Ivory Isle Designs

sie because of her beautiful venue artwork, but she provides so much more than that. She was a total design visionary, an incredibly responsive resource for all my questions and changes of mind (lol), and overall a great partner during what can be a stressful season. I am so in love with how our invites turned out!!!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a gorgeous and custom invitation suite.

y guests commented on how beautiful the invitations were and she brought our vision to life flawlessly.

ssed. Josie was incredibly prompt, communicative, and patient throughout the entire process. When I struggled to choose between three envelope colors for our invitations, she went above and beyond by creating three different design boards to help us decide. Her extensive library of venue watercolor paintings was also a major asset. It includes beautifully hand-painted watercolor of a variety of different venues that you can use without the high customization fees many other designers charge. Overall, working with Josie was an absolute pleasure, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and professional wedding stationery designer!

ay!

gram, table numbers, and table cards. Often it felt like our order was custom and Josie took our opinions and suggestions in stride. We used all of our rounds of edits each time and were glad that we did. Everything shipped quickly and arrived in great shape. The quality exceeded our expectations and received so many compliments on the suite. We would highly recommend Ivory Isle Designs!

d within our timeline and budget. She was so quick to respond and really helped us think outside the box and tweak our design plans. Her invitation and drawings were just beautiful! We were completely pleased with the entire aspect of the process and the end result. The invitations even arrived earlier than we hoped!!

sion to life in the most magical way possible. We wanted a whimsical, romantic, old library feel for our stationery, and Josie absolutely nailed it. She created two stunning original pieces of art for us—a beautiful watercolor of one spot within our venue and a delicate sketch of the venue’s exterior. But what truly blew us away was the incredible attention to detail she put into every aspect of our stationery. From the save-the-dates, to the wedding suites, to the table numbers, and even the individual bookmarks that doubled as name cards for each guest, she hand-tore every single piece of paper to give it that perfect, timeless look we were after. Josie didn’t just stop at the stationery, though. She was an invaluable resource, offering guidance and inspiration for other parts of our wedding, including an escort wall featuring handwritten letters to each guest. Even though she wasn’t local and couldn’t physically build it for us, she walked us through every option and helped us bring the idea to life. Unfortunately, we had a bit of a nightmare when our original invitation suites were stolen before we could even get to them (the joys of living downtown in a city!). But in the midst of what must have been an incredibly busy wedding season, Josie handled the situation with such grace and calm. She cleared out her schedule and re-did the entire suite for us, hand-tearing every piece all over again. Her dedication and understanding during that frantic time meant the world to us. If you’re looking for a wedding stationery vendor who is not only immensely talented but also genuinely caring and committed to making your day as special as possible, Josie is your person. Thank you Josie!

have one less thing to figure out as a bride (🙌🏽). She created travel pouches with itinerary cards for our destination wedding, everyone was so impressed with them! We are excited to work with Josie on other projects; not just wedding stuff. Especially a painted champagne bottle that I think will make the perfect anniversary gift and thank you gift for my in-laws.

d I are trying to support as many small businesses as we can while we plan our wedding and even from just her Instagram page she seemed like the perfect fit. What sold us on Josie more than even her beautiful work, was the first phone call we had with her. You could tell instantly that Josie cares deeply about the work that does and that she wants to be as helpful as she's able to clients. From design options, to working within our budget, to planning for some additional design things, Josie was amazing. Moreover, she happened to get married at the same venue we're getting married at and had so many great tips and tricks and the perfect AirBNB recommendation! When it came time to do the design process, it couldn't have been more pleasant. No matter how many questions I asked or how many times I needed revisions for my own mistakes, Josie never made me feel like I was being a hassle. In fact, the opposite was true. She was like our personal hype woman. Even when I made an error, she caught it and reprinted our invites for us. If you're considering using small businesses, do it! The process is so much more personal and smooth. And, if you're considering using Ivory Isle, just know that you will have the most wonderful time working with Josie. Wedding invites are really the first impression of the big day, and Josie helped us create the perfect one. We couldn't recommend her more!

ions and wedding invites so easy! They turned out absolutely gorgeous and we were able to keep them within our budget! Josie helped with the designs, picking out all the small details, and even guided us on the basics of etiquette. I have recommended Ivory Isle Designs to every single friend who is getting married!

alism and kindness in designing and finalizing drafts for our invitation. Our invitations were absolutely beautiful and we received compliments from all of our guest. I couldn’t recommend Ivory Isle Designs more. Thank you Josie!!

nu on linen as a keepsake, which we absolutely loved! She also understood our budget and went above and beyond to weigh different paper types to ensure our invitations only would require one stamp. We highly recommend using Ivory Isle Designs for all wedding stationary and signage.

ith- super responsive, extremely talented & creative, and just LOVELY to work with. The attached photos show some of Josie's beautiful contributions to our daughter's wedding (but keep in mind, in real life, her work is EVEN more spectacular.) During the creation process, Josie made it so much fun- super collaborative, she made me feel comfortable sharing my ideas, and LOVED how she virtually presented the invitation suite... when I opened her emails seeing her work would give me goosebumps- so exquisitely beautiful- I was blown away with how she was able to translate our ideas into gorgeous art! We were obsessed with the gorgeous logo she created and used it everywhere we could think of: signs, matchbooks, baseball caps, napkins, t-shirts, coffee mugs, menus, etc. Now, I am super thrilled that we get to work with Josie again for daughter #2's wedding. JOSIE and Ivory Isle Designs was an absolute wedding HIGHLIGHT! Our guests commented how delightful it was to open the invitations- and how it made them extra excited for the wedding. Wow! Are we LUCKY! Josie, thank you for sharing your talent with us! Photo credit- @corneliazphotos

rson to work with. We worked with Josie on a variety of items - from our watercolor venue save the dates, to our invitations, to gold foil dog napkins, and wedding day signage/menus! Every single thing turned out PERFECT! I can honestly say I will miss working with Josie and will definitely be reaching out to her for other stationary needs in the future!!

ated and I could not have asked for a better outcome with my wedding invitations. 10/10 recommend! Photo credit: @MollinerPhotography

d our invites, all day of signage, programs, cocktail napkins, escort cards, table numbers AND thank you notes. Josie worked seamlessly with other vendors (like our florist and planner) to make sure that the signs and paper flawlessly fit into our larger vision. Josie is a true artist, and we are so grateful for her hard work.

n in law fell in love with Josie's work and hired her to have the watercolor of the Inn on their Save the Dates. It set the tone for the wedding. When it came time for the invitations, my daughter found inspiration from an English garden wedding invitation. She knew this was a look she would like to recreate. Josie worked with us to create a unique wedding invite that was used to inspire and create a beautiful floral toile with love birds as a crest. Josie suggested a lily of valley stamp to add to the vellum wrap. It was done is a soft sage green. We used the crest and toile/birds throughout the wedding day. Josie created ceremony programs, napkins, menus, escort cards and wedding signage with this theme. We were able to use the crest on plastic cups and some other items we created. Instead of a wedding guest book, Josie had the the watercolor of the Inn made into a poster for guests to sign so the bride and groom will now be able to frame it and hang in their home for keepsake! Josie was a pleasure to work with, was on time and responded quickly. (Photos by Mary Dougherty Photography)

the wedding, with the stunning watercolor painting of our venue, our names and date, and the beautiful magnolia flower design on the back, instantly made the whole thing feel real for the first time. Josie makes customized stationary accessible, easy, and fun. She's always available for a call if you have any questions or if you are unsure of what you want, and in those phone calls, she was able to take my really abstract thoughts and create something unique and magical. I'll forever be obsessed with how she combined South African flowers with magnolias and fall flowers into the most perfect representation of our day with our watercolor crest for our invitations. We also got our day-of-stationary from Josie. She made sure everything coordinated with the full design and even customized the size of our table numbers to go with our bicycle holders. She incorporated our watercolor flowers from the crest with watercolor cocktails on our bar signs that truly tied everything together. I highly recommend Ivory Isle Designs for all of your wedding paper needs, and the best part is you can work with her no matter where you live or where the wedding is!

hat we were in the hands of a true professional who not only valued our vision, but also demonstrated a remarkable commitment to every detail, all while working within our budget. While working together, Josie displayed an unwavering level of professionalism. Her communication was clear, timely, and always filled with warmth and enthusiasm. Along the way, she offered expert guidance and was flexible with our ever-evolving ideas and needs. Her expertise shone through in the quality of the work she delivered. The attention to detail she displayed was nothing short of astonishing. From the intricacies of our invitations to the personalized place/favor cards, every element was executed with precision and care. She worked tirelessly to incorporate our themes, colors, and ideas into every piece of stationery! At the beginning, I wasn't sure custom artwork and stationary was something we could fit in our budget. Josie's willingness to work with us was so appreciated and it's clear she understands that planning a wedding can be a significant financial undertaking. She offered creative suggestions and cost-saving solutions without compromising the quality or aesthetics of the products. This, combined with her willingness to customize packages to meet our specific needs, was a real game-changer. In summary, Josie's professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and flexibility with budget constraints made her an invaluable part of our wedding planning process. We can't thank her enough for bringing our vision to life and contributing to the beauty and elegance of our special day. If you're in search of a wedding stationary vendor who goes above and beyond, look no further - she's the one!

the very end Josie helped and guided me to make sure my vision came to life! The water color Ivory Isle did of my venue was absolutely stunning! So stunning I ordered more prints for our parents. Josie walks through all steps of picking out card stock, font, font color, wording, etc. Ivory Isle Designs was responsive and always answered my questions in a timely manner. Josie is extremely organized and professional. Being a first time bride, I really had no idea what I was doing and invites can be overwhelming. Josie made it so simple. She had no hidden costs, and was a very honest vendor to work with. I can not recommend Ivory Isle more! We did our invites, welcome tags (for bags), thank you cards, place cards, table numbers, programs and all wedding signage through Ivory Isle. It truly is a one stop shop. I loved working with Josie. Don't walk, run to Ivory Isle Designs!

t with her over a zoom call she was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. Also, she tried her best to stay within my budget by offering multiple options and ways to order the invitation suites. Her work is amazing! I received so many compliments on my wedding invitations. They were so perfect and beyond my expectations! We had our venue watercolored for our invitations we were able to use it also on our menus. But the best part was Josie sent us the original 8x12 watercolor! It’s such a nice keepsake to have displayed in your home! Josie was so easy and great to work with, I highly recommend working with Josie !!

ed out so perfect; I got so many comments of how they were the prettiest invitations they have ever seen. I also got a “I thought I was getting invited to a royal wedding” comment from someone!! I owe everything to Josie to designing my dream suite. Josie was professional and a great vendor to work with. She got back to my emails quickly and made me feel so at ease. Thank you Josie!!!

le! Would highly recommend her!

money and stay within budget along the way. Josie is so talented and her work is absolutely incredible! I sent my invitations out last week and have already received so many complements. If you are thinking about getting your invitations done with Ivory Isle you will not be disappointed!

nt above and beyond on every single component! We loved the watercolor of our wedding venue, which we used on both the save the dates and wedding invitation, and it was such a special added touch when Josie sent us the original 8x12 watercolor, which we now have hanging in our house! Josie also helped bring our day-of stationary vision to life - making our escort cards into the cutest luggage tags (each table was named after a place my husband and I had visited together and loved), creating a monogram that perfectly encompassed our wedding day colors and florals, and making beautiful menus with a thank you note from us to our guests on the back. Our friends and family were so in love with all of the stationary and friends and we couldn't be happier. Josie is so wonderful to work with, cares so much about her craft and clients, and provides the best guidance to ensure your stationary is so wonderful and reflects your essence and vision. I highly recommend working with Josie - you'll be so happy you did!

ho we had used for our invitations. I had a last minute request for Josie, and she graciously accommodated it. She is incredibly talented, and we now have the painting of our venue that she created framed and hanging in our home to enjoy forever! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

d out more amazing than I could ever have expected and I highly recommend Ivory Isle Designs to all brides.

n a literal dream. I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for with my invitations, but had some random ideas / was super indecisive. Somehow Josie was able to translate what I couldn't convey into the most beautiful wedding invitation suite I could ever ask for. She did both a water color and a black & white sketch of my church for it, and literally KILLED IT! Everything came out so amazing that I actually cried when I got to finally see it all in person! Thank you so much Josie for being the absolute BEST!

nely the most beautiful suite I have ever seen! Her artwork is incredible and attention to detail is amazing. She was quick to get revisions back to us and offered advice and her opinion when I was unsure. We incorporated our crest and dog portrait into other areas of the wedding including menus, signature cocktail signs, custom cups for signature cocktails, match boxes, cocktail napkins and cornhole boards. Guests are still commenting on how beautiful and cohesive everything on our wedding day was and so much of that is owed to Josie!

extremely detail oriented, and always met all of the deadlines. Her creations were exactly what I envisioned for my wedding. She is extremely talented and was such a joy to work with. I need to think of an excuse to use her again and get more beautiful products!! Thank you Ivory Isle Designs!

n delivered the painting earlier than expected. Of course, it was BEAUTIFUL! Then I worked with Josie on my Wedding Invitation Suite that included a custom monogram. I scrolled through her website and social media pages for hours and hours trying to decide on what I wanted because everything was just so stunning. Josie was super patient and detail-oriented in helping me decide what would work best for my suite, and she was always able to bring my *rather vague* ideas to a perfect reality. Everything was just so beautiful that I wanted to add more and more items, so then she painted a custom map to go along with the suite as well. Josie was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. She always gave me updates throughout the process even when I didn't ask, which made me feel like she was really on top of things and that my project was a priority despite how busy she was (including planning her own wedding!). My guests were amazed by the invitations; I got so many compliments saying they were the most beautiful invitations they'd ever seen! I HIGHLY recommend working with Josie at Ivory Isle Designs. She is beyond amazing, and you will not be disappointed!!

used as the envelope liner for our invitations. She’s extremely knowledgeable about all things stationary related. She really listened to what I wanted and provided wonderful input and advice. Following the invitation design & execution, she created all of our day-of stationary; the welcome sign, seating chart, table numbers, dinner menus, ceremony programs, thank you cards, etc. Everything turned out absolutely wonderful! Her attention to detail, expertise, and friendly attitude made the entire process extremely easy and not stressful. I would highly recommend Ivory Isle Designs for any bride looking for a stationary vendor. I’m actually a little sad not to be working with her anymore, and hope to possibly work with her again in the future for any other stationary needs that I may have. IVORY ISLE, especially Josie is a must-have for any future brides!!!

ed, and very responsive. I highly recommend Ivory Isle Designs!

ailed, which is exactly what I needed as an anxious bride. She answered my etiquette questions thoughtfully and even made sure I was aware of some quirks with the USPS as we were designing my envelopes. Many guests told me our invitation was the most beautiful one they've seen. I highly recommend Ivory Isle Designs!

of our venue, everything was stunning. We received so many compliments about how beautiful and unique our invitations were! scheduling our wedding in the beginning of the pandemic through the final lead-up to our wedding. She really was a saint and demonstrated impressive amounts of patience and professionalism in working with us over the course of two insane years! We worked with Josie to design our invitations and include hand-sketched renderings of our wedding venue, and the results were absolute perfection. Our family continues to talk about our "magazine" wedding and Josie's ability to customize our paper goods and personalize them to our taste really contributed to that experience. We highly recommend her, and we are so so thankful we decided to work with her!

oo. Josie is extremely responsive and easy to work with. She is able to transform your vision into reality. Not only was she able to capture the beauty of San Miguel from the pictures we shared with her, but also, the feeling we wanted to evoke for our guests from beginning to end in all of our wedding paper. I would highly recommend Ivory Isle Designs and look forward to having Josie create custom pieces for future live events.

rocess. She was patient with me and my indecisiveness, and always gave a second opinion if it was needed. The invitations are BEAUTIFUL and I cannot wait to send them out :) Working with Josie to create them has been my favorite part of wedding planning thus far!
