onvo and my personal story on Tiktok R0ya1_C0sp1ay . August 2024 Bride. One of the biggest let downs of my wedding. Refused to send me my raw footage from my wedding day. Claims my hard drive with ALL OF MY WEDDING FOOTAGE is corrupted and he doesn't know if it can be recovered. Ghosted me for 3 months. Delivered poorly edited products. Terrible customer service. Details below: - Before booking I asked if I could have the raw footage he was going to film since I also edit. I would not have booked with him if I couldn't have it. He said I could have it and I have emails and text of him saying VERBATIM "You will receive the raw footage on a drive with your highlight film, trailer, and reel.". Once I received the drive, I realized the raw footage was not on it. I emailed him about it and he ghosted me for 3 months. No response, no update, nothing. Finally he got back to me and basically gaslit me saying he never said I could have it. After I sent him proof of his emails and texts he still dodged accountability and claimed that I just "misunderstood" him. Eventually he agreed to send it to me but he said that my footage was corrupted and he didn't know when I'd get it. I found a Facebook group complaining about their experience with him and also saying he ghosted them for months. I commented my story and listed the facts of the situation. He emailed me saying he saw my Facebook comment and that we will be "going our separate ways". - As for the poorly edited products...He sent me a FINISHED Highlight film with a multitude of sound errors in it. Sounds like a record scratch and beeps. I went back and forth with him for 3 weeks trying to get the sound errors removed. There were over 16 sound errors and those were just the super noticeable ones, I didn't even mention the minor ones. Eventually he emailed me back saying he fixed what he could. The edit itself is bland. Nothing at all like his edits on his page. I got the package with the reel, trailer, and highlight film and they are practically carbon copies of each other. Why am I paying for 3 edits when they are almost the exact same thing?!? - It is not just my footage that is "corrupted". I am speaking with other brides that worked with him and he has also told them that their footage is corrupted. As for other brides, there a many that are still waiting on their edits from their weddings in AUGUST. I'm personally talking with a few who are still waiting on their special event edits that he can't finish because his hard drives are corrupted. All brides since AUGUST are being told their wedding day hard drives are corrupted and at some mystery facility getting fixed. - He has deleted his socials and has now marked his business as closed on google since he started getting negative reviews. - Communication ceased at the end of February. For all of his current brides, look at the address listed on your contracts. Then look up "Boardman home raided by the FBI". Look at the picture of the house and then look up the address on your contracts on google maps street view. I think you can make your own deductions about the real reason why all of us brides raw footage are "corrupted". DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS MAN.

This was one of the most frustrating and disheartening experiences I’ve had with a vendor. I hired Jeremy Scott Films to capture my wedding, and what should have been a beautiful w...

ay to relive the best day of my life has turned into months of stress and disappointment. From the beginning, communication was slow, but I gave the benefit of the doubt. After the wedding, however, it became clear this vendor has little regard for deadlines or professionalism. The contracted delivery dates came and went—with no videos and plenty of excuses. I followed up multiple times and was either ignored completely or given vague, shifting explanations. Please do yourself a favor and hire someone who values their clients, communicates clearly, and honors their contractual obligations. It’s clear I’m not alone—several 2024 clients are still waiting for their videos and promised footage.

DO NOT BOOK IF YOU WANT YOUR WEDDING FILM. We booked Jeremy for our wedding last August of 2024, and we still have not received our special events edits for the ceremony & receptio...

n. When asked where the film is, Jeremy has given excuses and has now ignored our emails and ceased communication. He has been unprofessional and has not shown accountability during this whole ordeal. He also refuses to offer a refund. We are now out thousands of dollars without videos that we paid for. We’re heartbroken and discouraged. BUYER BEWARE!

Trusting Jeremy to film our wedding day has led to an extremely disappointing experience. Videography was so important for us to capture our day and have memories to look back on, ...

and we are still waiting to receive all of the videos we paid for. It has been 9 months since our wedding and clear communication from Jeremy regarding the status of our videos has been difficult, and communication regarding refunds of any kind has been non existent. Several other 2024 couples are still waiting to receive what they paid for as well, and I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. You trust your vendors to provide what you paid for, or at the very least, refund you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Jeremy was recommended to us by some friends that had used him in the past and we really liked his previous work. Up until the wedding day workin...

g with Jeremy was great. Since then, we have had almost no communication with him since our wedding day and have not received any of the items in our contract, 8 months after our wedding day. He has responded to 1 email since our wedding day about 7 months after getting no responses. He has not replied to the dozens of calls, emails, texts or DMs that we have tried to reach him through. I would stay as far away from using Jeremy Scott as possible.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Jeremy Scott Films for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! The two videographers were not only incredibly tale...

nted but also a true joy to work with. From the planning stages to the final moments of our big day, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their attention to detail and commitment to staying on schedule made the day flow smoothly, allowing us to enjoy every moment without any stress. Planning with them was a breeze; they were responsive, professional, and truly understood our vision. If you're looking for a team that will capture your special day with care, creativity, and a genuine passion for their work, we highly recommend Jeremy Scott Films!

I cannot recommend Jeremy Scott Films enough! Jeremy and Amanda are an amazing duo. They are amazing and talented at what they do, and also made the entire day so fun and relaxing....

They were very timely and responsive throughout the entire wedding planning process. You will not regret having Jeremy capture your wedding day.

Jeremy and Amanda captured our wedding day perfectly! They were so nice and helpful and made our day stress free. We've only seen the teaser so far, but that short little video was...

perfect. I cant wait to see the wedding video they create for us. After following their instagram for so long, I was so thankful they were available for our wedding. Highly recommend them!

I cannot recommend Jeremy Scott Films enough for your wedding videography. Jeremy shot my sister’s wedding 3 years ago. After seeing his work, I knew that I would have to hire hi...

m if I ever got married. Jeremy shot our wedding on July 9, 2022. He and his partner, Amanda, are absolutely amazing! In addition to doing the actual videography that day, Jeremy and Amanda were so amazingly helpful in just making the day run smoothly. For example, when shooting the groom and groomsmen getting ready, Amanda helped them pin their boutonnieres. She also made sure none of them were chewing gum before the ceremony! Lol :) She and Jeremy also got my husband and I to-go boxes of cookies from our wedding reception cookie table because they said they’ve seen many weddings where the couple doesn’t ever get a cookie from their own cookie table because things get so busy! Those little things were so nice and Jeremy and Amanda were both so helpful that day and also in the days leading up to help us prepare. Two days after the wedding, we received our wedding trailer video from Jeremy and Amanda. We were absolutely speechless. It was so stunningly beautiful, we watched it about 100 times that day! We are so happy to have these memories forever as captured by Jeremy and Amanda. Not only are Jeremy and Amanda amazingly talented videographers, but they are truly great people. If you are lucky enough to have the chance to work with them, you will be so happy with how beautifully they capture your day.

Jeremy and his wife are the BEST!!! I have hired them for two of my daughters weddings now and we have been so very happy with their work. They don’t miss anything that is going...

on throughout the day, and their main focus is on the bride and groom. They go out of their way to make sure they have water or anything else they need and truly encourage them to enjoy their day. My venue also shared how much they enjoyed working with Jeremy and his wife, which says a lot. You can’t go wrong hiring this amazing team!!!

Jeremy and Amanda are EXACTLY who you want for you wedding ! Professional and EXCEPTIONALLY talented ! They took into consideration exactly what we wanted and did not want to make...

our footage BEAUTIFUL! They exceeded our expectations and we are incredibly grateful we had them on our special day. Amanda would also ask us how we were doing through out the day and make sure we were staying hydrated in the sun since our wedding was outside and we really thought that was the sweetest thing that we will never forget 🤍 you need Jeremy Scott films for your special day !!

Morgan B

I was being extremely picky when searching for a wedding videographer, but as soon as I watched a few of Jeremy Scott's videos, I knew he was the perfect choice! He and Amanda were...

so amazing on the day of our wedding. It seemed like they captured every important moment of the day without my husband and I feeling like we had cameras in our face the entire time. They are so easygoing and work so well together to ensure they're capturing everything. They also worked well with our photographer and planner throughout the day. We would 100% recommend Jeremy Scott Films to anyone looking for a wedding videographer.

Jeremy Scott Films was the first vendor we booked for our wedding. I had seen their videos and knew I wanted them before we were even engaged. When we first met Jeremy and Amanda, ...

we sat and chatted for hours. We were instantly in love and booked them within days. Leading up to the wedding they stayed in touch with us and listened to what we wanted. One of the special things about Jeremy Scott, is that they let you pick the songs you want in your video. This really gives it a personal touch and makes the videos unique. When the wedding day came, we were not disappointed. Just a few days after our wedding we received our teaser (while on our honeymoon!) and within a few weeks we had our trailer! Both of which are absolutely incredible! I may be biased, but I have watched other videos and well, Jeremy Scott is the best by far. They are so professional and awesome to work with on the day and they also listen to any feedback you have and make changes if needed. They are great people too! We received so many compliments on our videos. We watch them all the time - we are obsessed!! Thank you Jeremy and Amanda!!

id not hire anyone, but a few months before our wedding, we really wanted our memories on video, so we decided to hire them and we are so glad we did. They were professional, easy-going, timely, and above all, TALENTED. I couldn’t believe how quickly we received our wedding teaser, and then how quickly we received our full-length video. Their attention to detail, cinematography, and sound was unmatched to any other wedding videos I have seen. You will not regret having your special day capturing on video, and you will be especially thankful if you hire JSF!

We highly recommend using Jeremy Scott Films to capture your special day. We are confident that they will do an exceptional job on your wedding footage. Jeremy and Amanda were very...

knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. They worked well with our photographer and wedding coordinator to capture our day beautifully. You can tell they really love what they do and it shows through their work. Our trailer and teaser videos really told the story of our day from start to finish. We are excited to see the short film they put together for us.

Jeremy and Amanda stepped in 4 DAYS BEFORE our big day to film our wedding when we had issues with our previously hired videographer. They both got on the phone with us to cover al...

l the logistics and wants from our day of film. They were communicative, kind, and queer friendly! On the day of our wedding, they showed up on time, stayed a little late, and were overall helpful, and great additions to our momentous day. We have only seen the trailer so far - which was sent just a couple days after our wedding - and it's BEAUTIFUL. We knew we wanted to capture our day on film, and Jeremy and Amanda really delivered. We can't wait to see the longer length video and special edits!

my and Amanda now! I'll also add that if you're not sure if you want a wedding video... you do, don't even question it! It is honestly a priceless memory and worth every penny. When my husband and I were planning our October 2020 wedding (pre-pandemic) we were really stuck on choosing a videographer. We watched a ton of sample videos and just couldn't find the right fit/vibe for us. I stumbled across Jeremy Scott and they sparked my interest. I contacted them and within the day I was on the phone with Jeremy and Amanda going over what our options were and explaining to them what we were looking for. As soon as we hung up the phone I knew they were it for us. As we got further into our planning sessions and deeper into the pandemic they were so responsive and understanding. They joined calls with our other vendors and did anything we asked to make sure that our day was smooth sailing. All of their efforts made our wedding day so amazing. We ended up having a small ceremony and reception on our originally planned wedding day in October of 2020 and it was perfect. Jeremy and Amanda were barely noticeable (in a good way) throughout our day and captured everything literally perfectly. Our video has made practical strangers shed a tear. We watch it all the time and I think I could watch it a million more times and never be sick of it. From the moments they chose to include to the song choices they gave us it felt like everything I could've dreamed of and I'm so grateful we have such a wonderful way to remember our day. They'll also be capturing our large reception and I am so excited to see what magic they make. Jeremy and Amanda, thank you so much for every single minute that you put into helping us make our day(s) a success and for the memories you've provided us. We cannot express how grateful we are!

e wanted to be able to share it with those who couldn't be there. Jeremy and Amanda were flexible and accommodated what we were looking for, and went above and beyond what we expected. I am SO GLAD we were able to work with them, and would absolutely recommend couples hire Jeremy and Amanda. They changed my perspective on videography, and we are so grateful to have our memories captured to watch forever.

Jeremy and Amanda documented my sister's wedding in June and I cannot say enough about how amazing their team is. They put so much care and attention to capturing ALL of the weddi...

ng day- everything, with even more emphasis on the components that my sister expressed were important to her. They were all set to leave when my sister's favorite dancing song came on, and knowing this was her favorite song, came back in with their cameras to capture us joyfully dancing together. I cannot express how ABOVE AND BEYOND they went. They were so attentive and careful with every part of the day-I just can't express that enough. Not to mention they were great to be around. You wouldn't even know you were being filmed their presence was so chill and coming. The teaser video is STUNNING and they sent it to her so quickly. Amazing vendor!!!! 1000000x recommend!

ial day. Choosing Jeremy Scott Films to capture our day was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. Jeremy and Amanda went over and beyond in order to make our video perfect for us. They were able to capture so many precious moments and emotions that I honestly wouldn’t have remembered if it wasn’t for our video. Jeremy and Amanda were very professional and responded promptly to all my emails. EVERY BRIDE NEEDS and DESERVES A JEREMY SCOTT FILM!!!

I can't praise Jeremy and Amanda enough. They are absolute professionals and were a joy to work with on our wedding day... not to mention the months leading up to our big day. Our ...

final product is incredible - they captured every single important moment, understood our vision, and edited everything excellently. They very clearly care about their clients -- they asked for our feedback and were willing to swap shots per our request. I really encourage every bride and groom to work videography into your budget if possible. Being able to relive moments that went so quick.. hear speeches over again.. etc.. is truly priceless.

only are they extremely talented & fast in the turnaround process (literally give you a teaser within 1 day), they are some of the most kind people to work with. This duo defines the saying "get it, or regret it" - you NEED them on your vendor team!

When choosing a Videographer to shoot our elopement, we knew going with Jeremy Scott Films was going to be our best bet, but they exceeded our expectations - by a mile! They didn't...

make us feel awkward when they were taking our videos. They captured all the important and heartfelt moments and most of all, the fact that they allowed us the freedom to choose our own songs and sent us the videos faster than we expected, asked us if there was anything we would like to change/add made us feel so valued. Their video quality is stunning and they are a really talented team and have THE eye for this. They make us wanna get married again so we can have an excuse to be filmed by this fantastic duo. I think from the moment they sent us the videos, we have watched them over 10 times in one night! LOL Thank you, Jeremy and Amanda for capturing this very important day of our lives in the sweetest way possible :)

ther forecast for our wedding day was iffy. Everything they showed us on the back of their video cameras was incredible. Amanda even helped with the buttons on my gown and bustled it after the ceremony. The trailer we received within days was better than I ever could have imagined. Could not recommend them more!

hey work flawlessly with other vendors. I spoke with them on the phone before booking and right then I knew that they were top notch. They are so friendly, organized, calming, and fun. When choosing a videographer I was very overwhelmed at first because there are so many great options, but as soon as I saw a couple of their videos I knew that I HAD to have them film our special day. They know the best shots and angles and they even have an awesome drone that they use to capture overhead footage! We got our trailer back so quickly which was honestly so nice and all our friends and family say its the best they've ever seen and that it perfectly captured the beautiful day that it was! Not only are they amazing videographers, they helped me during the day with odds and ends things and Amanda was running around all over the place for me while I was getting ready and even at the end of the night when I was dancing! I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much Jeremy and Amanda!!

Erica K

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Jeremy and Amanda are. They were never intrusive (which can be hard when trying to get all of the right shots and angles while also being min...

dful of the photographer) and just generally lovely people to be around on our wedding day - which is important with all wedding vendors because you spend most of your day with them. Over and above the fact that they are very kind people, the “trailer” film that they created from our wedding day left me completely and utterly speechless. It is truly a cinematic work of art that looks like it belongs in a hollywood film. Jeremy & Amanda actually sent us the trailer just two days after our wedding, which was such an awesome surprise and shows how excited and passionate they are about what they do. I received so many compliments from family and friends who were all stunned at the quality and content of the short film. It is absolutely beautiful and far beyond my expectations. We have not received the full length film yet, but I have no question in my mind that it will be incredible! We are SO happy we worked with Jeremy and Amanda and we cannot recommend them more.

Jeremy and Amanda are INCREDIBLE and I cannot recommend them enough!! I spoke with Amanda on the phone a couple of months before the wedding to go over our final timeline, location...

s, and any must haves we wanted filmed. On our wedding day they were on time, so friendly, calming, and helpful as I was a bit of a scatter brain running behind schedule. They captured everything we hoped for and we barely even realized they were there because they were not intrusive and just captured the day as it came, which is what we were hoping for. The Monday after our wedding they asked us to choose a song for our teaser trailer and two days later we had a two minute trailer video! We are at that age where we have a ton of weddings every year and that quick of a turnaround is unheard-of. Not to mention the trailer was OUT OF THIS WORLD beautiful, sentimental, sweet, fun, and full of love. They truly did an outstanding job capturing our day and we are so looking forward to receiving the full length video! PLEASE do yourself a favor and contact them for your wedding or event. You won't regret it!! :)
