how much of a difference an exceptional all-inclusive venue and an incredible coordinator could make. From the very beginning, the entire experience was seamless. Having one team handle everything from the venue, catering, flowers, bar service, DJ, and all the countless details in between took so much stress out of the planning process. Every vendor worked together flawlessly, and everything was beautifully coordinated from start to finish. The biggest difference for us was Paula. At our first daughter’s wedding, we didn’t have a wedding coordinator, so we truly had no idea what we had been missing. Paula was absolutely phenomenal. She handled every detail with such professionalism, kindness, and grace that we were able to simply be parents instead of event planners. She kept everything running perfectly behind the scenes, anticipated needs before we even knew we had them, and made the entire day feel effortless. As the mother of the bride, I was able to be fully present, soak in every moment, and enjoy my daughter’s wedding without worrying about timelines or logistics. That is a gift I will never forget. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, but what truly sets it apart is the people. The staff was incredibly accommodating and genuinely wanted to help bring our daughter’s vision to life. They even worked with us to incorporate a fireworks show at the end of the evening, creating the most unforgettable finale. Their willingness to embrace the unique touches that made the day personal meant the world to our family. The food was exceptional and received rave reviews from our guests all evening. Every meal was beautifully prepared and delicious, and the service was impeccable from beginning to end. I also have to recognize our bartender, Tori, who was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond all night long, was warm and engaging with every guest, and made sure everyone was taken care of. She truly helped make the reception even more enjoyable. Every detail from the gorgeous flowers and incredible food to the music, bar service, and flawless coordination was handled with excellence. We left the evening feeling not only grateful, but amazed at how smoothly everything had gone. If you’re considering this venue, don’t hesitate. They don’t just host weddings they create an experience that allows families to relax, celebrate, and make memories that will last lifetime. We are forever grateful to Paula and the entire team for making our daughter’s wedding everything she dreamed of and more. It was truly one of the most beautiful and stress-free days of our lives.

est DJ I have ever heard at a wedding. They include a cocktail tasting so you don’t have to come up with your own drinks and they aren’t just the usual stuff! We got married on 10/25 and our guests still won’t stop talking about how amazing everything was. While all the staff was incredible Paula is unlike any wedding coordinator out there. She is truly as amazing as all the reviews say, it’s hard to believe she’s handling multiple weddings at the same time because she’s so attentive. It feels like you’re planning your wedding with your best friend because she is as excited as you are.  At one point during the night one of our party buses didn’t show and I had no idea until the next day because of how seamlessly she handled everything.  I cannot recommend this venue enough it’s beautiful and VERY affordable!!

The Pickin’ Petals florals were absolutely breathtaking—Amanda took my vision and brought it to life with such artistry and attention to detail. It was like stepping into a fairytale. Every bouquet, centerpiece, and floral accent was exactly what I had dreamed of—and more. The grounds at Iriswoods are stunning—lush, romantic, and full of charm. Whether it was the ceremony under the trees or golden hour photos across the property, every corner was picture-perfect. But what truly sets Iriswoods apart is the team’s passion and commitment to making your day as special and stress-free as possible. They didn’t just meet our expectations—they went above and beyond to bring our vision to life in the most beautiful way. really made the experience was the service. Communication was great throughout the whole process and most of the time my questions were answered before I thought to ask. The planning process was very smooth and it was super helpful to have the planner and many of the venders included in the package. The package was a great value and it streamlined the planning and made it much less stressful for me, as someone who had a vision of what I wanted but not really any clue how to make it happen. And there was also enough room to make it our own (for example the DJ was included but we also hired a band for cocktail hour). The whole thing felt really personalized instead of the cookie cutter vibe that sometimes comes along with weddings. My wedding day truly exceeded my expectations, everything went so smoothly throughout the timeline, the decor looked wonderful, the food was delicious, and everyone had such a fun time! I would highly recommend Iriswoods to any future bride and was 1000% happy with my choice.

ere prisitine day of the wedding, and the entire day went just as it was supposed to. Brandi even surprised me with a pan of my favorite dessert, made specially for me. All of the vendors Iriswoods works with, were wonderful. Brian did wonderful with our wedding cake and grooms cake, making a stellar guitar cake for my husband. The florals were exactly what I requested. This day would not have been what it was without Brandi and Ellen, and I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding. If I had to go back and do it all over again, I would choose Iriswoods a million times over.
