t, my husband and I were really wanted someone a step above and boy did we get it! Krissy has got to be one of the sweetest people and Chad is such a goof! If you want a photographer that not only knows what they're doing but LOVES doing it (trust me it shows) then you MUST choose Ivey Pictures. They are worth every penny!

I am sure a lot of brides can relate to the fact that my now-husband HATES getting his picture taken and was not comfortable in front of the camera- Krissy and Chad were so awesome at getting shots where any awkwardness just disappeared, and the whole experience was fun and the pictures turned out amazing. I love the mix of traditional shots with the artistic shots I will have blown up and hung in our house forever. We had a long list of desired shots with family and the bridal party after the ceremony, and Krissy and Chad got us organized and got them done efficiently so that we could get to the reception. I was so appreciative of their organization and professionalism. I couldn't have imagined a better experience or better photos to help us remember the best time of our lives!

. I knew the lighting was tricky in the The Treasury and with a January wedding most of our shots would be in the dark so I wanted to make sure whoever I picked would be able to ease my mind that. From the moment I met with them I fell in love with them as humans as well as their work. They genuinely care about your wedding day and it shows in their work. My pictures were beautiful. Not only were they awesome on my day but as a coordinator I have witnessed several weddings and can attest time after time they have been phenomenal to work with and have captured amazing wedding pictures for my couples. I highly recommend Chad and Krissy. After all when the day is over the only thing left is the beautiful pictures that capture special moments.

took away my option as the consumer to hire the best person for my wedding pictures. They provided stand in photographers who seemed to have no information about any shots or schedule. The reception was shortened dramatically as a result and the photos are nothing similar to their portfolio. I am hiring a photographer in my town to obtain some images for our home. I tried to contact them via email after the wedding and they never responded. Very unprofessional ( and still charged me full price might I add).

They also did my sister-in-law’s wedding and I loved the candid moments they were able to capture as well as the artistic style they were able to incorporate into their photos. We planned our wedding in a very short amount of time (6 months), so when I found out they were available on our day we booked IMMEDIATELY. On top of photography, they are two of the most creative individuals I know. They are always up to speed on the newest technology, special camera lens and top notch equipment which make for even a more spectacular finished product. After getting our photos from our wedding I was overwhelmed with excitement. They captured numerous special moments throughout the day and I was able to relive the wedding day over again. I particularly loved that they had locations pre-planned for our formal sessions, as we weren’t sure where to do them in downtown St. Augustine. The locations were perfect and totally suited us. The day of seemed effortless on their part start to finish (although I know it was intense work!). They make it seem so easy and were so easy to work with. I had lots of questions and emails, but they were always quick to assist! On the day of the wedding they helped big time keeping our timeline in order. Things never seemed to skip a beat! I couldn't be happier with our photos and I am so glad we hired Ivey Pictures. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are worth every single penny and we’ve developed a friendship for a lifetime with these two. Thank you Ivey Pictures for capturing our special day so magically. It’s a day we will never forget!

eet and we got to know them well the months leading up to the wedding. The day of, they were so professional and fun the entire day. Our guests kept complimenting on how awesome they were!! I've heard so many stories on how some photographers can be pushy. This was not the case. Krissy and Chad were so easy to work with and really let us soak in every moment but still keep us on track to capture every shot possible. When we got back our pictures, I was truly blown away on how beautiful and artistic they were. They were so much more than I ever could have imagined. I would highly recommend Ivey Pictures. We cannot wait to work with them again.

ON with our photographer. Krissy and Chad were AMAZING to work with. They truly care about the wedding experience and do everything they can to take scenery/picture to the next level. Our picture are one of a kind and we are so amazed with Chad's artisitc abilities. Krissy (Chad's wife) is amazing and throughout the experience (engagement and wedding) became a friend of mine (bride) and knew exactly what I wanted/ dreamed of! We will use Ivey picture for ALL of our events (family photos, Christmas photos, etc.) and would recommend them to ANYONE!

ut on my search for vendors and after shopping around I just had to go back...... I felt an instant friendship with them. They were friendly, professional, and creative. They listened, gave advice, and helped in more ways than they'll ever know. As "the day" got closer and I got nervous they were there to calm my nerves. They worked with me, my family, guests, and other vendors to capture our special day and our requested shots. Once they opened up our online gallery I was speechless! Our pictures were AMAZING! I have relived the day over and over. Everyone who has seen some of our pictures always asks who were our photographers, because our pictures are AWESOME!!!!!!! Krissy and Chad also went above and beyond, really and truly out of their way to give us a chance to create a "first look" session after I was diagnosed with brain cancer and found out I would be losing my hair before our big day. This photography couple gave us more than we could have ever expected! I'm truly grateful to have had them capture all the beautiful moments of our wedding.

ed out yet but I gave them a rough draft of what I had in mind. I choose them based on the fact that I liked their work and the package had unlimited time. We did our engagement photos with no issues. When it was closer to the actual date of the wedding I emailed them to ask when everything was due and to make sure I was giving them the right amount. They said I forgot to add taxes. They never mentioned taxes until then! They never mentioned taxes were separate and never sent me a formal balance sheet. I looked through my paper work and the only mention of taxes I found was fine print on the price card. I brought this up and they responded “It's OK, we totally understand! We hate taxes :( So very sorry!” As if it was my fault. All other vendors show balances and have taxes included in the package so why did they wait to disclose that? The bigger issue I had with them was the day before the wedding. They called me while I was driving and told me what the game plan was for them on the wedding day. When I asked what time they were going to show up for hair and makeup, Krissy got mad at me and said “I know your package says unlimited but it DOESN’T mean unlimited it really means 10 hours” (false advertisement) and complained that hair and makeup was not discussed in our first meeting. Since I was driving at the moment, all I could say was “ok?” I discussed this with my maid of honor and looked over my contract. Nowhere in the contract does it say that Unlimited = 10 hours. I asked her to talk to Krissy since I was upset. Krissy goes on and makes a ton of excuses that were irrelevant to my contract. The issue didn’t get resolved. On the wedding day, I mentioned how sad I was that they were not taking pictures of hair and makeup to the makeup artist. The makeup artist said they called her and said Chad was coming for the last 30 mins. He did and I was happy. When I got to the church Krissy was there and had an ugly attitude. I was nice since I wanted good pictures. But I shouldn’t have been treated like that especially on MY wedding day. At the reception, Krissy had a better attitude but I feel like they could have taken better pictures. They caused extra stress that I did not need.

couldn't be any nicer!! She was always available to answer any questions I may have had, and they just take the most amazing photos. They definitely alleviated any stress I may have had planning my day, as I trusted her whole heartedly with everything...and everything turned out exactly how I imagined. We will definitely be using them again for baby photos, family photos, pet photos, anything and everything! Thanks Krissy and Chad!
