Sylvie and Phyllis were so sweet. I was such a pain about the flowers and they accomidated my every request. They even made multiple samples for my review and worked with me consta...
ntly to ensure I was happy. The end result was perfect. The flowers were fresh and beautiful and they were on time with deliveries at multiple locations. I would not hesitate to recommend International Garden Center to anyone trying to stay under a tight budget.
