Jaclyn deserves more than 5 stars!!! I got engaged in April, but we didn’t actually start planning the wedding until June, which meant we had just TWO MONTHS from the start of planning to our wedding day. Most weddings take a year or more to plan, so I truly don’t know how she did it, but she made it happen and somehow made the entire process feel effortless! On top of that, I was pregnant throughout the entire process. I definitely felt like I was a challenge, but Jaclyn never made me feel that way and was such a blessing. Jaclyn didn’t just recommend vendors, she was there with me through interviews, decisions, follow-ups, and every little thing in between. She took so much stress off my shoulders and always made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. She went above and beyond to bring my vision to life. She became so much more than just my wedding planner, she became my ride-or-die. ❤️ Anytime there was a problem, she had an answer. Anytime I felt overwhelmed, she just knew and made sure everything was gonna be ok. Because of Jaclyn, I never felt overwhelmed or like I had to carry the weight of everything myself. She made me feel so supported and cared for throughout the entire process, which meant even more to me being pregnant. I’m forever grateful for everything Jaclyn did to make our wedding day so beautiful and special. I would recommend Jaclyn a million times over. She is the kind of planner you want in your corner, she will honestly be your best friend and your ride-or-die! I genuinely don’t know how I would have pulled off planning our entire wedding in just two months while being pregnant without her! ❤️✨

She has excellent systems for organizing guests, seating, vendors, decor, timelines and all the million little details that come with a wedding. She asks the questions you don’t even know you need to ask, gives thoughtful advice, and makes you feel like everything is under control. Examples of how awesome she is: When our ceremony venue wouldn’t allow guests to throw flower petals as a “grand exit”, Jaclyn helped us create a “Grand Entrance” at the reception venue instead. We still got our moment! When we needed a quick rehearsal days before the wedding to feel secure, Jaclyn coordinated it for us with grace. The ceremony was a success! The moment my parents and wedding party met Jaclyn, there was a collective sigh of relief. We received so many guest compliments about how smooth it all was! When vendors needed instructions day-of, Jaclyn made sure not a single person had to reach out to us on our special day. We got to just enjoy the ride! Every decision left up to her discretion was made incredibly well. She ensured we were surrounded by beauty, organization and peace. I could go on forever! ow she handled wedding mishaps--I knew she would be the perfect support when she shared examples of creatively and impressively saving people’s days! In the months leading up to my wedding, Jaclyn was so great about answering my questions, providing recommendations, and gently providing nudges for making decisions and staying on track. She asked questions at exactly the right time to get me thinking about each step of the wedding planning process in a manageable way. I was especially impressed with her communication style. She was so upfront about her schedule and would frequently let me know when she had weekend wedding events and ask if I had questions before a period of less communication. This let me know that (a) she dedicates herself fully to events, and (b) gave me the opportunity to ask her anything pressing in advance. She made herself so available for all of my questions and had an impressive response time. Jaclyn is a great people-manager. She’s a pro at this and knows how to handle the different personalities of my vendors, family, and wedding party. She exudes calm and professionalism. I felt so taken care of and supported throughout the planning and especially on my wedding day. She solved so many issues I would’ve been an overwhelmed mess dealing with myself from vendors snafus to flexible guest counts to ensuring my ambitious wedding timeline the day of was fulfilled. On the day of my wedding, she brought a Marry Poppins bag to the bridal suite that could solve any problem you could think of that a bride or bridesmaids might have. I consider myself a detail-oriented planner, but much more than that is required to pull off a wedding. Jaclyn matched my energy, but went above and beyond considering things I never would have thought of. She made sure my husband and I’s vision came to life and that everything went smoothly. I’m forever grateful and cannot recommend her enough!
