Working with Ashley as our wedding photographer meant so much to us, and it is hard to fully put into words how grateful we are for her and her team. From the very beginning, what stood out was how genuinely invested she was in understanding us. She took the time to really listen to what mattered most, the feeling we wanted the day to have, and the kind of moments we hoped to hold onto long after it was over. It never felt transactional. It felt like she truly cared about telling our story in a way that was authentic to us. The thought and care she put into planning made such a difference. We spent time walking through the venue, talking through the flow of the day, and thinking about how everything would come together. What meant the most was how she anticipated things we would have never thought of ourselves. She was always one step ahead, making sure we were set up to actually enjoy the day instead of worrying about it. On the wedding day, Ashley and her team were such a grounding presence. They were calm, collaborative, and incredibly thoughtful in how they moved through the space. They went above and beyond to capture the moments that mattered to us, even when they were not easy shots to get. You could feel how much heart she put into her work. When we got our photos back, we were honestly overwhelmed in the best way. Of course she captured the big, important moments beautifully, but what stayed with us were the ones we did not even realize were happening. The quiet in between moments, the reactions of our friends and family, the little details and expressions that made the day what it was. She gave us a way to experience our wedding all over again, and to see it through the eyes of the people we love. We feel so lucky to have worked with Ashley. If you are looking for someone who will not only take beautiful photos but will truly care about your day and your story, I cannot recommend her enough.

My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our experience with Ashley and Iris & Ivy Photography for our city hall wedding. From the very start, Ashley made everything feel fun, open, and comfortable, which was really important to people who are awkward in front of a camera like we are. Nothing felt forced or overly posed; instead, every image feels authentic and timeless, perfectly reflecting who we are and the joy of the day. The overall experience was made even better due to Ashley’s contagious energy. She brought such a calming, positive presence, and we genuinely enjoyed having her with us on our big day.
