Our florist truly exceeded my expectations! Every arrangement was even more beautiful than I imagined, and the flowers completely brought our wedding vision to life. They were also incredibly helpful throughout the planning process and made everything feel easy and organized. There was one miscommunication on my end because I was not specific enough about the exact type of vases I wanted used, which unfortunately led to one of the centerpieces breaking. However, they did create exactly what I had shown them in my inspiration photos, so I would recommend being extremely detailed and specific about every element of your vision and not leave any room for misunderstandings! That attention to detail is also one of their greatest strengths...they will truly bring your exact vision to life. The arrangements were stunning, the quality was amazing, and I was so happy with how everything turned out. I would absolutely recommend them!

My bouquet and my husband's boutonniere was stunning! My initial thought was to look up videos and instructions online to make my own DIY bouquet. However, as the deadline for our wedding approached, I realized the limited time and added stress I would cause myself by attempting to make a "perfect" bouquet. When my mom and I went to Jax Flower Market, we worked with Huyen who helped bring my vision to life. We found photos, and she expressed the cost comparison of them completing my bouquet vs. ordering flowers from them and using the proper equipment to make it myself. This ensured me that their was no pressure, but also offered the confidence I needed. When I decided to allow them to make my bouquet, they went above my expectations. As a last minute request, I asked that they add charms representing my husband and I onto a string wrapping the bouquet. I picked it up the next day, the day before my wedding and the look was stunning. My heart ran and I was filled with butterflies, feeling like a little kid smelling flowers in my grandmother's garden. I cannot express how beautiful these flowers were, and I plan to keep these in resin to remind me of the wonderful day. Thank you to everyone who helped make this amazing art!

We did DIY centerpieces and loved that they provided this option because we got to be creative and set up all 12 centerpieces ourselves along with the help of some family members and friends! They provided the arch and set up the flowers on it as well as took everything down when the night was over so we didn’t have to worry about anything. They delivered mine and my bridesmaids bouquets to the bridal suite along with any corsages or boutonnières for the mothers and the men. They then walked me through a huge refrigerated room FILLED with hundreds of different types and colors of flowers. o work it. I didn’t have a largest floral order, and it was really helpful to learn Jax Flower Market doesn’t have a minimum fee you have to hit in order to fulfill your order. I ended up editing my order a handful of times, and Miranda was so on top of creating the latest invoice for me to review. We even had a small hiccup, and I ended up telling them the wrong number of florals we needed for the church pews. They were SO understanding and were even able to make one more quick floral arrangement for us right before close, and we picked it up on the way to rehearsal at church. When Miranda dropped off my bouquet at my hotel room with the same ribbon wrapped around my bouquet that my grandmother had wrapped around her bouquet, it was so beautiful, a moment I’ll never forget.
