Jackie was amazing! She was the photographer for our son and daughter in law’s wedding. She captured some beautiful moments, and all photographs were wonderful.
She was very pr...
ofessional and easy to work with. I highly recommend.
We are having to sue Jackie to get a refund. I hired Jackie in 2019 for my 2020 wedding. We fully paid Jackie very quickly after hiring her. Jackie did our engagement photos, which...
turned out great. On Tue, Nov 12 2019 I asked a question about the timeline for golden hour photos and received no response. I emailed again Mon, Jan 27 2020 asking to finalize the timeline, and still got no response. I emailed Jackie again on Thu, Jan 9, 2020, about the timeline with no response. I emailed her a 4th time on Fri, Jan 17 2020, saying “Howdy, I am just sending you this email because I messaged you back in November and didn't get a response I also emailed you on the 9th of this month, so I was just wondering if there was a better way to get in touch with you. Maybe text messaging? I'm not sure if maybe my emails are getting filtered as junk or what's going on. Jackie said she didn't receive any of my emails, but she did respond to this 4th email. My wedding was right at the beginning of the pandemic and Jackie thought it best to get a different person to step in for her since someone in her family was high risk. My wedding was unfortunately canceled anyways. On Wed, Mar 18, 2020, Jackie agreed to a new 2021 date after we confirmed with all our vendors. On August 5th we asked for the contract. One month later on September 6th Jackie said she didn't know we confirmed with our other vendors (which was true, that was my bad for not telling her we were good to go, but you can see the length in-between communication). She said she would send it over on Sep. 11th. We still had no contract. I sent a demand email saying if she didn’t send it we were going to need to part ways. On Sep 12th she sent the 2nd contract. Sun, Dec 27, 2020,I sent an email saying I was going to be 8mo pregnant at the wedding and needed to reschedule again. Mon, Jan 11, 2021 Jackie said she would reschedule again. I sent emails to Jackie on Mon, Feb 22, 2021; Fri, Sep 17 2021; Fri, Jan 28, 2022; an Instagram message that she read, but never responded to asking her to check her email on Feb 3rd; and then a final demand on Feb 22, 2022 at 2:12 PM. She finally responded to me after I stopped being polite and told her ghosting me for a year was unacceptable. She said that she has been unavailable for various reasons, super flexible with us and that she actually lost money getting a replacement during March 2020 COVID. That was her response to her client after a year of her not responding to me. I finally told her we would STILL love for her to be our photographer if she could send an up-to-date contract for the coordinator or we would accept a refund if she didn't want to send the contract. Neither happened. The second contract that Jackie sent stated that she didnt have to refund anything for cancellation, but I dont consider asking for a contract a cancellation. She also verbally agreed to a 3rd date for us. After a verbal agreement I didnt question if Jackie would be our photographer. She should have stated that her contract didnt obligate her to save a 3rd date and said no to us. She agreed to a 3rd date in writting which is binding in TX. Be careful hiring Jackie she could take your payment and then not respond to emails for 12 months and leave you in the dark about whats going on. Just to be clear we gave Jackie a $750 retainer for engagement photos and her services which we are NOT seeking in court. That is absolutely her money.
My wife and I decided immediately after the wedding that Jackie was our favorite vendor-- by far. That isn't to say we didn't like our other vendors, but working with Jackie was ju...
st truly incredible. After three different wedding postponements because of COVID, we finally had our celebration and thanks to Jackie we will have amazing photos to look back on year after year. Jackie stuck with us for over two years while we tried to find a date that we could celebrate safely, always working to make sure she was making our lives easier (something many other vendors did not do). On the day of, Jackie and her second shooter helped gather people when needed, created shots we would have never thought of, and acted as hype women for us. It was so appreciated and left a lasting mark on us. Her work is stunning-- we can't recommend her more.

e editing was out of this world!! I highly, HIGHLY recommend using Jackie Willome for any occasion if you need high quality pictures taken! Words can't describe how happy I am with the pictures :)

ve kindly reached out multiple times with no word. The lack of communication and integrity is concerning.
We treated Jackie with kindness. We tipped her $200 on the wedding bc we thought she was so lovely. But the disrespect she has given us in return post wedding is saddening.
I'm heartbroken I have missing photos. I'm even more upset with her ghosting us.
The photos we have are beautiful, but you can find a better more professional photographer elsewhere.
I found Jackie over a year prior to our wedding, She was responsive and helped pick out a wedding package that was best suited for us. During the engagement session she was fun and...
made my husband and I feel comfortable and relaxed. She was extremely responsive and understanding of when we had to not only move our wedding date but location also due to COVID. On our wedding day, she captured everything that we had wanted and let us enjoy our night. The pictures are incredible! Would highly recommend.
Where to even start with Jackie! First of all she is an amazing human, then to top it off she is the most amazing photographer EVERRRRRR! She will always be my photographer for eve...
rything. I hate my picture taken before I met her, she makes you feel so comfortable infant of the camera and most importantly makes it so fun. Her photos are so moody and dark, you can feel the emotion behind the photo just by looking at it. She captured every aspect of our engagement photos and our Wedding. We absolutely love her and can't wait to work with her in the future. We love you Jackie!!!!!
We did our engagement pictures with Jackie at the end of October and she was absolutely amazing! We had so much fun during the shoot and she made us feel so comfortable and relaxe...
d! Her photography style is breathtaking and she went above and beyond with our engagement pictures! I can not wait to see the beautiful moments she captures during our wedding!

r our wedding, I told her that I didn’t want a ton of posed pictures but for all those special little moments to be captured for us to look back on. She did exactly that. 2 weeks after our wedding I got over HALF of our photos back and they totally brought me right back to our big day. I was in tears looking at them. She was so easy to work with, and made me feel totally comfortable in front of the camera. She didn’t offer a ton of coaching on how to pose, she just captured everyone as we were and the photos turned out so beautiful. My wedding party and family raved about how awesome Jackie was and simply adored her. We opted for the full package which I totally recommend if you are having a large wedding. We had about 180 and it was so nice having a second shooter there. I can not recommend Jackie enough, and I’m praying I get to work with her again in the future! She is so talented and amazing!
Okay y'all. Let me just start off by saying I had a very specific look I was going for with our photos. I didn't want them to look too generic and wanted a different, genuine and e...
thereal-type look to them. After working with our planner and looking at samples from several different photographers, Jackie's photos immediately stood out to me. I had no doubt from the second I saw them that she was the one for us! Of course I was assured by my planner right away that Jackie was one of the best in the business and had a great way with couples and families, she said we could not go wrong with her. Even after that, my expectations were exceeded! We met with her for the first time 6 or 7 months before our wedding for our engagement photos, and working with her was a dream. She immediately puts you at ease in front of the camera and has all kinds of little quirks and tricks she uses to make you comfortable. As two people who were not used to being photographed often, she really made the whole process so much easier for us than we thought it would be. She worked with our two dogs as well and the engagement photos came out GORGEOUS. Now cut to the wedding day, I didn't think I could be more impressed. She arrived early, had a very calm demeanor on the day of which helped me keep my cool, and was right there next to me all day and through the night! Was very professional even through some of my tearful moments, she even made sure to capture those beautifully. She let me use her as a human napkin to wipe my fingers on her pants whenever I had lipstick or something I would not want to get on my dress (thanks, Jackie). She stuck to the timeline amazingly, photos did not take up too much of our time, and was a great family/friend-wrangler! A few times during the night, she pulled my husband and I away for secret photos that she had found good lighting or a good spot for. I cannot express to you how much we appreciated her on our wedding day. Especially if you just listen to her words of wisdom, trust me, you will get some AMAZING photos out of it. We had the full gallery of photos back to us within 3 weeks after the wedding and they could not be more beautiful. The editing and contrasting work is so gorgeous and a few of the photos were edited w/ deep saturation or in black and white to make them look even more majestic. My husband and I were reminiscing and wishing we could do the day all over again while we were looking at the photos. Seriously, if you want your photos to look unique and mesmerizing, BOOK JACKIE WILLOME. You won't regret it! Strongly recommend going for the full package like we did as it adds an assistant photographer who comes later in the day when things really ramp up. It's great for large guest counts, we had about 240 at ours. THANK YOU JACKIE WE LOVE YOU, wish we could work with you all over again!
Jackie is AMAZING!!!! She made the day so easy and even carried around my lip gloss and extra bobby pins for me. She made us both feel comfortable in front of the camera and totall...

derful to work with.
She captured our wedding perfectly, so much so, that I find myself scrolling through the photos on almost a daily basis just so I can relive the joy of that day! She was able to herd our crazy families and wedding party as well as capture some of the sweetest, most intimate moments.
I cannot recommend her enough!
Jackie. WE LOVE JACKIE!! The team made us feel so comfortable taking cheesy photos of the bride and groom and made our wedding photography journey so easy. She is so so so talented...

os, her unique style and approach to photography was exactly what we were looking for and with great pricing we knew she was a great investment.
Jackie has an amazing eye for capturing moments and emotions. She also did an amazing job capturing the details of our wedding that we would most likely forget otherwise. Jackie also did an incredible job making sure that the photographs took place without interrupting the flow of the day. We love our photos and had such a positive experience working with Jackie and her team!
Working with Jackie was fantastic from start to finish!
From the initial questionnaire to all of our chats during engagements and in between the wedding, I knew Jackie was working...
on getting to know us so she could tell our love story perfectly on our big day. She did just that! She was with us for at least 12 hours the day of the wedding and worked her butt off with her second shooter the entire time! I was so grateful for her not only taking thousands of BOMB photos but also constantly helping me re-bustle my dress on the dance floor (and deal with our ridiculous groomsmen who shall not be named). Do yourself a favor and book Jackie with confidence! She will not disappoint! Thanks for everything, Jackie!!!
We absolutely loved working with Jackie! Having finished our engagement shoot with her only solidified what we already knew... We made an awesome choice for our photographer! Jack...
ie can capture the intimate moments, wrangle a rowdy wedding party, and put a genuine smile on your shy flower girl or ring bearer! We really liked Tony, the second photographer she brought for our wedding too. Last brag of the day - Our wedding was October 20th and we received our whole wedding gallery by November 9th.

Jackie is awesome!! Super easy to work with, and she has out-of-this-world beautiful photos!! 100% recommend!
We really loved working with Jackie for not only one, but TWO wedding events (we had a small intimate ceremony in Texas and held a separate larger reception in my home state, Iowa,...
later in the summer). Her willingness to travel and capture both days meant a lot to us. The photographs for both are so beautiful--we will cherish them forever! Not only is she a talented photographer, but she's also a kind, thoughtful, and easy-going person. Would definitely recommend!

So, uh, Jackie...IS.THE.BEST! Echoing all the reviews below, Jackie's approach to photography is so unique and beautiful. She captured the raw human emotion in the most beautiful...
of ways. As I looked through my photos I began to feel like I was reliving my wedding all over again. She managed to incorporate (as her description specifies) the ambiance, items big and small, that truly breathed the essence that was our wedding. Also, MAJOR props to her for going to such great lengths to capture our special day! It was a hot (pushing 100s) day in Austin and the bugs (chiggers, ants, and mosquitoes) were overly abundant in the fields. She took them like a champ and managed to get some killer shots of my family and friends, my husband, and myself. Jackie, you're the real deal and then some! As some have mentioned, there needs to be a 'more stars' option! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Choosing Jackie to do our wedding photos was one of the easiest choices we made! We knew from her past work that she was the person we wanted to shoot our special day. She was prof...

able to work with, it felt like spending time with a friend. She is great at keeping everything at ease, and takes photos that make you feel. We were a little late to book but got so lucky to have her! She was very patient with us. I would recommend Jackie to any and everyone and would certainly book her again for any future photos. If you're considering her, DO IT, you won't regret it. :-)

grapher. She goes ABOVE and BEYOND in every way to support her couples every step of the way and even worked miracles for emergencies that came up outside of photography. Her creativity and talent in her realm of work is unmatched. Looking at each photo she has produced for us it is incredible the way she captures the light and feeling of that very moment. She tells a story through her work in a way I've never seen. Extras, she's hilarious, flexible (which is a plus during wedding chaos) and keeps the wedding experience lighthearted and memorable. You can really tell the intention and commitment she puts in to each of her couples. My husband and I have already vowed to book her for all of our future family needs. This may be the easiest vendor choice yet for your wedding or special occasion.

ead. Not only did I loose my home, I lost the wedding photographer also! Jackie found out about our situation and stepped in. She made us the happiest couple! Jackie and her assistant Angelica made us both feel very comfortable. I can not express the weight put on my chest due to stress about not having a photographer for my wedding. I am truly thankful for Jackie! I was broken-hearted loosing all of my family photos in the flood. Jackie has given me the best gift, the GIFT OF HEALING. She captured new memories and I am forever greatful! Thank you Jackie! Don't be a moron BOOK HER! :)

et to know us and capture our personality in our photos, and it shows. She got us our photos quickly with so many to choose from. I would (and will!) use Jackie again and again. We are so grateful to her and absolutely cherish both our engagement and wedding photographs. Jackie is a lovely person and a fantastic photographer. I could not recommend using her more.
Jackie could not have done a more amazing job, let alone be a more amazing person. She made not only Garrett and I so comfortable but the whole wedding party and guest list! I was ...
a little worried about getting Garrett to relax and take genuine pictures that I so craved. After about 5 mins with Jackie and her camera, I feel Garrett relax and just enjoy the moment. The BEST pictures I have ever gotten him to take.
So that means Jackie has to shoot everything for Garrett and I from here on out and I am not complaining!
Working with Jackie was the best! I knew I could trust her vision from the start without having to worry if the photos would come out the way I wanted them to. From the engagement ...
shoot to our actual wedding day it was an amazing experience! We received so many compliments on how beautiful the photos turned out. She was very helpful even if it was just getting me a glass of water while I was sitting on the floor with a flushed face because of the Texas heat lol I appreciated it. Overall it was a great experience that I wish I could do all over again. She exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend her to anyone that was looking for a photographer.

our wedding weekend. Jackie understood our goal for the wedding and was able to capture our vision with her beautiful pictures. She was a part of every event including the rehearsal dinner, group photo, epic kickball game, getting ready, the ceremony, and reception. She was incredibly helpful and did way more than any photographer should do. Jackie became a part of my wedding party. She made the entire experience easier, made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, and helped us stay relaxed and have fun. We will always be able to remember our fun wedding weekend with Jackie's amazing photos. I couldn't have asked for anything better with Jackie, her team, and incredible wedding photographs. We would highly recommend Jackie to anyone who wants beautiful memories and a wonderful photo experience. She is truly the best!

entire wedding run smoother, and got us nominated to be on the cover of San Antonio Weddings Magazine!!! She worked hand in hand with all of our other vendors, most of which she did not know at all, to capture every moment and help the entire wedding run seamlessly. She and the hair/makeup artists worked together for pre-wedding festivities and during the wedding she worked amazingly with our DJ so that they would time everything so she could get just the right shot- from our entrance, to first dance, to the cutting of our cake, bouquet toss... the list goes on and on. It's a part of the wedding I never gave any thought to, but is what truly made the biggest difference in making the wedding perfect and stress free for my husband and I. I recieved a number of images almost instantly, and then in a matter of a few weeks had an album of over 1000 photos that were all edited and gorgeous. The amount of time and thought that went into her every move is far beyond anything we could have asked for, expected, wanted.... and since others have seen our photos we have been able to refer a ton of other brides to her because of how amazed they were with our photo quality and the "moments" she was able to capture. Can't rave enough about her!!!
Jackie was AMAZING! She photographed our engagement session, my bridals and of course our wedding and it was the best decision ever!! She was more than a photographer she was like ...

ng the ceremony and continued working to capture all the best moments at the reception, including silly dances and candid shots. She thought of things I would not have known to ask for, like shots of both of our rings, my shoes, etc. She adds some artsiness to it without being obnoxious. She has great ideas but also respects what the bride wants. She is also awesome at editing; fast turnaround and beautiful quality pictures. This girl is amazing; if you are shopping for the perfect photographer who is talented, hardworking, professional, and just fun to spend your special day with, look no further. Jackie Willome is the best there is!

ive, she was always prompt with her responses, on time to all of our appointments, and extremely flexible with her time. She shot my engagement photos as well as my wedding, and I could NOT be happier with the results! Her style of photography was exactly what we were looking for!
On a more personal level, her personality and attitude are awesome. She is so friendly and easy to work with- neither my fiance or I have taken professional photos, and she was so helpful in guiding us to creating beautiful shots together. She made the entire experience feel so relaxed and fun :) Fast forward to our wedding day, she definitely went above and beyond, running all over not only taking amazing photos but also making sure I tried to relax, drank some water and ate something, and also was instrumental in keeping the order of events going! Nothing felt staged. I got my photos back super fast (like a couple of days!!!)
I am so looking forward to working with her on our future family photos! Thank you for helping us have the perfect wedding, Jackie!

er's family for years and I always loved the result! Plus, her prices were very competitive with other photographers in SA.
Although Jackie had worked my sister's family for so long, I had never actually met her. When we finally met the morning of my bridal portraits, she was so great--very easy to talk to and super friendly. The theme of my wedding reception was Fiesta San Antonio so we did my portraits in Market Square. It was a really cloudy day and I was worried that the bright colors I was hoping for would appear dull because of that, but Jackie's photos were perfect! She picked really interesting backdrops and I ended up with amazing, colorful portraits.
On my wedding day, Jackie was more than just a photographer. She ran interference for me with the obnoxious church director and even stepped in at the reception to help me deal with my not-so-great DJ. All the while, she managed to take really great photos of my husband and me and our families. When it came time for our couple photos at the reception, Jackie picked the perfect sunset backdrop--so beautiful!!
Jackie is great to work with and is such a wonderful and professional photographer. I definitely want to work with her again once my husband and I start a family!

ith- not to mention how hard she works to return QUICK results!
Jackie photographed our wedding a week ago. As pictures are the only thing you have left to look back on and remember the most important night- we are so grateful Jackie was the one to capture those memories. She is detailed, thorough, makes everyone feel comfortable, captures your personality and has an eye for brilliant shots!
She did wonders for our engagement photo shoot, made our wedding come back to life through photographs and we cannot wait to have her there for every photography moment to come.
Sincerely,
Grateful Newlyweds
