We cannot recommend Jen enough! From the moment we first connected with Jen after getting engaged, while we were still living abroad, we knew we were in great hands. She was an inc...
redible communicator from day one, always responsive, happy to answer all of our questions, and so flexible about arranging FaceTime calls to accommodate our schedules. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and offered a variety of packages that allowed us to customize everything to fit our needs. She also asked us for a detailed list of the photos we wanted to make sure no important moments or combinations of family and friends were missed. We felt completely taken care of throughout the entire process.
On the wedding day, Jen and John were absolutely fantastic. John was so friendly and immediately fit right in with the guys while they were getting ready, and the same with Jen and the girls. Both of them were a pleasure to work with, making even the more staged or potentially awkward photos feel natural and comfortable. They were also incredible at capturing candid moments. Somehow, they always seemed to be in exactly the right place at exactly the right time! They managed to capture all the big moments, but also the little interactions with our guests, the atmosphere of the day, and all the small details that made our wedding uniquely ours. They were everywhere at once, snapping photos constantly, yet somehow you barely even noticed they were there!
It was an incredibly hot day, and they never let that slow them down for a second. They worked tirelessly, went above and beyond, and put so much care into capturing our day from every angle. We were also absolutely delighted to receive our photos just one month after the wedding! The pictures are beautiful, and we are so grateful to have such a wonderful collection of memories to look back on.
Jen and John were professional, thoughtful, talented, and genuinely lovely to work with from start to finish. We couldn't be more appreciative of all their hard work and couldn't be happier with the results. If you're looking for photographers who will make you feel comfortable, truly listen to what matters to you, and capture both the big moments and all the little ones in between, look no further. We would recommend them in a heartbeat!

ur wedding. I’d highly recommending booking an engagement shoot with her and her husband John (second shooter) to get to know them and work with them prior to your wedding. The photos came out so beautiful and we got them in a timely manner! Jen also helped recommend our videographer (shoutout to Arnold at Barnberry Productions).
On our wedding day, they were incredible. Jen & John kept us so calm and walked us through our entire day! They both worked so well with our videographer Arnold, which allowed the day to flow so nicely. Jen & John were so creative with their shots and really helped us to relax while photos were being taken. Jen was able to provide us with a little sneak peak of our wedding photos just a few days after our wedding as well which was lovely! We can’t thank you both enough for all of your help & we can’t wait to see the rest of the photo’s!
I cannot give Jen (and John, her husband and second shooter) enough praise. We were immediately drawn to her pictures when we were looking through some potential vendors for our we...
dding, but they were also some of the nicest people you could work with. My husband and I aren't super comfortable being the center of attention, and we didn't feel confident in what we thought might look good in pictures. Because of that, we wanted someone with a lot of experience - with photographing weddings in general and, more specifically, our venue. Jen had exactly that. We met Jen and John in person before the wedding, and we felt more much more at ease after going through everything with them. When we met, we also discovered that we had a connection around soccer. We wanted to try to take some fun, soccer-related photos, and they were so excited. That meant a lot to us - their willingness to try something new and a little different. The wedding day was perfect! It was October and raining, but Jen and John had umbrellas and were more than willing to follow us around, capturing gorgeous pictures in the cold rain. Everything came out absolutely amazing! We love our picture and are so happy we have these beautiful pictures to look at. We highly recommend Jennifer Bach Photography!
Jen was the most wonderful vendor of our entire wedding. She was kind, compassionate, a clear communicator, and incredibly skilled. She provided my family the most incredible photo...
s that will remind us of these cherished memories for years to come. I am so thankful that she worked with us, I cannot recommend her enough.
We hired Jen to do our engagement pictures and our wedding pictures and we could not love them more! She works with her husband, John, as her second shooter and they work AMAZING t...
ogether. They captured everything beautifully. They are also just beyond lovely people. I ended up scratching my eye when we were taking pictures in downtown Mystic and my eye was watering like crazy, John popped into a store to ask for tissues for me so I didn't ruin all of my makeup.
Jen and John are so sweet, have an amazing eye, and put us at ease since neither my husband or I are comfortable with our photos being taken. I also wanted to do a surprise first look for my husband where his best friend would surprise him instead of me, and Jen and John were totally on board and captured the reaction perfectly! I would highly recommend Jen!!
I cannot give enough praise to Jennifer and John (her husband and second shooter). They were exceptional through every phase of the wedding. When we were originally trying to selec...
t a photographer, we wanted to have the option to do the engagement shoot separately, so we didn’t have to sign the entire contract at once. Jennifer was happily able to accommodate this on Mother’s Day no less! After meeting her and John, before even seeing the photos from the engagement shoot, we knew without a doubt we had to have them for our wedding. Jennifer and Jon have a way of making you feel confident, comfortable, and candid while capturing the most beautiful moments. We were blown away by the engagement photos and overjoyed to have them as our wedding photographers. The wedding photos were beyond stunning. What we loved even more, was how much fun we (and they) had taking them. Jennifer has the amazing ability to capture a look, a touch, a thought that captures not only the moment but the essence of who you are as people. If you are looking to have the most beautiful memories of your life captured flawlessly, Jennifer and John are a must!
Jen and John are hands down the best wedding photographers!! We met them over a year ago and instantly bonded with them. They are very laid back and kind people. We completed engag...
ement photos with them and were blown away. You can tell how much they love what they do! They are committed to beautiful shots and everything is so natural! For our wedding day, they just put us at ease. We received some of the teasers back and were blown away! They are absolutely breath-taking!! Our ceremony was held in a Church. Jen and John got the most beautiful shots and we didn’t even notice them there! Once at the reception, they worked at ease to understand the multiple families and make sure we got a lot of family photos quick! We were Then able to walk with Jen and John and find the most beautiful photo spots! They have the perfect eye for lighting and surroundings! I couldn’t be happier with how amazing they are to work with! Their photos are AMAZING and they are even better to work with!
We absolutely loved working with Jennifer and John! They are so easy to work with and so much fun. Jennifer arrived early to photograph myself and my bridesmaids as we got ready, a...
nd John went to photograph the guys. During the ceremony, they have their shots down to a tee where they get several angles but never get in each others way. They kept to their schedule without ever making us feel like we had to be rushed somewhere. I think my favorite part though is seeing how well they work together. They set such a wonderful example as a happily married couple for us as newlyweds. They also somehow manage to eliminate any natural awkwardness for people not used to being photographed and make it a truly memorable experience. We received so many compliments about them from our bridal party and family. I couldn't imagine having any other photographers!
Jennifer and John were such a great duo! They knew exactly what to do and where to go. They guided us through the entire experience without being too pushy or awkward. They were fu...

Jennifer and John were truly a delight to work with! At our Saltwater Farm Vineyard wedding last week, my husband and I had the privilege of experiencing all that this dynamic duo...
has to offer. They were fun, professional, sensitive to countless variables (a rainstorm, pre-wedding jitters from the bride & groom, 3 small children in the wedding party), and they even gracefully put up with my videographer brother, who constantly competed for the perfect shot ;) We would highly recommend Jennifer Bach Photography to anyone! -Lindsey & Phavixai

and John are amazing to work with, they work great together and the images that they capture are truly something to treasure. Their personalities put you at ease and make the whole experience fun! When Jen and John came into the bridal suit where I was a ball of nerves I was able to loosen up a little. My husband and I cannot wait to work with them again in the future!
