r wedding day feel cinematic — and the final gallery? Beyond anything we could’ve imagined.
Nathan captured the quiet, emotional moments just as beautifully as the joyful, candid ones. Each photo feels timeless, full of feeling, and so uniquely us. It’s rare to find someone who can make you feel completely at ease while also delivering editorial-level artistry — but that’s exactly what Nathan does.
He was more than a photographer. He was a grounding force during the most exciting, whirlwind day of our lives — calm, kind, thoughtful, and always one step ahead. He captured the energy of our day, the beauty of our setting, and the soul of our story.
We’ll treasure these photos forever — not just because they’re stunning, but because they truly feel like us. Choosing J & N Studios was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, and we’re endlessly grateful to have had Nathan by our side.
Spectacular! Whoever takes your wedding photos spends the whole of a very important day with you. Nathan was professional, funny, alert, able to put family members at ease and had ...
a great eye for the natural moment. He gave us prompts but never made us feel stilted. And the photos are gorgeous! Candid and posed. He captured emotion and setting. Highly recommend!

reliminary discussions to wedding postponement due to COVID, he has been incredibly accommodating, professional, personable, and most of all supportive and understanding of us as we navigate our wedding planning. Nate truly cares about his clients and we are so happy to have him (and team!) celebrate with us in 2021. We are so excited to have him capture our special day. Thank you, Nate!
J + N Studios will be hands down the best decision you will make for an unforgettable wedding! From the moment we first met with Nate we knew he would be the perfect photographer f...
or our big day as we completely fell in love with his natural style of photography and ability to capture the beauty in a single moment. Nate and his team really went above and beyond by not only capturing the most stunning photos of our day, but kept our schedule on track and made us feel so calm and relaxed during the day. Hands down Nate and his team was worth every $$$. I don't know what we would do without them! Thanks for everything!
We hired Jess + Nate Studios to be our wedding photographer for our wedding on 9/16/17. Nate was great to work with up. We had a preliminary meeting to review our expectations and ...
his photography style (which is amazing!). Nate's communication was great, very punctual. Prior to the wedding, he was very organized and thorough and reviewed the timeline of the day with us about a week before our wedding. Him and his assistant photographer were punctual (and early) to start on our big day. Nate's vision is amazing and very focused on the best lighting for his pictures. We are so excited to see the final product. Him and his assistant were a pleasure to work with and made what could be a stressful day, so easy to enjoy! Thank you Nate!!

s, wedding day shot by both Nate & Rachel and wedding album/portraits designs...every ounce of professionalism, patients and attention to detail was always evident. Jess + Nate Studios are talented and are always super helpful, accommodating & understanding!...My husband, mom and I will miss working with Nate! Our whole experience throughout the year from our first meeting to our now album meetings have been so memorable & enjoyable. We are very grateful that Jess + Nate Studios were our photographers and now we have gorgeous photos that tell a story of our special day, which we will cherish for generations to come!
Jess + Nate are amazing to work with, and their photography is gorgeous.

e - meaning we had no a/c. I was worried we would all look terrible and the photographs would be disappointing, but Jess + Nate captured unbelievably beautiful pictures during all 9 hours of shooting.
They couldn't have been more flexible given the chaotic and sweltering conditions. Jess helped me with makeup when I couldn't find my own bag, quickly adjusted timing and plans when we had to change location for the pre-wedding shoot due to the power outage, and still managed to find very unique places to take portraits as thunder rumbled in the sky.
They are true professionals, and the pictures they took perfectly capture our day, our family & friends. The only challenge of working with them is that you will want every single picture they take because each one is so gorgeous!
