JAB has been amazing to work with. They were so kind and helpful with my engagement ring and wedding band. My fiance (now husband) worked very closely with Michael and the team to ...
design the engagement ring of my dreams. I loved designing my wedding band to fit perfectly with my engagement ring. They did an amazing job. I go back often still for ring cleaning, and they are so kind. We will never go anywhere else for jewelry. We recommend them to everyone!
We bought my engagement ring at another jeweler who didn't have a matching band for it, so we brought it to JAB to see what they could do. They completely exceeded our expectation...
s, making me the perfect band to compliment my engagement ring. It was such a cool experience to see the process from a computer screen, to a plastic mold, to the finished design, and it was completed way earlier than we expected, too!
I can't begin to say enough about JAB! We will only to there for anything we need for our jewelry. We did custom designs for everything for our wedding. We have even had family fr...
om out of town come here and design custom jewelry there! Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. Everytime you walk in the door you feel like family. Definitely the best jeweler in the Pittsburgh area!
JAB is the place to go for all of your jewelry needs! My husband has never purchased jewelry, and has now purchased three stunning pieces for me (engagement ring, wedding band, and...
diamond necklace). The staff at JAB is always so helpful, honest, and friendly. Not to mention, helping create my custom wedding band was an extremely exciting process.
Designer was diligent, receptive, and responsive about making exactly what we wanted and was receptive to our input while still being attentive to the structural needs of the piece...
. Were much more receptive to the custom process than other area jewelers (it is their specialty, whereas other local jewelers offer it as a service, and other jewelers weren't as interested in getting us exactly what we wanted as they were about selling a diamond - NOT the case at JAB). Were receptive to our budget and flexible with working with us to get the right pricing. Were honest and helpful regarding understanding the grading of diamonds and which fit our design the best (and didn't try to upsell us where we didn't need it).
Better market rate pricing than other local jewelers, provided full custom services for nearly the same price as unset pre-designed stock items. Informative and helpful regarding the purchasing, appraisal, and financing process and diligent with follow-up information and status (we did not finance, but they were great about explaining the process). Caring and attentive to the schedule of the clients in payment and pick-up. If you want to get exactly what you want for a reasonable price, they would be my first call.
Couldn’t be happier with how my custom engagement ring turned out!! The staff at JAB are friendly and never make you feel as though they are breathing down your neck when making bi...
g decisions about your purchase. When I needed my ring sized down they had it back to me in no time!
Mike and his team were awesome! Very highly recommended!
I worked with Michael on my engagement ring. I am using my grandmother's ring and desperately needed to get it cleaned and appraised. Michael examined the ring thoroughly and gav...
e me some helpful pointers to preserve the ring's beauty. The ring was left to get some work done and to be appraised; everything was done right on site at the shop, which was reassuring since it is a treasured family heirloom. I didn't think that the ring could be any more beautiful, but they really brought it back to life. I am so excited to work with them to design a custom wedding band to fit with the ring!
Deb at JAB Jewelry is by far the kindest person that I interacted with during my search for a wedidng band! She listened to what we were looking for but was very honest about our ...
options. We ended up having my ring reset and she made sure that everything was perfect! You can't go wrong wtih JAB, we have a friend who had a custom wedding band made for a vintage ring and their work is amazing!
