The morning of my wedding day was total chaos and he was the person I kept looking to as the calming presence. He went well beyond his duty as a photographer. When we got our pictures I was totally floored by how beautiful and artistic and moody the pictures were. Everyone that saw our wedding pictures said the same thing...these pictures should be in a bridal magazine. How he manages to captures the emotions and catch the moments...is unlike anyone else. I’m my opinion anyone can take posed pictures. Jason can capture incredibly unique moments. Don’t think or debate about it...just hire Jason. You will not regret it. He’s worth it.

ew for certain that Jason would be our photographer. We have been friends and colleagues for about 6 years now. Before we were friends I idolized his work and still can’t believe we are close buds! Jason is the most talented and humble human being on the planet. His friendship has meant so much to me. In 2018 we had the incredible honor and pleasure of working together on Kauai Hawaii! Joe and I loved spending quality time with Jason and his wife Ashley. He even photographed us on the island and we have images all over the house. When the time came to wedding plan we knew we had to have Jason, but we also wanted him to be an honored guest. We were so thankful that he was willing to do both (as well as anyone can). He is so lovely to work with and truly puts everyone at ease. The way he sees the world and the colors he creates bring tears of joy to my eyes. On the big day he was as emotional as we were and I will never forget being able to smile at him and hug him! I was a Jason Mize bride! He was everywhere and nowhere like only the best photographers can accomplish. He blew us away with a same day slide show at dinner!! Joe and I squealed and cried!! He kept shooting until the very end even coordinated his good friend Josh Best to capture video for us. Now that the day has come and gone, the champagne has been drank, the ice cream eaten, and the flowers dead and all or our family and friends back to their lives the images he captured are all that remains. I always knew how important photography was but now it is solidified in my DNA. After almost a year of planning, boughts of stress, a lot of money, and so much energy we had what was truly the best day ever, a dream come true. For a day we were all together and our love was celebrated and our union created. It all went by so fast and I wish I could relive it over and over again. And we can, because of the gifts Jason has shared with us. We will be able to hold those moments in our hands and treasure them forever. We cannot wait to see and feel it all over again. As the couple we also did not get to see so much and just CAN NOT WAIT for the photo and video. If you are looking for a true artist Jason is your photographer. He is reliable, professional, and just so damned talented. We love you so much Jason and we honestly could never thank you enough.

and managed to get two very awkward people to look very good. He was also a trooper - he had a cold the day of our wedding but he still did a fabulous job. He even allowed our wedding planner to convince him to stay an extra half hour at the end to photograph us with some surprise fireworks. We also used him for our engagement photos and that was a wonderful experience as well. If you're on the fence about doing them, do them. It was so nice to get to know Jason, let him get to know us, and I think it really helped the final wedding photos.
Oh, and bonus: while we were waiting for our wedding photos, he sent us a curated slideshow complete with music to tide us over. It was magical. HIRE JASON!! You will not regret it!

I couldn't have had the wedding without him. He's also so calm and makes everything so easy. My advice if you book him, let him explore his creativity. antly blown away and knew that I had to have him as our photographer. I mean, looking at his website and his work, it all speaks for itself. Working with him is like watching a master at work. He is so dedicated to what he does! We took our engagement pictures at Kelly Rock Springs in Apopka, and he would be walking around through bushes trying to find the perfect spot and the perfect lighting. My husband and I felt awkward at first going into our engagement shoot as it was our first time ever being professionally photographed, but the second Jason met up with us to do our shoot he made us feel SO comfortable. He directed us and talked us through it, so the pictures came out genuine and unposed. I will forever be grateful that we chose Jason and Tiffany as our photographers to capture our wedding day. He will be the first one we call if we ever need professional shots again. Pictures last a lifetime and they're the one thing that you have years after your big day! Jason is totally worth every penny!

er was a big priority for us, and we could not be happier with our experience working with Jason. We found his work on Instagram and as soon as we did, we knew we didn't need to look any further. He is worth every penny and more. He is incredibly talented & our photos turned out better than we could have ever imaged. His style, eye, editing and attention to detail are worth every penny and we will treasure his work forever. He's a true artist.
Beyond his talent, it's important to note what an amazing person and professional he is to work with. He knows what he's doing and his passion really shines through too. He was just a true joy to work with leading up to the event and especially the day-of. He answered all my questions and gave really helpful advice. His communication and responsiveness is on-point, and he really listened to our vision, vibe and what we were going for throughout the process. When he showed up the day-of, I felt more like I was meeting a friend than a vendor. He has a great calm and trusting energy that was so appreciated that day. I could not imagine having another photographer with us on our big day, and we are so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with Jason. This will not be the last time we use him - that's for sure!

opinion, the wedding pictures are critical because it is the only way you can relive the moment years from now, other than video, so we were willing to pay a little more for a quality photographer and he did not disappoint! When we received the email from Jason letting us know our pictures were ready we couldn’t wait to look at them together. We absolutely love the way our wedding pictures came out and cant imagine anyone else being there to capture the day. It was awesome being able to look at pictures of moments we missed throughout the day because we were busy doing other things or we weren’t in the room yet. Jason has a way of capturing moments in a way that makes you speechless. We hope to be able to work with him again and can’t say enough great things about him!

Throughout the entire process, Jason kept in touch with me and went out of his way to make sure I was happy at every turn. As my husband and I are not professional models, he made us feel comfortable enough to just be ourselves while he snapped away around us. To this day, everyone still compliments us on how natural and happy we look in our photos... Something that can be hard to do without looking too posey. He's truly an artist and his passion for what he does shines through in his work.

Jason, he told us that the thing he loves about wedding photos is how they can allow you to remember the story of your day every time you look through them. This is exactly what he did with our photos. He told a beautiful story of our day; and each time I look through them, I remember something different. I am not the best when it comes to posing for a picture and I feel that I often look awkward, but I actually love how the portraits turned out. And, in the moments when we were not posed (which were more important to us), the photos he captured are absolutely breathtaking. He was never intrusive or bothersome. On the contrary, he was there to lend a hand for shoes, flowers, etc as we were walking around from shot to shot. Also, he never complained when guests asked him to take a picture with their camera or phone, which made me cringe every time (sorry Jason). We HIGHLY recommend him if you are looking for photos that tell your story in a truly beautiful, artistic way.

! Very down to earth, relaxed, and fun to work with. We used him for our engagement pictures in Winter Park, FL which turned out AMAZING! Prior to our wedding day (May 30, 2014) Jason made sure to call me and go over all the shots we needed to get and how to work it out to make sure everyone, including family, got all the pictures they wanted. For the day of we requested two photographers. Tiffani was a great addition! Similar vibe to Jason and they were both very encouraging. Not only did I enjoy working with Jason and Tiffani my husband enjoyed working with them as well. He said he liked how relaxed they were. They were not pushy or demanding, especially during bridal party shots. Jason has the option of running a slideshow of photos from earlier in the day during the reception, and let me tell you, all of our guests CANNOT stop talking about it! The photos from the slideshow are absolutely breathtaking. I believe that the photographer is the most important element of a wedding. At the end of the day the photos are what you have left to reminisce on. I’m overjoyed with the outcome and know we chose the right photographer for our special day. We just got married this past weekend, but we used him for our engagement photos and he drove out to our wedding venue to do them at Bella Collina. It has almost been a year since our engagement photos and we still get endless compliments. He brought Tiffani with him for our engagement photos and for the wedding and we could not be happier. We are sitting on pins and needles now waiting for our wedding photos which I know will take awhile. He did a signable guest book for us as well for the wedding that came out awesome! Jason is super laid back, and when I was super tense and stressed at the wedding or couldn't relax my shoulders (ha), he continued to outdo himself by reminding me to breath and nothing but positive comments towards me. I can't wait to see the pictures he captured of the biggest day of our lives and I cannot wait to use Jason again in the future for upcoming memorable events. I can't say enough good things about these two..they truly capture every moment beautifully & with every picture you feel like you are in that moment. I will not forget our first phone conversation when my, then fiance, and I (both being from the hospitality industry with a bit of 'A-type' planner personalities), jumped right into logistics, time lines, ect....he stopped us mid-sentence and asked "How did you two meet; I'd like to get to know more about you as a couple"...it was so nice to have someone show genuine interest! I didn't know vendors on the West Coast, being from the Fort Lauderdale Area, and actually looked him up on the Knot-- SO glad we did! It was scary for me to trust online reviews, but the momment I saw his work and we spoke, I had no doubts. Please do not hesistate for a momment to look at his site and contact him-- he was also very understanding/flexible with our budget!

Although we are anxiously awaiting the final pictures from the ceremony and reception, we couldn't be more pleased with Jason. Jason was exactly what we were looking for - an easy going, artistic photographer with a great eye. I was so excited about working with him after of our first meeting and viewing his portfolio. He is incredibly talented - the angles, perspectives and edits he makes to photographs really capture the emotion of the day. He blended in with our wedding party/group. He was there but most people probably would have thought that he was a guest because he wasn't obtrusive. We enjoyed working with him and are looking forward to seeing the finished results.
