About this vendor
Jaclyn Zorene Event Planning is a wedding planning company based in Cleveland, OH, specializing in day-of coordination. The company’s owner, Jaclyn Zorene Kana, can provide the necessary guidance and attention to detail your dream day deserves. She believes that you should be able to sit back, relax, and enjoy your special event without any stress.
Jaclyn has had a successful career in the detail-oriented field of engineering but has found a passion for helping couples achieve their wedding-day vision. Her enthusiasm for this industry began with the planning and execution of her own backyard garden wedding. For this event, she hired a day-of coordinator to help with the final details and found that help to be invaluable. As such, she wants to provide this opportunity to other couples so that they may enjoy every moment of their day, just as she did.
Jaclyn Zorene Event Planning assists in day-of wedding coordination by beginning with a complimentary consultation to discuss your ideas and personal aesthetic. You can expect unlimited email communication, 2 comprehensive planning meetings, and ceremony rehearsal assistance. Jaclyn will create a timeline for your special day and manage your vendors in the final weeks leading up to your wedding day. She will happily serve as the point of contact for your wedding party and other loved ones!

Jaclyn came highly recommended from a friend who used her for her own wedding, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to hire her. Jaclyn was flexible, timely, organized, and...
so quick to problem-solve. She was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. We had several meetings via Zoom, phone calls, and countless emails. Despite the fact that we live in Columbus and Jaclyn in Cleveland, she truly went above and beyond what we ever expected. I wanted to go into my wedding day with zero stress, and Jaclyn made that possible. Jaclyn has a calming presence and is remarkably patient, which made the planning process so much easier for us. Her communication skills are excellent, always ensuring we were on the same page. She provided creative ideas and excellent advice for local vendors and pricing, which was invaluable. Most importantly, Jaclyn genuinely cared about making our day perfect. Jaclyn is trustworthy and dependable, and I highly recommend using her services!

On the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly. Her attention to detail was impeccable, from coordinating with vendors to managing the timeline, every aspect was flawlessly executed.
She truly took the time to understand my vision and preferences, and it showed in every aspect of the wedding, from the decor to the schedule. Her creativity and problem-solving skills were invaluable, and she made sure my dream wedding became a reality.
But what sets her apart is her genuine care and dedication. She not only executed her tasks flawlessly but also took the time to ensure I felt calm and supported throughout the day. Her warm and friendly personality made it a pleasure to work with her.

She's not just a coordinator; she's a wedding magician who turns dreams into reality. Thank you, Jaclyn for making our day truly unforgettable!

Jaclyn was such a huge help to us! I was traveling for work a lot the month before our wedding and Jaclyn helped take away any stress of last minute details and vendor coordination...
while I was away. She is extremely organized and made the day of our wedding so much more enjoyable and easy! I would highly recommend her!
How do I even summarize Jaclyn?! She was there from day one and took EVERYTHING under her wing. My mom and I planned majority of the wedding, and Jaclyn made sure that we never ha...
d to lift a finger in the months leading up to the big day. From contacting and organizing details with all of our other vendors to making sure the day ran smoothly, I could not have asked for better support. She made sure that every detail was tended to and matched my vision. She made updates the week of the wedding and eased every worry I had. Jaclyn is all you need to make sure your dream wedding comes true.

ughout the whole planning process, she kept me on track and made sure we were booking vendors in a timely fashion. Her planning checklists/materials were awesome! During our meetings, she asked questions about details that I hadn't even thought of, which was great. She had detailed wedding day itineraries for everyone involved (wedding party, parents, vendors, etc.). Jaclyn was great the day of our wedding too! She made sure everything was in place and ran smoothly the entire day. Some of our guests gave us compliments on her behalf as well! If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner/coordinator, please work with Jaclyn. You will not regret it!
I originally chose Jaclyn because she planned her own backyard wedding and my wedding was set in my in-law's backyard. I also live in San Diego and needed all the help I could get...
planning a wedding in Ohio. Jaclyn has gone above and beyond what I would have ever expected in a wedding planner. She is incredibly organized and on top of it. She always had answers to my questions and thought of things I would never have even thought of. She worked specifically with the tent vendor and my future mother-in-law because I didn't have the first idea what to ask for. I wish I could give a review of her day-of services, but unfortunately we had to cancel our wedding because of the ongoing pandemic. However, she was so reassuring and helpful in the cancellation process. She quickly contacted all our vendors and we got back more money than I was expecting. I am really grateful for our time working together, and I am honestly sad I won't get to meet her in person. I would highly recommend her as a wedding planner!
Working with Jaclyn was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding. She is extremely organized, prepared, and is such a kind and thoughtful person. It was so nice to ...
be able to enjoy our day and know that every detail was taken care of! We also really appreciated her flexibility as we downsized our 2020 wedding due to COVID. We initially weren't sure that we would still need a coordinator for our "micro wedding", but we truly could not have done it without her. We are so excited to work with Jaclyn again for our big reception in 2021. We can't recommend her enough!
I had to wait a few days to write this review because I needed to gather all my thoughts on how amazing Jaclyn was as our wedding coordinator. She started as a coordinator and left...
as a friend. After the pandemic hit, my *then* fiancé and I had 3 date changes and a venue change... Jaclyn was there to support all the details, logistics, and heartache as we navigated completed new territory. Needless to say, Jaclyn made our most amazing day happen for us and guided us through the whole process of wedding planning. Jaclyn was professional, kind, supportive, detail oriented and most of all she was hard working! Not to mention, I was absolutely blown away by how our venue looked after Jaclyn put together and laid out our decor. If you are questioning having a wedding coordinator, book Jaclyn. I promise that you will be so thankful for having her!
She was the best! So efficient and organized and made our day so special! Thank you Jaclyn!
