A Storied History Jacmel Inn first opened on the fourth of July in 1977, owned and operated by restaurateurs Paul Murphy and Rick Colucci. In 2022, Paul and Rick decided to pass the torch, selling the property to Alfonso Flores. Alfonso started as a server at the eatery and worked his way up to general manager.
