JamiEvents

ing day, she completely had my back and took care of issues that came up before I even knew they had happened! Cannot recommend her enough. If you want a smooth, flawless wedding day, go with Jamie!!

onfidence that a statement like that would not be made lightly. I am so glad to say that I am in COMPLETE agreement after my wedding. We planned our wedding for November 1st in beautiful Western NC. In the months leading up to the event, Jamie was extremely responsive and helpful whenever I needed her. However, Jamie was a lifesaver for me after Hurricane Helene devastated the community our wedding was in. Even while out of the country, Jamie was reaching out to vendors to check in on them and brainstorming ideas with me. This was such an extremely stressful time for me and my fiancé, trying to balance concern and respect for the area and the locals while also feeling like our special day was falling apart around us. We were blessed in every sense with the support from our vendors and the local communities and were able to move forward. Jamie had backup vendors available for us should we have needed them, but the vendor team we built all worked with Jamie to hold our event without a hitch. When I tell you that every wedding I have ever been in has been full of stress on wedding day; delays, poor communication, missing vendors, missing items. Ours was PERFECT. I had absolutely no stress on wedding day, even with rain on a day with a 0% chance of rain causing us to have to pivot to an indoor ceremony. Jamie handled it all beautifully. She took care of everything for me, and set us up for success at the end of the night with food, drinks, more cake, anything we needed. We have wedding GUESTS raving about Jamie, saying they have never seen such a friendly wedding planner at the event. My mother is extremely hard to impress, and she has been praising Jamie up and down since wedding day to anyone who will listen. I am writing this review to convince anyone reading this if you’re on the fence about getting a wedding planner (any of her offered packages), do it. And you don’t just need any wedding planner, you need Jamie.

e there for guidance! The weeks leading up the wedding Jamie coordinated with all of my vendors and sent out a detailed timeline to every single person in our wedding party! The day of she made sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing and could just enjoy the special day. We would 100% recommend Jamie

e. She was so easy to work with, so organized, positive, communicative etc. Every single wedding vendor was like over and over “you have the best planner in the area by far”. She helped with recommendations, streamlining communication, a last minute huge change of plans by adding a tent, plus tons of minor and probably major details that i didn’t know about/need to know about. I also know she helped us save a ton of money in the long run by knowing the overall vision and cutting a lot of the excess expenses. & day of the wedding groom & i were able to just coast & truly enjoy the best day ever. Last also i promise- she also made us feel important & like our wedding was, in fact special & that it wasn’t just another wedding to her and all of the vendors. Jamie went above and beyond & i could write a whole book on how amazing she is!!

entered our wedding around our dreams and values. From organizing our timeline, assisting with selecting vendors, to day-of coordination (and so much more!), we could not have been more pleased with her services. Could not recommend more!

absolutely what we wanted and even more than expected. Jamie is THE person you want to hire to make your dream wedding come true.

ing wouldn’t have been the same without her!

dding day to the fullest! She was so helpful in every aspect; from helping find and schedule vendors, putting together a schedule for the day, setting up and tearing down at the venue and ensuring everything went smoothly day of.

s to help us fulfill our vision. She was very attentive and helped us every step of the way. I would HIGHLY recommend JamiEvents to help you plan any event!!

d in the planning process and wedding day itself. The vendor team she helped me create were phenomenal, and they all commented on how excellent and organized her timeline was. Everything flowed seamlessly on our wedding day and I was able to have the best day ever without any stress. She is seriously the best at her job and is so kind and easy to work with. Thank you so much for everything!

endor list. Hiring vendors was a breeze. Vendors were excited to work with me as well since they love working with Jamie. Jamie is extremely responsive. She answers emails and texts promptly. As the day of the wedding approached she thought of last minute details I completely missed (music during cocktail hour, timeline of rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, etc.). Jamie is well organized and through. The day of our wedding was stress free from morning until final send off. She took care of every misstep and mishap without me knowing. If you are considering hiring a wedding coordinator or day of coordinator- look no further.

rner while navigating the ins and outs of different vendors, and Jamie went above and beyond! I can't recommend her enough!

ven with little things going wrong (that were out of our control) she kept things going smoothly and made sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend her services!

e loop, and SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to direct exactly that!! The entire process was a total relief because we knew from the very first meeting that we could trust Jamie. She not only helped us accomplish our dream wedding, but she gave us so much insight on other amazing aspects we hadn't yet thought of, that we added and LOVED. On the day of, she was so communicative and I'm sure she took care of many many troubles that I will never know about. She's that good---I really couldn't have asked for more! There is NO COMPETITION with other planners and coordinators on the price, quality, and customization that you get with her! WORTH. EVERY. PENNY.

he day of the wedding, she handled tons of behind-the-scenes things that I was panicking about. Our wedding was on our family farm, and she made great suggestions for all the vendors and infrastructure that we had to bring in. She is delightful to work with, while giving straight uncomplicated answers (important when you're panicking). We are so glad we hired Jamie!

able as we decided on vendors and details for our big day. Our 3/12/22 wedding went off without a hitch, despite the crazy snow, because of Jamie and her flexibility and professionalism. What was supposed to be an outdoor ceremony turned into a beautiful indoor one that blew me away. I am so thankful we made the decision to have Jamie as our coordinator, it is definitely one I would make over and over again!

ly recommend you hire her for your special day!!

e also had a lot of fun with her.

tionships with those vendors, which made our day even more special!

She is extremely personable and easy to work with. Not only did she help us think through every detail, but she provided us with excellent vendor recommendations and supported us every step of the way. She had wonderful insight and ideas to make a special day even more special. I can’t say enough good things about her. She is truly the master of wedding/event planning!

I can honestly say that Jaime was/is my lifesaver. I hired her to be my event planner for my daughters second birthday all the way in Lake Mary, Florida! I am tremendously pleased by how organized, patient and willing Jaime was every step of the way. She is such a beautiful individual inside and out. I wouldn’t have been able to accomplish such a phenomenal 2nd birthday party extravaganza for my pride and joy. There were things that I didn’t even think of that were so important in the planning process. I could count on her to be my second pair of eyes, hands and my voice when planning such a detailed and well thought out party. Jaime is very transparent and real. She will help you gather your thoughts while planning—whether it’s for a wedding or a birthday party—so everything runs smoothly. And it did! There was nothing that Jaime couldn’t do, and if vendors were not cooperative—she found a way to make things happen! Jaime is always available and my entire family and I felt like she became part of the family because she was friendly, professional and knows exactly what she is doing. The day of the event would of been completely chaotic without her. I am so grateful that she is also planning for my sisters wedding. While searching for a wedding planner on the knot app, I decided to hire her for my daughters birthday party too just because she has been amazing while planning my sisters wedding for December 2021. I 100% recommend Jaime for your next event. She is the best! If you’re reading this then you’ve found your next event planner!!

helped with everything. She has so much knowledge about the area, best vendors, and coordination and etiquette of all things wedding related! She arranged and attended meetings with all of our potential vendors with us and helped us select an amazing team for our wedding day! Jamie stayed in constant contact with us and each vendor. It was so nice to know that if I had a question, Jamie was there to find the answer! Jamie helped us navigate many changes to our wedding because of COVID, advocated for us, organized the timeline for rehearsal and wedding day, and was there both days to make sure things went flawlessly. Jamie said her whole goal in a wedding is for the bride and groom get to be focused on having fun and getting married, and to be oblivious of any of the stressful things that sometimes go on behind the scenes of a wedding. Jamie completely succeeded with this! On top of being such an awesome wedding Planner and Coordinator, she is such a personable, sweet woman! We loved having her as part of our perfect wedding day!
