We are SO happy we chose Jesse as our wedding photographer! He first photographed our engagement session at the beach, and then captured our wedding at Estate on Second, and from start to finish, he was amazing to work with. Jesse really listened to what we wanted, gave great direction when we needed it, and has such a great eye for photography. He knew exactly where to take us and how to get the shots, while still making everything feel natural and effortless. And the photos were PERFECT! We honestly couldn’t have asked for better. One thing that was especially important to us was making sure we were able to enjoy cocktail hour, and Jesse did an amazing job keeping us on schedule and getting us there exactly like we had planned. He was so organized and easy to work with throughout the entire process. His team, including his videographer, also made everything feel completely seamless. Everyone was professional, fun, and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. On top of everything, we got our photos back SO quickly, and they turned out absolutely incredible. Instead of acting professionally, they kept the entire deposit for themselves and have refused to offer anything at a time that is deeply stressful emotionally and mentally. Keeping a full deposit nearly a year in advance without offering any resolution is unethical. I strongly warn anyone against doing business here.

this situation. Our records show the cancellation occurred 16 days after booking, with your Nov 14 invoice showing the booking date. Your Nov 30 cancellation email stated that you had chosen another photographer who became suddenly available, and that you were aware at the time of booking that the retainer was non-refundable. We want to be clear: this was not a case of the wedding or event being canceled. The event went forward as planned. What was canceled was our contract, because you changed your mind and selected a different photographer. Our services were never rendered because you ended the agreement before the event, not because of anything on our end. Our signed agreement explains the retainer terms in the event of a client-initiated cancellation, and we followed those terms. We have written correspondence documenting the cancellation date and the retainer discussion. Out of respect for client privacy, we won't share further contract details publicly, but we want prospective clients to understand that this review reflects a retainer dispute following a change in vendor, not an experience with our photography services. We wish you the best with your wedding and your photography team.

My husband doesn't really like edited pictures, with added saturation or back and white etc and he wanted our pictures as it was captured by the camera. So I asked Jesse to send us the raw pictures with no edit, and he did. I was so impressed by his understanding and collaboration. He didn't argue or question our decision, he just did what would us happy and I think at the end of the day that's what you really want. I also like his manners, he is very friendly and nice and we really appreciated him being a part of our wedding. Thank you Jesse.

eel so comfortable. He brought the most calming energy that made the entire day even more enjoyable. One thing in particular that stood out to us was that we didn't hire Jesse to stay to the very end of our reception (we had an early ceremony), but he stayed way over his contract time to get more footage without us even asking. (Yes, we tipped him extra for that even though he did not ask for anything!) Not to mention our photos came out even more beautiful than we could have even imagined. PLUS- Jesse got our photos back to us within 2 weeks! That is almost unheard of this the wedding photography industry so we were over-the-moon excited when he shared the album with us. We were still on our honeymoon at the time so it made the experience of looking through the album for the first time even more special. A couple of weeks after we received the album, we received the videos of all the speeches and a "highlight" video of the entire day. Needless to say, all of the videos were beyond perfect and made me tear up watching as we got to relive moments of that day again. Overall, I couldn't recommend Jesse Madison Photography and Video enough. You won't be disappointed!

ith Jesse we knew he was going to be the best. The professionalism was so incredible. You can tell that he loves photography and takes so much pride in his work; it shines through. He knew we weren't extremely into posed photos and took the right amount to get the incredible shots but also focused on candids and they turned out beautiful. We received our photos back just a few days after the wedding (I was surprised how quickly!) and I've looked through all 900 a million times and am continuously amazed. Jesse has been nothing but helpful while rescheduling, not once, but twice. The day finally came and we had our wedding March 25, 2022! He and his wife arrived promptly and made sure we got all the photos we could dream of! He always came up with great ideas for photos that we will cherish for a lifetime. We received the photos so fast as well! Ive heard photographers take months to get photos back, and he was able to get ours back within a few weeks! Him and his wife are very sweet and caring, and we loved having them around us on our special day.
