e same. Astronomical prices that don’t even include steaming or pressing! She kept saying the dress fit me “perfect” even though it was too tight and still needed alterations. In hindsight, I should’ve ordered the dress. Additionally, I truly believe if the dress fit me perfectly, then why was the owner trying to charge me over 2,000 for alterations? Even trying to schedule the alterations before we took the dress elsewhere was a nightmare. They only do alterations on Tuesday and Thursday so if you work a typical 9-5 job you’re in a pickle automatically. When brought up this concern, I got the speech that this is how it’s been done business for years. Spare me. Just because you’ve done business this way for years doesn’t mean it’s the right way to continue doing business. As others can probably see, Jacquline will be commenting on this how she is in the right blah blah blah as she has on every negative post. Well here’s something I hope you take with you Jacqueline- while you might have been in the business for years, you still have a LOT to learn on professionalism, and kindness. Wouldn’t you think if you’ve been in the business for years you would know better than to comment negatively on peoples looks, or to not judge them on their price? Guess that piece got lost in your training, you might want to go back and learn that. You make rude comments to your brides and their groups, you push your vision instead of your brides vision, and judge brides ideas or appearances. You ruined a once in a lifetime experience for me and probably many other brides. Maybe take a moment to take the dollar signs out of your eyes and be a decent human being. As someone who’s been in sales for YEARS, the way you go about making your sales is something you should be ashamed and embarrassed about.

my first dress based on her selections. That’s about all I can say that was positive. You are not allowed to touch the dresses or take pictures unless you commit to buying. She was aware of our price range, but pushed more expensive dresses which I’m sure is a typical experience. We decided we loved the dress and bought it. The best advice I can give you is to take your dress and RUN if you decide to shop here. The alteration process was the worst experience of my wedding planning process. My wedding was set for July 2024. We bought the dress in May 2023. Despite knowing my wedding date, the owner pressured us to come in for my first fitting the following month and would not give a clear price on the cost of alterations. She required a $500 deposit and when I inquired about the remaining cost she told me she doesn’t know because “my dress has layers.” She then pressured me to book my final fitting for the dress in August of 2023 - essentially a YEAR before my wedding. When I asked if this was too early she said “well you aren’t going to get taller” (clearly not my concern). We ended up calling her to try to push the final fitting to a date closer to my wedding date and she was extremely combative and angry over the phone saying we had to come in now because she has to pay the seamstresses for the work and if we wanted it later we should not have done the first fitting. We then inquired again about the price which she eventually gave us an invoice for. The price was astronomical (essentially the price of a dress and for a gown that essentially was pretty close to a good fit). I would have never gotten the dress altered there if I had known and when I stated that she denied refusing to give me the price up front and said she would have never denied giving the price and we could “check the shop cameras.” I wish I checked the reviews for the shop earlier as I am seeing a few people had similar experiences. The dress was beautiful, but I couldn’t look at it for a long time because I was so upset about how the process went and terrified the entire year the dress wouldn’t fit on the wedding day (she claimed she would fix it if I came in three months before the wedding, but I honestly never wanted to see that shop again). She will take you for every penny she can. It’s a business and we were naive, but I hope this review can save some people. Go somewhere else for alteration. I’m sure she will respond (as I’m seeing throughout the reviews) believe me it’s not worth it.

utdoes some that I have seen at other boutiques. The store owner and her associates are kind and helpful. They will make suggestions if you need it. She was able to work with me in setting up a plan to pay my veil. Very happy with the outcome!

hin minutes several dresses were pulled out for me to try on. I absolutely loved the second dress I tried on and it fit me perfectly right off the rack. I then tried on several more dresses and received a ton of great, honest feedback - but none could compare to that second dress. It was right on budget and I was so delighted to have found a perfect dress on my first shopping outing! Excellent quality and lovely customer service - they even scheduled me in for a quick second appointment just to show my mom in person when she visits in a few weeks!
