Rachel was always very professional and punctual with submitting digital files by dead line for me to review. Despite the MANY times I changed my mind, she assured me it was ok to make changes and still provided the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever!! Although most of our communication was by message, I felt her sincerity and commitment to providing the best service to me. I know she cared about my event as much as I did. Rachel is now my go to for invitation or project needs!! I love her and I know you will too.
