About this vendor
I am Jeff. Let me tell you my story.
13 years ago I was not a wedding photographer, heck, I had only ever been in a couple of weddings at that time. 13 years ago I was right where you are, planning my wedding. We were counting down the days until April 18th 2009 - the date that I would marry the love of my life, and start a journey I could never have imagined. With our wedding date rapidly approaching the stress and excitement were both continuing to build. Just like you, we had been researching, planning, organizing and prioritizing every aspect of the day. The main thing we did not want was stress and worry on our wedding day. We especially didn’t want to have to worry about how those precious moments, and memories would be documented. We just knew we wanted beautiful images that were totally and completely US. It was at that very moment that wedding photography surpassed every other item on our list of all-things-wedding.
Then we found our perfect photographer-the photographer that would be perfect for our wedding day.
I cannot remember much of what was said at our wedding, or many of the exact details from that day, but I do remember one thing - how I felt on April 18th, 2009.
It is a day that I will cherish for a lifetime.
J.Richard Photography was born out of the idea of me wanting to give you that same peace of mind. Letting you feel the relief that you are getting a photographer that is passionate about his craft and takes pride in giving you images that are Timeless, Authentic, and Emotional. Images that will allow you to feel your day all over again.

y. On the initial phone call we go to know each other better and establish expectations on both ends. He worked with us on meeting our budget, and making sure we checked all of our boxes for things we wanted. We have a very hectic schedule and had to schedule things last minute for our engagement and bridal portraits and Jeff didn’t bat an eye. He got us worked in and had us laughing and having a great time the entire time. When our plans got changed last minute he was able to rework our package and didn’t get mad or treat us any differently or change up quality at all. The best part: OUR PICTURES ARE AMAZING. On all three occasions we loved every picture and they quality was consistent and true to style! The photos you see on Facebook and his website are really the photos you will receive. Beautiful images!! All in all, you will not be disappointed one bit, reach out today and get on his books!!!

nd and I. Traveling to meet us wherever we wanted to take pictures and editing them with a quick return. Jeff was super supportive even when we completely changed everything three weeks before the wedding due to Covid and decide to change location and have just a ceremony. I have a husband that’s a little camera shy, Jeff made things simple and fun, actually getting my man to crack a smile! We are so very happy for choosing Jeff for this special occasion and highly recommend him!

ictures done just makes me feel awkward. I have no idea how to pose or anything! Lol Jeff was right there to make us feel comfortable and we absolutely ADORE our engagement pictures. I searched for WEEKS for a photographer that had the talent and skill that Jeff has and his pricing is definitely worth it and very reasonable in comparison to others I had gotten quotes from. I’m so happy we found Jeff and I highly recommend him for your big day as well!!
