JCanelas Photography

the us the bride and groom. Her time management was perfect and kept us on track throughout our wedding day. She is truly the best Tampa has to offer. You will be getting more than a photographer when you hire Joanna. She loves what she does and is so evident in her work and the way she carries herself. We recommend JCanelas Photography 100%

candid shots!! She was so organized and paid so much attention to detail. She knew everyone by name and made sure photos after the ceremony went smoothly. She is truly one of a kind and worth EVERY PENNY!!! Ladies, book her now.. I’m sure she will start booking a year in advance!! Truly cannot say enough good things!! Love her so much!

lso adds so much value to the team beyond that of a second shooter, they work so well together! They made me feel comfortable during portraits and made sure to take our preferences into consideration. They are both so fun to be around which is important since it’s such a long day. They were also genuinely excited and clearly love what they do! Needless to say, our photos came out beautifully and I would love to work with Joanna again in the future!

re perfect for the job as she made sure we felt at ease/relaxed, helped us with different pose ideas, and directed everyone with confidence for the family pictures. She is super professional, responsive, and competent. Joanna captured the vision of what I wanted and went above and beyond to deliver quality. We are so glad we chose her and would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat!

ring both engagement and wedding photos. Her photos are vibrant and really capture people's authentic personalities, which we love so much. Her assistant was great as well and assisted me whenever I walked around to ensure my dress and veil did not get caught on anything. I cannot recommend Joanna enough!!

nal and made my husband and I & wedding party feel so comfortable. Everyone has been raving about the sneak peek pics, they are seriously incredible. I will be recommending Joanna to everyone I know! Thank you so much for making our wedding day so memorable <3

to worry we had plenty of time. She was so much fun to be around all day! She stayed on top of my groomsmen for beer cans in hand, gum in their mouth, sunglasses in pockets, etc. The day went so smooth thanks to her and her assistant! There is not a single moment that they did not capture and they were so discrete about it. We were able to see sneak peak photos AT OUR WEDDING RECEPTION!!! My guests were so impressed. Highly recommend the photo booth -I have never seen anything like it and it was a huge hit with guests. It was so fun to see all the pictures afterwards too. I am absolutely in love with all of my photos -they are STUNNING! The tough part will now be deciding which ones to print because they are all gorgeous! Cannot recommend JCanelas Photography enough!!! Thank you so much Joanna, you are amazing at what you do!!!

oup feel comfortable and was able to capture so many candid moments! She was great with directing and getting everyone where they needed to be efficiently without being rude or overbearing. Every one raved about her after the wedding day. When my pictures were sent to me I couldn’t stop looking at them 😍 We received so many compliments on how they turned out and how many precious moments were captured. Our wedding was a destination wedding so I did not do engagement photos or meet Joanna before our wedding day but I loved her pictures on her Instagram so I knew she’d be perfect. Her prices are very reasonable for how amazing the photos are. I highly recommend JCanelas!!! You won’t regret it!

does, would recommend her to everyone I know ❤️

ographer for any event . Thank you so much I can not express how happy I am with my pictures 😊 .

me feel so comfortable as the bride, I’m so happy I found her for our special day!

made everything a breeze. We found out later that she drove 45 minutes out of her way to do our session (and arrived on time) - now that's some dedication! She's hilarious and there was not one time that we felt awkward in front of her. I appreciated her showing us a few pictures after taking them and offering to retake any if I felt there was something wrong with them. Another thing that was pretty sweet of her was at the end she asked if I imagined any pose that we may have missed. We just had our engagement session yesterday so we have not gotten our photos back yet (except for an Instagram sneak peak - wooo!) but I trust they will not disappoint. Thank you again Joanna!

was also wonderful. You can trust that her work will leave you speechless, she was very quick to get us our pictures too!

er picture gallery and booked her. To say I’m in love with each photo she took is a complete understatement. If one thing mattered to me for this day it was having the perfect photographer to capture the memories. Everyone says it goes by so fast and that’s the honest truth. But to look at these pictures that she was able to capture from our special day, it was like reliving it all over again. She was on point not only with the perfect poses and capturing the perfect moments, but she was keeping everything in line for a super smooth day/evening and getting everything just right. I cannot thank her enough for being so amazing and I know I’ll be recommending her to anyone and everyone who mentions needing a photographer. So blessed to have these memories from our absolutely perfect day! JOANNA YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!

enal, they’re hanging all over our walls now! Plus, you get a personal connection with her which I don’t know if you get that with big photography companies!

candid shots and making you feel as comfortable as possible in front of the camera. We were very happy with our engagement shoot! Highly recommended

bright and beautiful! She also has a way of capturing emotions! Second, she is the sweetest! Joanna is extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and will make you feel beautiful. There wasn’t an awkward moment the entire wedding! She was taking pictures the entire time! Lastly, she is so organized! If you want someone who takes beautiful pictures, makes you feel comfortable and is so easy to work with, pick Joanna! All of my wedding pictures are absolutely beautiful ! Joanna was our favorite and best investment of the entire wedding !! Thank you Joanna ❤️❤️❤️❤️

was friendly, fast, accommodating and she knew exactly what she was doing. I am so happy and thankful I chose her for my wedding day, I wouldn’t have had it any other way. PS my wedding was in Mexico, she traveled to Mexico to capture my wedding memories!!! How freaking fabulous is that?!

folio but was also in my budget and worked well with a local videography company I hired for my wedding. Joanna is very polite, professional, and talented. She will make you feel beautiful on your special day.

uring the session, which helped us be more natural for the pictures. I can’t wait for her to be able to capture our wedding memories! Pick Joanna! You will not be disappointed

ore information, Joanna sent emails back immediately and was very informative. Her package pricing is very reasonable! She made us feel so comfortable and we all had such a good time during the shoot. Joanna takes beautiful photos and had wonderful suggestions for poses. We are SO THRILLED to have Joanna photograph our wedding in December! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in the search of a photographer !

unforgettable day She is absolutely the highest quality of photographer THERE IS NO ONE LIKE HER!!!!

were able to hire her to take our wedding pictures!

son on such a busy day she really made it feel much more relaxing! She really was amazing all around!

day and I couldn't have asked for anything better. She will literally go above and BEYOND for you to make sure you are the happiest couple. She shot our bridals, our LDS temple photos, our ring ceremony, and our reception. Even through all of those events, she was extremely kind, patient, and professional. I also really loved that she speaks Spanish because my whole family is Latino and it just really helped with overall communication within my family. She asked me where I wanted our bridals done and I told her what kinds of photos I wanted and that's exactly what I got, and much more. We also weren't very comfortable in front of the camera (or at least I wasn't) and because she's so sweet and professional, she worked with us and I am still obsessed with every single one of our wedding/bridal photos. I would 100000% recommend Joanna to anyone who wants their special day captured in the most perfect way!

race is on her. Everything she does she does it perfect. God bless her career. Definitely recommend her ❤️

were running late day of, she was reassuring and did not make me feel guilty, which was a huge deal for me! She and her second shooter captured so many natural moments of two people (my husband and myself) who are uncomfortable in front of the camera. The photos are incredible and exactly what I was hoping for. Her pricing is also THE MOST affordable out there, from what I saw, especially for the excellent quality of her work. They are the most wonderful memories of a wonderful day!

look no further. Their attention to detail is exceptional and they strive to make your special day memorable. The quality of their work speaks for itself.

naged to capture just our happy, excited vibe! She is so good at knowing when to setup formal portraits and when to blend into the crowd and get amazing candids (which are my favorite!).

wedding was in Atlanta, but I felt like we already knew each other. I was really happy with her ability to round up family and friends for pics, but also stay in the background and capture lots of candids. I was so excited to see the pictures to re-live our awesome day and I was beyond happy with the final product! She managed to capture the spirit of our wedding perfectly.
