Jeff Zak Catering

ple booked, and food selected. When he sent me the final estimate, it was higher than I thought it would be. I emailed him back asking if we could select different food choices to get the cost down, and the next email I received from Jeff was cancelling my event (3 days prior to the event). Upon calling Jeff he stated that I was the one being rude, questioning his pricing and so he cancelled with no apology. I told Jeff (the owner) that this was very unprofessional, and he said since I questioned his pricing, clearly he was not the right caterer for me and I should look elsewhere for catering services (again 3 days before my wedding brunch). I am sure from the reviews that the food may have been good which I why I selected Jeff in the first place - and I live in Plymouth so I was supporting my local economy. Very bad decision. My advice to you if you choose to go with Jeff Zak Catering.............do not cross or question Jeff Zak the owner or he WILL CUT YOU OFF with no notice or another thought given to you, or your event. He was arrogant and very unprofessional. I was stunned. I will never recommend Jeff Zak catering. You cannot undo this level of unprofessionalism.
