Jorge is the epitome of a professional. You will not find anyone who is more responsive, clear, and organized than him. When planning our wedding, we would often have a response fr...
om him within five minutes of emailing him. He was always prepared for our calls, and came with great questions and ideas. He’s a phenomenal MC and DJ, always paying attention to how the crowd is feeling. You will not find anyone who is better value for what they bring to the table. You will have a great experience if you book him, so do it yesterday. If I could give him six stars for his customer service alone, I would.
The dance floor at our March 2023 wedding was packed from start to finish, and we've gotten so many compliments about how awesome our DJ was. But it wasn't just Jorge's work the ni...
ght of the event that makes this such an easy 5-star review. Throughout the process, he was super organized and communicative, going to extra mile to understand the timeline for the night and the vibe we were going for. Can't recommend him enough!
Jorge absolutely brought the house down!!! We had a Colombian/American wedding so we needed someone who could blend a ton of different genres together to make sure everyone had a ...
good time. Needless to say, we found the perfect man for the job. Jorge seamlessly bounced around from motown, hip hop, early 2000's rock to reggeaton, bachata, merengue and salsa in a way that had everyone dancing the entire night. My man even threw some vallenatos in there for the Colombian side of the family! He captured the exact type of vibes we wanted for our reception and we can't thank him enough.
Throughout the entire process Jorge was organized and kept constant communication with us to ensure everything went off flawlessly on our big day. If you're looking for a DJ, look no further! Hard to be in better hands than Jorge and his team.
P.S.- The up lighting and photo booth services were amazing and would 100% recommend.
We are so thankful to Jorge and his team! They were the absolute best. From the initial consultation to the very end Jorge was always attentive and listened to all of our requests...
/concerns. All of our guests had a blast and loved the variation of music that was played. We were on the dance floor all night long! It was a pleasure working with J Leon Productions! Definitely recommend 10/10.
Jorge came in at the last minute to save our wedding after we had to part ways with our original DJ. From the get go, with very little prep time, Jorge was top notch. The amount of...
involvement and dedication between Jorge and the other guy was like day and night. He was on top of us, with meeting every few days, making sure we stayed on track and got together everything we need to make our event successful. He came out to do a walk-through at our venue (quite a long drive away) with absolutely no problem and no hesitation. Throughout the planning process, he guided us through everything we need to consider for song selection, incorporating drastically different styles of music, even took a front seat approach to fine tuning and handling our wedding timeline down to the fine detail. He was very knowledgeable in the different styles of music we needed to incorporate, as the bride's family was traditional Bolivian. His tools were also robust and allowed us to take our time to load up all of the different songs and styles we want played. On the day off, he lit up our venue space beautifully and successfully accomodated our request to have a screen show a video during reception in a challenging space and layout. All this and not to mention he was great value for the money. 10/10, would not hesitate to hire again!
We are so happy to have found Jorge as our DJ. From the start, he demonstrated that he really wanted to ensure that the day met all our expectations. He made sure to meet with us o...
nline on three separate occasions to walk through the schedule for the day and picking the perfect songs for each moment. We didn't have a day-of coordinator, and Jorge really took on a lot of those coordination roles, helping us plan the whole event and keeping things moving on the big day. He also made sure to understand the vibe that we were going for during the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. He made shared playlists, which we were able to add our favourite songs to. He was great at reading the room and playing the right songs to get everyone moving. We highly recommend him!
I had my wedding recently (Aug 10, 2019). Jorge was amazing from the beginning till the end of our work with him that lasted many months. He was very responsive by emails and texts...
, flexible and punctual. He went the extra mile to make sure that everything is well planned and on the wedding day, I made multiple requests that he responded to promptly and happily. I totally recommend him. He is also bilingual; fluent in English and Spanish. So, this is another reason to choose him for weddings between different cultures. We danced non stop. 5 stars! Thanks so much, Jorge!!
Working with J Leon was amazing, they knew all the right questions to ask leading up to the event to make sure they made our wedding reception memorable. I highly recommend getting...
the uplighting, it was gorgeous! The dance music was on point, J Leon kept the dance floor full all night.
My fiance and I really enjoyed working with Jorge. Very responsive and flexible with the calls to plan out the music and timing. Appreciated his willingness to help us come up with...
a timeline for the big day.
Calm demeanor which I appreciated during the sometimes craziness of planning and the big day activities. Jorge had not worked at our venue previously, so he was willing to make a trip out there ahead of time to see the space and learn where to put his equipment. He and his assistant arrived early to allow plenty of time to set up and had all the music we wanted for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
We loved that Jorge's services also provided lighting. It included our own personal monogram for the floor, uplighting in our color choice, and dance floor lights. The uplights created was the final piece that transformed our reception tent in to our own wedding space. Honestly, between the ceremony music, reception music, monogram, and uplights, it is a fantastic value!
When it started to rain 5 minutes before the ceremony, Jorge quickly moved his ceremony equipment inside and adapted to an indoor ceremony. We really enjoyed working with him and know he will be a big help to anyone's special day in the future.

ed weddings- my husband is Latino & I'm white- and he was able to navigate the different cultures perfectly to keep everyone happy. He was extremely professional and responsive leading up to the wedding. Made us feel like we were in great hands. His pricing is clear on his website and also has lighting options to make the evening perfect. Definitely use Jorge for your wedding!!
Since the first meeting with Jorge, I knew he will be our DJ for the wedding. His flexibility through this process was great. Jorge met with us and explained how all things were go...
ing to be done and we put our trust in him. We had video conference calls at least 4 time until the week of the wedding, he went the extra mile for us. The day of the wedding people were raving about the music and kept asking me "where did you find the DJ?" (mostly because other couples have had some mixed experiences with other vendors). The way he red the crowd was exactly was I was looking for in a DJ. Jorge kept the communication flowing between the photographer, our videographer and the venue coordinator. Jorge was very attentive with us and kept people dancing with great choices for our wedding. J Leon Productions was an excellent choice, I gave out his phone number to at least 7 couples who are planning their wedding for next year because everyone loved his work.
DJ Leon was beyond amazing. From start to finish he was attentive and professional and catered to our every need. We also requested for him to MC and play music in both English and...

ed. His execution of the evening was perfect and was very flexible when we wanted to add a toast in the reception at the last minute. He was the best vendor we worked with in the entire wedding planning process and his prices were very reasonable. He played a great selection of music and kept everyone dancing right up until the end. Hire Jorge!! You will not regret it!

people ( like our moms danced the whole night away!) There was a variety of music we all enjoyed! As Mexican Americans we had a very modern and non-traditional wedding, however Jorge was aware of Mexican traditions, and helped us incorporate them, and explained what to do for those guests who had no clue! We highly recommend Jorge as a DJ! Thanks again for everything
