JCM Photography

the right amount of professionalism. From speaking with them on the phone during initial planning all the way through the wedding, they were engaging and kept things fun and light. JCM worked our wedding well and captured all of the shots we had discussed in the way we had hoped for. They made us feel totally comfortable in front of the camera! They provided all photos in digital form within the contract time, which was reasonable given how busy their season was. Although there was a small issue with the loss of a few of our photos during a data transfer, JCM more than made it up to us by offering a free album (which was exquisite). Choosing the right photographer for your wedding is a huge decision, and you cannot go wrong with JCM!

capture the most stunning images. We hired them for our wedding and also did an engagement session out in Asheville. My husband and I were nervous going in, neither of us are great at having photos taken, but Jenny and Joe are so warm and awesome that we almost instantly felt at ease. They captured all the most wonderful moments of our wedding, immortalizing the beautiful fairytale feeling of that day forever. I can’t not sing their praises enough. For real, go look at their portfolio, I’ll even make it easy for you https://www.yourjcmphotography.com/portfolio. They do such stunning work. Great people, great photographers, exactly what we wanted.

ey also made us feel very comfortable through the entire process. Not to mention that all our photos are gorgeous! I have nothing but great things to say about JCM Photography, and I will be recommending them to everyone!

both sessions and the pictures they captured are absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend hiring Jenny and Joe for your photography needs - you won't find anyone better!

natural (nothing looks posed) and they help to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera with their outgoing personalities. In addition to how amazing Jenny and Joe are as a couple and how perfect their pictures, they also get your photos back to you so quickly!

nd poses which takes all of the pressure off of us. Jenny and Joe are so much fun to hang out with and make every moment that much better! Jenny helped find the bustles on my dress so I could get my dance on. When no one knew the dances during the reception, Jenny got on the dance floor and everyone followed her. Such a great time!! Joe did a great job capturing the groom and groomsmen and fit right in. Joe’s positive attitude helps relax the nerves and brings an upbeat mood. If you are looking for someone professional, positive, and fun to make your special moments that much more special then these are the photographers for you. I can’t say enough good things about JCM Photography!

bout their work and want nothing more than to give you the best photos. They take a personal interest in you life which lets awkward people feel more comfortable in front of a camera. They go above and beyond for their job. You couldn't get a better photographer for whatever special moments you want captured.

mply amazing! Unique and full of ‘in the moment’ photos. They give enough direction to where you know what to do during photos, and also encourage natural smiles and laughs with their friendly personalities. I cannot recommend JCM photography enough! When I’m asked about my wedding, I quickly bring up our amazing photographers. They were both incredible throughout the entire journey of our wedding from engagement photos, wedding photos and were VERY responsive. Jennifer and Joe were more than just amazing photographers at our wedding. Joe helped my husband tie his necktie, supported and got the groomsmen hype throughout the day. Jen fastened my bustle with ease and also supported and encouraged me and my bridesmaids. They both made us, our wedding party, family and guests feel so comfortable and confident. So, if you’re thinking of hiring JCM Photography, DO IT! You will not regret it, in fact, you will thank yourself.

experience possible! We couldn't stop laughing and having fun conversations during the shoot. This was our first formal photo shoot and we felt completely comfortable. They are the best of the best and we cannot recommend them enough. These are the most high-quality photos I have ever received and cannot wait for our wedding date to get here. THEY ARE AMAZING!

o make sure we found someone that could really capture the energy; those candid dance floor pictures were a huge priority. We mentioned this to every photographer we reached out to, but Jenny and Joe were the ONLY ones that addressed that. They went as far as to send us galleries from specifically dancey weddings to show what they could do, and we were just blown away from the start how A.) they had the level of care to make sure to show us examples of exactly what we were looking for, and B.) how amazingly they did at capturing those moments! We were immediately sold and so excited to work with them. Our wedding ended up getting postponed by Covid, and when we nailed down our new date Jenny and Joe were no longer available. They assured us that they would set us up with photographers that could get the job done, and they were not kidding! That is when we started working with Jesse and Megan. They were delightful through all of our communication, the sweetest people! But when it comes to their performance the day of…we are still BLOWN AWAY!! They were EVERYWHERE on the dance floor; they came totally prepared to capture every crazy moment, and did not stop! I have worked in the wedding industry for 9 years and I don’t know if I’ve ever seen photographers so fully encompassing every moment until the very end! We had tons of guests even come up and compliment us on the photographers, all noticing that they were seriously all over it the whole night! Throughout the entire day they were chill, delightful, and really just great people to work with. They were light-hearted and made the entire process fun. They listened to what we wanted when we decided to change up our portrait shot location, and even helped our videographer with his equipment when it was having problems right before the ceremony. And when we got our pictures back….THEY WERE PERFECT!! I had every confidence that they would be amazing, but there aren’t even words to express how great each and every picture is. It’s true, the whole day is a complete and total blur, and at the end of the day the pictures are what you have to look back on, especially for all the things you missed/didn’t get to see while you were busy being pulled in different directions. Going with JCM was the best decision we could have ever made. Our friends and family now have such beautiful memories to cherish forever, thanks to Jesse, Megan, Jenny, and Joe. We are forever thankful we found JCM; now we can always look back on that day and fully see everything that happened, perfectly encapsulated.

ny truly take the time to know you and build that relationship, which shows on the end product. They make sure you are comfortable, and get what you need/envision right from the first day they talk to you. Professionalism at its highest level. Friendly, caring, hard working, there are not enough words to describe this team. Not to mention their work is absolutely breathtaking. The number of comments we have received about our photos is unreal. It was truly a pleasure working with them, and I can’t wait to do it again! I absolutely 110% recommend them, you will not regret it.

recommend. JCM Photography was her immediate answer and it proved to be the only answer I needed. Jenn is a kindred spirit, she understood me and we laughed about everything from us both being short (fun-size) to how much I hate being the center of attention. Joe is just so cool and my fiancé kept saying how much he enjoyed hanging out with him. He is also crazy masterful with lighting and our sneak peek photos blew me away. They are both just such great people and amazing photographers. They should be the only choice for wedding photography. They are certainly my only choice.

de the process so seamless and quick. We ended up working with Nick L. and Sarah D. and I couldn't say anything but great things about them both. Our family session (i.e., engagement photos) was so much fun and our pictures are absolutely amazing. At the wedding, they were so light-hearted and really meshed with our two families. They captured so many beautiful moments and we will cherish our photos forever! I am so thankful for Nick, Sarah, and JCM for everything and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of professional photos taken!

ng when we had to move both our engagement shoot and wedding day! We highly recommend them! :)

and Joe will blow you away with their skill and flawless ability to capture every single moment. Choosing JCM Photography for our proposal, my bridal shoot, and for our Wedding was the best decision my husband and I could've made for the Best Day of Our Lives. If I had it to do all over again, I'd still choose Joe and Jenny three times over. If you're unsure who to hire as your photographer, you cannot go wrong with this incredible couple! "The best ever" is such an understatement for how impressive and amazing they are. Thank you, Mackeys!

get really amazing photos. They took a rainy day wedding and made everything look like a fairy tale. These two are so creative and have such an eye for telling love stories. Rest assured that if you choose JCM photography for your wedding you will have an amazing experience and leave with photographs that you never want to stop looking at.

so glad they captured our special day. The photos are literally breathtaking!! We can’t recommend them enough!

ng and were able to fit us in. We feel so lucky to have had both Jenn and Joe capture our engagement photos. They are not only the nicest people and made us feel comfortable during the shoot, but are also amazingly talented. My fiance and I could not have imagined such beautiful photos. We are over the moon with every one they took. They were also great in helping us find the perfect location for our photos. They listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond. We 100% will be recommending them to everyone and will be contacting them again in the future if we are ever in need of a photographer.

zing the quality was. They are also very quick to respond and answer every question you may have. I would definitely recommend them for your wedding as well as engagement sessions! They are wonderful!

pliments from family and friends. Some of our family members even called our photos "magical". The photoshoot was not easy to plan given the high propensity of it to rain at the Craggy! In fact, the first time we tried taking photos, it rained on us and we had to reschedule! Despite all of this, Jennifer and Joe helped us throughout the entire process. From the very start, they always responded to our emails/texts/phone calls/questions in a timely manner. In addition, Jennifer and Joe gave made the photoshoot extremely fun. They made us feel comfortable being ourselves, yet gave us the necessary guidance we needed in order to get the pictures we wanted. We highly recommend JCM photography! If you're looking for amazing photographers who will bring your love story to life, look no further !

guide us and make us at ease. The final photos were amazing and we couldn't be happier!

rfect day! We are extremely pleased with their work ethic, professionalism, and expertise, and we highly recommend they capture your big day!

h we lived across the country!) and come up with a unique plan specific to our wants and needs. They collaborated well with the other vendors and the guests were blown away by how fun, but still professional, they both were! We got gorgeous poses photos that Jenny and Joe made feel totally natural and easy for everyone. We got EPIC candids on the dance floor. We got everything we could of wanted and more, and all of the shots were delivered almost immediately after!!! They knocked it out of the park and in my opinion are the best in the business!

yes leaving our wedding, they were a joy to work with. They made the process so enjoyable and easy that we knew we hired the best! On our wedding day, we were so impressed by their professionalism and passion for what they do. Wedding day can be very stressful, and it’s so important to find someone who cares about your wedding as much as you do and we knew we hit the jackpot with them. They wanted to make sure that all of our desired pictures were taken, while at the same time, keeping everyone entertained and comfortable! We were so impressed with how all of our pictures turned out, and how quick of a turnaround it was to get the pictures back from Jenny and Joe. I believe it’s safe to say that we’ve found our go-to photographers for life’s most important events. We would hands-down recommend JCM Photography and know that whoever uses them will feel the same as we did!

d. We knew before our first meetup that we wanted them, but meeting up with them at a local brewery really sealed the deal. They are so personable in a way that made all of our guests feel comfortable enough to bring out their outgoing sides to make sure we had the best memories recorded. Jenny photographed the girls getting ready and got so many amazing shots of the Bridal gown and jewelry. Joe spent the morning with the guys and got awesome shots of us all hanging out and the accessories we had. We chose to have a first look in private- Jenny and Joe were able to quietly be there in a way that allowed us to be ourselves and enjoy our first moments together and feel like we were completely alone- yet we have so many great photos from it. They stole us away from the party a few times when the lighting outside was just perfect- but also gave us the option to pass on more photos if we wanted to keep on dancing. Their photobooth was one of the highlights of the night for our guests! It was so easy to use with quality photos AND Gifs. The photobooth photos were available to view right away so we got a good laugh at those before we even left for our honeymoon. We were shocked with how quickly we got our final photos back from them which included over 1,000 edited items that we will forever have available in digital format at no added cost. Their quality, communication, efficiency, and all around awesomeness are worth the price and peace of mind when it comes to documenting such an important event. We really feel that our wedding day experience was made even better by having Jenny and Joe there- they’re not just wedding photographers, they are Wedding Memory Makers!! Thank you guys for everything!!! Chris & Kelly

l a little bit in shock. We had a 15 min session with them because out carriage was late. In just 15 minutes they were able to capture pictures that described us as a couple, our love and the special moment as we start the journey of the rest of our lives together. My fiance after described how easy they were to get ahold of them when snow almost ruined our trip and they helped him find the most amazing spot for the most amazing moment of my life, well up to that point. We LOVED their clarity and vibrant pictures so much that we paid for them to come all the way to Raleigh, NC for our wedding. It did not hurt that they are the most down to earth and friendly people. They are great to work with and really point you in the right direction for gorgeous photos. They capture beautiful pictures that are nothing short of breathtaking. They were a little more than I had budgeted for the wedding but honestly they were worth every penny!!! You will not find better photographers. I was a little worried about them being so far away and the communication but they made communication so easy. When we did out initial phone meeting it felt like we were talking to old friends. They made sure to get the shots we wanted! And a complete bonus that they are super quick with providing the edited pictures. I think for the engagement it was about a week and we had all our gorgeous photos. You can really tell they love what they do and they are great at what they do. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in any area looking for a photographer.

JCM Photo, Jenny/Joe have been a pleasure to work with. They were prompt in answering all my questions (& with doing an out of state engagement shoot, there were ALOT of questions- trust me!). They make a great team, made us feel very comfortable, and captured amazing pictures, all while having fun! We received our pictures back in a timely manner, and we even got a sneak preview a few days after. We're so so so happy with our pictures and would recommend anyone to JCM Photography :)

words best appropriate to articulate just how wonderful our experience has been. My husband, and I began our wedding photographer search thinking this would be an area that we wanted to save money. The more we thought about it and shopped around, the more we realized just how important our wedding photographer was going to be (I mean they are the ones taking the photos that we will cherish for a lifetime right?). I ran across JCM photography on google and fell in love with the raw beauty of their photos (it was obvious their photos were pieces of art, not created through tons of editing but through an eye (or lens ) for creativity). I immediately reached out to Jenny and Joe to inquire about their availability for our wedding date. They were speedy to get back to me and within a few exchanged emails, we had a meeting time scheduled for that evening. I think of myself as someone who thrives on interpersonal communication, so when given the opportunity to meet in person versus over the phone, I immediately jumped at that chance. They offered a coffee shop, as if they already knew me (you could basically say coffee runs through my veins lol). I left our meeting knowing in my heart that I had found our wedding photographers – a husband and wife couple who I gleaned from our first meeting were down to earth, confident yet humble, organized, funny, genuine, and very creative. Jenny and Joe were with us throughout our entire engagement - shooting our engagement photos, my bridal session, and our wedding. They drove all over Asheville (4 different locations to be exact) in order to get the best engagement photos possible for Lee and I given the extremely foggy circumstances we were faced with. They trekked through the woods, froze their hands, feet, and faces off to get bridal portrait shots for me. They were stuck to our side the entire day of the wedding not only ensuring that all of the precious moments imaginable were captured but also to provide whatever love and support they possibly could. We received a preview of our wedding photos 4 days after the wedding (that’s like basically unheard of) and the rest of our photos came just a couple weeks later! We could not be more impressed with how all of our photos turned out and are so thankful for the expertise and professionalism of these two photographers. Somewhere along the lines of working with Jenny and Joe, they became more than just our photographers, they became our friends! Our wedding day was nothing short of absolutely amazing, and we couldn’t be more pleased and thankful for this husband and wife team that we selected to capture such special moments for us! With so much love, Elyssa and Lee Pattillo

ade them feel so comfortable with pictures. They were able to take some of our best moments and create such beautiful memories for us. Their pictures are literally worth a thousand words and the way they work together was a joy to be around. We LOVE all of our pictures from them. Our engagement pictures were amazing and our wedding day photos couldn't have been any better. We loved their unique ideas, suggestions, and willingness to go out of the box for us to get some great shots. Jenny and Joe were a highlight to our wedding and captured so many memories we will always cherish. If you're looking for the best, look no more. <3

my dream shots!

of us right at ease. I loved their personalities, and they were so easy to click with. My fiancé and I had picked them when we began planning our wedding. When we reviewed their online portfolios and pictures, their style was just different. The thing we noticed is that they captured feelings, emotions, and relationships so well, in just a simple a photo. We met them before the wedding, and immediately just clicked with them. They guided us through the process of picking poses, shots, etc. Other than a few of my fiancé and I, and our parents and bridal party, that we had requested, we had seen enough of their portfolio and really just wanted them to do what they do best. We loved having them suggest things to us, playing around with lighting, etc. We truly could not be happier with our pictures. When our preview went on Facebook, I thought our friends and coworkers were going to break the internet. They are true professionals – it was phenomenal having two photographers of equal talent that worked together so well as a team. They divided and conquered the day so as not to miss a thing, and worked fantastic together to create memorable shots that captured exactly who we are as a couple. As we have been reviewing the pictures recently, we are both amazed at how well they captured the emotion of that day, as well as the relationships between people. It was better than we could have ever imagined.

location and it was beautiful - the views were breathtaking! The price, customer service and quality of photos were all great, but we expected that going in. What we didn’t expect was how comfortable they made us feel and how they captured what makes us “us”. We laughed a lot and it was truly the best session we’ve ever had with photographers. Thank you both so much for capturing those moments – we will cherish them forever! Scott and Venus Stone

pictures turned out beautifully!

ir site and they captured our picture perfect day. Every photo brings back the memories and tells a story! They were quick to respond to all questions, well organized to get our families in order of photos and their turn around on getting the edited photos back was stunning! We highly recommend JCM Photography to capture your best day ever!

go, Jenny and Joe have been absolutely amazing. Professionally: amazing quality pictures, they just capture something special. Personally: so down to earth and fun. They make you feel so comfortable, it's easy to be long-lasting friends with the both of them. Yes, they are slightly expensive, but trust me, 100% worth it. Without question, the best decision we made was hiring them to be our photographers! We had them for engagement shoot as well as the wedding. The pictures they took are absolutely stunning! We can't wait for all of our wedding pictures to come back. Would absolutely not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for photographers, and if the need arrises for a maternity shoot, will not hesitate to hire them again! Only wish I could give them 10 stars!!

t what we didn't realize was that we would be gaining 2 new (super cool) friends in the process. Joe and Jenny are literally the best! They were there to answer any questions! What stuck out most to me about them during the planning process was how quick they responded to any email, text or call! I got to work with them a little over a month prior to the wedding when we did my bridal session. Joe and Jenny had ALL the recommendations with ALL the details for each place when I told them what I was looking for. At the shoot, they were phenomenal (and Sarah, too)!!! I called Byron immediately after and expressed how much fun my shoot was!!! On the wedding day, they were super welcoming and came ready to go and so happy! Both did a great job of being social with our families and friends. They have this way of being there, but not like in the way or super noticeable during all the important parts. They have the quickest turn around in the history of photographers! Our pictures came out perfectly and I feel like I can relieve each moment just looking at one image. We have received the MOST compliments on my bridal portraits and our wedding pictures!!! Their quality is well above average and you will not regret working with this insanely cool couple! Nobody else compares!

e to any and all comments or questions, work really well together to get a variety of shots. Before both engagement and wedding photos, they arrived early enough to scope out the location for potential cool shots. Prices were very reasonable. The turnaround time to receive photos is insane! We had a "sneak peek" with over 100 photos (that's more than a peek if you ask me!) within 3 days and full album within 2 weeks. They were willing to meet in the middle for an initial meeting and didn't mind driving to engagement photo and wedding location. They work so well together and just make you laugh and smile, which results in some pretty incredible photos. Can't say enough about how great it was to work with them.

forever, and we definitely gained some friends coming out of it. They do such a great job of blending in and make your photos look completely natural. Nothing was staged or forced, and most of all they made it so FUN! They were a bit in the higher end of our photo budget but they were seriously worth every penny, and I wouldn't have changed it for anything. We have some seriously beautiful photos and memories that will last a lifetime. We will definitely be using Jenny & Joe any time we need photos in the future and can never thank them enough for capturing our special day so perfectly!!!

and get the job done thoroughly while paying attention to detail. This cute couple is open to ideas and they also bounce ideas off of each other, so they display a lot of creativity. They work quickly but efficiently and they don't cut any corners. I thought my wedding pictures turned out great. We all sat around as a family (20 of us ) last night, and we really enjoyed all of the wedding day photos that displayed so many emotions. It brought back a million emotions of just how wonderful our big day was. I will use JCM photography in the future!

rocess (from before bridal portraits all the way through and after the wedding day). Jesse and Regina photographed our wedding and we couldn't have asked for a better group of people to have as our photographers. They are all so professional and so fun to work with, and I'll definitely be recommending them to my friends! All of our family and friends are still raving about our wedding photos :) I highly recommend JCM!!

ld have paid them wedding planner fees as well. They respond quickly and got our photos back to us quickly! Day of the wedding they helped me make last minute decisions based on their expertise, watched the weather for me, and offered support and patience. I love them and cannot emphasize enough how helpful they were.

. They blended right in and did an amazing job capturing the moment as well as a ton of different shots around the property. My beautiful bride loved them and their work so much we hired them again to shoot the wedding. They once again did awesome. And not only do they have creativity but they also have good dynamics between themselves and work well together. From a guys point of view pictures taking is painful but if you want a. Happy wife you suck it up and take as many as is necessary. However Jennifer and Joe make the painful process very tolerable. In fact I kinda enjoyed it. I 💯 % recommend them for any type of photos . They keep it fun and painless and do one heck of a job. They are always thinking of ways to make really cool shots. And I’m telling you my wife loves the finish product. They are amazing and will definitely be my photographer in the future. #jcmphotographyrocks

gagement photos with them came out amazing! But when they showed up on our wedding day, they were INCREDIBLE. They are a power house team! They went right to work the second they showed up and got pictures of every little detail. Some of the shots I didn’t even realize they were taking. They really do capture the real life moments. They respond to emails within a day and are always so positive and friendly. They make you feel like your wedding is truly a special day to them. And the best part about Jenny and Joe is their personality. They are an absolute BLAST to work with! I felt like we just had two friends at our wedding taking pictures of us. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

I highly recommend them for your photography needs! The pictures were very high quality and they literally captured all the moments of the wedding we missed! They are also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
