We hired Claire from Ivy and Altar as our day-of coordinator (with month-before prep), and I truly can’t imagine our wedding day without her. From the moment we started working tog...
ether, Claire was incredibly communicative, organized, and genuinely excited for us. She helped with vendor coordination in the final weeks, confirmed all the details, and made sure everything was perfectly in place for the big day.
What really stood out was Claire’s presence—calm, confident, and full of joy. The day before and the day of, she brought such a positive energy while keeping everything running smoothly. I didn’t feel a single ounce of stress because I knew she had everything handled—and she did.
There were even a few last-minute changes (like a guest showing up with an unexpected plus one), and Claire adjusted the seating arrangements seamlessly so no one felt left out. My family and bridal party couldn’t stop raving about her. She checked in with them throughout the event and made everyone feel special and cared for.
I 100% recommend Claire to anyone looking for a coordinator who is professional, kind, and completely on top of it. She made our day unforgettable—and I’m beyond grateful she was part of it.

my wedding, I would look up and Claire would be there. She is the most organized and kind person I’ve ever met. I couldn’t recommend her enough. She was a joy to work with!
