that my wife and I had always dreamed of - intimate, fun, personalized, and full of love. We can't recommend Jessica Dum Wedding Coordination enough!

g to the reception site, because Kendra took it down for me. We didn't have to worry about remembering to pack up gifts at the end of the night, because Kendra packed them up for us. We didn't have to worry about making sure the menu cards were at every setting, because Kendra had it all handled! When I look back on our wedding day, I remember getting to take it all in because I wasn't worried about the small (or the big!) stuff. Don't even question this decision - hire JDWC to make your day run smoothly!

simply can't say enough wonderful things about her! One thing I wanted as a bride was to be able to bounce ideas off of someone and also to have someone take all of the stress away from me! Jessica does this in every way possible! She was organized, incredibly helpful with her ideas, and most importantly so friendly and welcoming to myself and my husband. As a bride, you do not want to have to worry about every last detail and making sure things get done the way you envision it. Jessica took all of my stress away, was in contact with all of my vendors so I did not have to keep up with that, and was able to create the most amazing wedding I have always dreamed of! Hire Jessica as your coordinator! I promise you will not regret it! We loved her!

n Jessica did not have the answer.
During the planning process, she was honest and reliable with all of her communication. Leading up the wedding day, she not only communicated with all of my vendors, developed a detailed timeline, came to my house to pick up materials, but she also did this with undeniable compassion and professionalism. On my wedding day, she was such a sounding board! At any given point, she was seamlessly running the event while also checking in on my husband and me personally.
My wedding day was absolutely magical, and Jessica certainly played such a large role. For anyone looking for a wedding coordinator that is a bundle of joy and extremely organized - its Jessica!

rfect fit for us. She is so incredibly efficient, organized, upbeat and fun to be with.
When COVID hit and quarantine started, we continued planning for our August wedding but also began discussing contingency plans as a family and consulting with Brittany. From every email, text, phone call and FaceTime call, Brittany empathized with our anxiety, frustrations, and feelings of uncertainty. She supported our desire to get married on 8/8, even if that meant something very different than we had planned. She helped us come up with contingency plans based on what was important to us and the state's ever-changing limitations, which offered more predictability for us while keeping our primary concern, our family and friend’s health and safety, top of mind. She was an absolute pro in communicating our changes with all of our vendors and making it so easy on us.
After pivoting and pivoting and pivoting again, we had truly the most magical and dreamy wedding day I could have ever imagined with a small group of our closest friends and family. There were moving pieces all the way up to the day of and Brittany was a champ - she rolled with it and kept it fun and light-hearted for us.
We are SO darn thankful we met Brittany and will refer everyone we know to her and JDWC. xx

ad a few appointments with Kendra leading up to our big day and she brought up wonderful ideas and brought up things we hadn’t even thought of! We had a lot of personal items we wanted to incorporate for the wedding and she picked them all up from us, transported them to the reception and made our vision come to life! I simply can’t imagine not having her as our day of coordinator! She went above and beyond for us, the day before the wedding I called her at 8 am with the timeline change and she immediately communicated it to all of our vendors and called me back once it was all confirmed! On the best day of our lives it was so nice knowing that Kendra would handle
Any mishaps that came up or simply make sure the timeline went according to the plan we had made! I HIGHLY recommend working with the Jess Dum wedding group!

lves if we really needed to spend money on this. Believe me when I say it was worth EVERY penny and the best money we spent! Kendra was professional, organized, punctual, personable, and the absolute sweetest! She thought of the smallest details leading up to the big day, and was always willing to go above and beyond. She is a super human and made sure our wedding and reception of 250+ guests ran flawlessly (all on her own). If you are debating hiring a coordinator - DO IT! Hiring a coordinator like Kendra was the best decision we made and allowed us to enjoy the process and our big day!

trol. She helped me with our first initial meeting with things i needed to think about for the wedding that i never knew existed. She was always available for questions throughout the process. She never once persuaded me either way or made me feel pressure to do one thing over the other. She was so laid back and wanted this to be my wedding experience and was there as my backbone. The day of the wedding nothing went wrong, and if it did, i still to this day know nothing about it. I was hesitant to pay for a wedding planner, and at the end it was the best money spent. You will not regret Jessica's services.

nning expertise that helped make our big day PERFECT, specifically:
- Strong relationships with every Vendor/Caterer in the Indy area
- Thoughtful suggestions/best practices that we wouldn't have thought of (ranging from run of show tweaks to vendor requests)
- Strong communication skills (keeping documents and timelines that kept us on track during planning and everyone happy/on time during the wedding)
- Helping shape our vision (she's wonderful at letting the couple lead and we loved that she took extra time to build working relationships with the right people at our venue/from the vendors she hadn't worked with)
My husband and I are both detail oriented "planners" - and we both came away convinced we would have been lost without her. She went above and beyond in every way, never dropped a ball, and made our big day as stress free as possible!

gings after a long night of celebrating! We began emailing and meeting months before and she answered every question I had ( there were a lot!). She recommended vendors, provided contact info for vendors, discussed wedding design with me and even talked me through a mini “bride meltdown” (they will happen ladies!) Jessics was my calming force on our wedding day,I had total trust in her. Jessica went above and beyond and made our day so special. Two of my bridesmaids ended up hiring her too! Even our groomsmen pointed out how organized she was! Jessica is 100% the reason why our wedding went as smoothly as possible. Jessica, we can’t thank you enough!

Brittany is a joy to work with ,super organized and ready to handle anything that comes up! as the best money we spent for our wedding. Jess was well organized leading up to the wedding. She helped us with to do lists and contacting vendors for us. I had peace of mind knowing that everything was thought of and we were not missing anything. Then the day of the wedding, she made sure everything was taken care of with the vendors, dj, venue, and decorations, so my husband and I could relax and really enjoy the day. She also made sure we and our bridal party had drinks, which was a huge help as well. She really is the best and we are so happy we got to work with her. I cannot recommend her enough!

o us. We so appreciated being able to reach out to her whenever we had questions or were looking for some objective feedback on a decision that we were making. It was a great feeling in the month leading up to the wedding to turn everything over to Jessica and know that our dream day was in such expert hands. We'd recommend Jessica and JDWC to anyone who is looking for a wedding professional who truly will be your partner in planning and executing the best day ever!
JDWC was the BEST decision I made in my wedding planning! almost immediately after setting my date, I scheduled a consultation with Jessica from Jessica Dum Wedding Coordination. ...
In our first meeting, Jessica put any nerves I had regarding wedding planning at ease. She outlined her services and how she can assist me. I loved the idea of a day-of-wedding coordinator because I felt that I could take care of the planning and other decisions, but I liked that on the day of the wedding, I would not have to think about anything except getting married to my husband. She was beyond professional, reassuring and even helped give me little reminders of things I needed to get done by certain deadlines. By the week of the wedding, I wasn't worried about a thing and honestly, that day she took care of everything. Creating a timeline that was perfect from the moment I woke up on my wedding day, confirming everything with my vendors and even assisting when we had to make a quick change in our plans due to weather. As if a she were my own fairy godmother, Jess was by my side whenever I needed her and behind the scenes making sure every detail was perfect. She made the day and night so fun and relaxing for everyone. She is a true professional who knows her business and I can't recommend JDWC enough. Give yourself the best wedding gift ever and book them today.
Let me preface this by saying that I, myself, am an event planner. My husband and I are capable of planning events, and even enjoy doing it. So, "Why??", you ask, did we get a wedd...
ing planner?
Well, let me ask you: do you want to enjoy your wedding? Or do you want to be running around making sure the DJ cues your dad to the dance floor in between mingling with the most special people in your life? Your wedding will already go SO quickly - don't waste it by attending to the small details.
Jessica was AWESOME. I'm a laid-back bride and I appreciated her relaxation, yet incredible attention to detail, during the planning process. We met for coffee twice and communicated via email in between. She brought up questions I hadn't even thought of, created the agendas, communicated with vendors, chimed in when we needed advice and made our wedding perfect.
She's the kind of wedding planner that will make sure you eat at your own wedding (so you don't pass out), will snag you for that perfect sunset shot, and keep the event running smoothly while you enjoy the best night ever. She's amazing, kind, efficient, professional, and fun. Definitely recommend!
Jessica Dum Mattingly was EVERYTHING I needed on the day-of and everything leading up to our wedding day! I would highly suggest having Jessica be your day-of coordinator for any w...

Jessica was very passionate about making sure everything was taken off my plate on the big day. Starting from the first meeting, Jessica always reassured me that anything I was stressed about was going to be taken care of. Her detailed notes that she sent weekly really helped not only the bride but other family members and vendors significantly!
After working in events for about 4 years myself, I understood how stressful day-of-events can get. (I totally believe in Murphy's Law) Knowing this is why I needed Jessica by my side and why I had no stress on the day of my wedding. Jessica was in contact with all of my vendors weeks leading up and organized their entire day, which is the biggest weight to take off of any bride's shoulders.
Not only was Jessica helpful and organized but she was also such a positive and calming person to be around. As any Bride will know, your wedding day no matter how big or small is a little chaotic. Chaotic in the sense of everyone wanting to hug and kiss and say hi to you. Whenever Jessica was around she was very calm which made things much more enjoyable for me and my groom.
Our day would not have been as enjoyable if it wasn't for Jessica Dum Mattingly. I would suggest anyone to use her 100000000000000 times. She's amazing!
