Interfaith Wedding Rabbi

ckgrounds, and took so much time getting to know us each individually on a personal level. Both of our families were super pleased with David's personalized officiating, and they all felt so included—even my non-english speaking family members and in-laws! Thank you a million times over, David!

mmodate all our needs and changes. The ceremony was exactly how we envisioned it to go and our family and friends absolutely loved your kind and meaningful words. Thank you again Rabbi David for making our day so special Love, Shiran & Steve

ored both of our religious backgrounds, was personal to our stories, and reflected our humor. Our guests from both sides loved how he made everyone from all backgrounds feel included, and he brought so much joy to our day with his speech and sincerity. Throughout the planning process he communicated very clearly on logistics, expected timing of deliverables, and gave us many resources to reference. He is an absolute professional, and we have recommended him to all of our interfaith friends. He helped make our day so memorable! 10/10!!

He met with us virtually to get to know us and prepare our interfaith Jewish and Wiccan ceremony, and it was absolutely beautiful. He was so thoughtful, kind, and professional throughout the entire process; his questions helped us capture our love story and weave it into the ceremony. He was interested in learning about the traditions we chose to include in our ceremony and what they mean to us. He was even able to do a bilingual English and Spanish ceremony, which was perfect for my family members who only speak Spanish. He also gave us resources to ensure that the wedding went smoothly, and he was very accommodating with offering us a payment plan. Our wedding unfortunately had to be postponed due to the pandemic (we had planned it for March of 2020 and were having to travel out of state to our wedding destination), but Rabbi Gruber was very understanding; we rescheduled for two years later and he honored our original plans. The ceremony was absolutely perfect, just what we wanted, and we got many compliments from our guests on the ceremony. If your partner is Jewish but you aren’t, or vice versa, reach out to Rabbi Gruber, he’s great!

excited to work with Rabbi Gruber based on the endless positive reviews we’ve read across the internet. From the very start, he was eager to learn everything about our relationship and how to match what we wanted to his extensive list of wedding ceremonies. He was and still is incredibly informative of wedding customs and traditions of all faiths and even in different languages, and walked us through every aspect of what we wanted, and even what we could consider adding, to our perfect day. Although Covid forced us to push our wedding back one year almost to the day, Rabbi Gruber was beyond flexible and was able to help us through the entire process from day one, rescheduling, and through the end of the ceremony. The wedding ceremony itself was perfect because Rabbi Gruber was not only a seasoned pro, he also made sure to be prepared with stories about our relationship, moments we spent talking with him and what he learned about us, and was able to wrap it all up with traditions from both sides of the family. If you are looking for an interfaith wedding rabbi or even just a rabbi for a typical Jewish wedding, you don’t need to search any further. Trust me, you will be taken care of!

ery step of the way and was very easy to work with. He responded in a timely manner. He let us have control over our ceremony but helped guide us in certain directions. His ceremony was beautiful and everyone loved the words he had to say. Highly recommend!

us and thoughtful and he genuinely cared about giving us the best possible experience. The process of planning a wedding is wrought with overwhelming details but he made sure that the only part that truly mattered (the actual ceremony!) was flawlessly carried out. We had so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the ceremony was, and how the Christian and Jewish elements that we incorporated were perfectly blended into a unique and memorable experience. I cannot recommend Rabbi Gruber enough, he is simply the best!

s very difficult for us to find someone who was willing to work with us and incorporate both of our traditions into a ceremony - especially in Istanbul. Rabbi Gruber was immediately willing to help and was thoughtful in his approach from the start. We had several preliminary meetings, during which he took the time to understand both of our backgrounds and specific needs. He wrote a beautiful personal service that reflected our family history. His approach was highly personal, thoughtful, respectful, and thorough, making the process meaningful for everyone involved. One of the aspects we appreciated most was the Rabbi’s respect for the Catholic canon law requirements, which he thoughtfully integrated into the ceremony planning, ensuring that the wedding honored both traditions appropriately. We recommend Rabbi David Gruber in the highest possible terms to couples seeking an interfaith ceremony that honors diverse religious traditions with sensitivity and care.

was a big part of why. He listened closely to our preferences, offered great recommendations then executed being an officiant perfectly. I would highly recommend Rabbi David Gruber!

When we recall that day with friends and family, they routinely speak about how much it captured "us," and how they felt included in each element of the ceremony regardless of their background. Even though we are both Jewish, we carried different traditions and perspectives; Rabbi Gruber was able to intentionally weave them together so we were both represented in the structure of the ceremony and how our guests understood our faith. Rabbi Gruber invested a lot of time and energy to get to know what we were bringing into the marriage and what we hoped to get out of it to build a ceremony that set the stage for that transition. We are so appreciative for his insight, effort, and patience as we negotiated how to illustrate the transition from our journey as individuals to one as a couple!

le luck until we were recommended Rabbi Gruber! He was kind, encouraging, educational, and has a great sense of humor. He helped us every step of the way and was great about scheduling meetings plenty ahead of time for all of us to be on the same page for our big day! He was so great that we even requested him for our daughters Jewish baby naming this past spring and he out did himself again! 10/10, 5 star! USE THIS GUY! You won’t regret it! Thank you again Rabbi Gruber!!!

g our beliefs and the unique vision we had for our wedding ceremony. From the start, he made us feel seen, heard, and respected. One of the many things that stood out about David was his thoughtfulness in recommending a co-officiant to ensure that Chase felt equally represented in the ceremony. This inclusive approach meant the world to us. David met with us multiple times leading up to the wedding, taking the time to get to know us and craft a ceremony that was personal, meaningful, and true to who we are as a couple. On the big day, his voice, presence, and warmth elevated the entire experience for us and our guests. If you're looking for an interfaith rabbi who truly listens, embraces diversity, and delivers a beautiful, heartfelt ceremony, Rabbi David Gruber is the perfect choice. We are forever grateful to him for being such a vital part of our special day.

as vital to us to have a ceremony that honored both of our backgrounds. I always dreamed of having a Rabbi officiate, but finding someone who could truly embrace and celebrate our union was challenging. Rabbi David not only met but also exceeded our expectations in every way. Rabbi David was warm, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable from our first conversation. He made the entire process smooth and seamless, guiding us step by step through the creation of a ceremony that felt deeply personal and meaningful. He took the time to get to know us as a couple, asking thoughtful questions and incorporating personal narratives that made the ceremony uniquely ours. Rabbi David’s guidance extended beyond the ceremony itself. He recommended insightful books and provided thoughtful suggestions that helped us navigate the blending of our traditions with ease. He was endlessly patient and accommodating, ensuring every element of the ceremony reflected our wishes while staying true to his craft and expertise. On the wedding day, Rabbi David delivered a ceremony that was nothing short of magical. His words were heartfelt, his presence calming, and his ability to connect with us and our guests was extraordinary. The ceremony struck the perfect balance of honoring our traditions while focusing on our love and commitment. We are forever grateful to Rabbi David for making our wedding day so special and helping us create memories we will cherish forever. If you are looking for an interfaith Rabbi who is compassionate, professional, and deeply committed to creating meaningful ceremonies, look no further. Rabbi David Gruber is genuinely one of a kind.

at we wanted and didnt want. I loved being able to go through the entire ceremony detail by detail with him. We got so many compliments after the ceremony about how lovely it was and how he was able to make it personal and inclusive! 10/10 would recomment.

ad us in a ceremony that was incredibly unique to us as a couple, which made everyone who knows us feel right at home. Through the pre-wedding meetings, I got to learn more about how my husband views our relationship, which was a big treat. I would absolutely use Rabbi David’s services again and recommend him to anyone looking interfaith couple who wants to have the best ceremony that reflects their love. He lets you decide what is important to each of you and then weaves it all together in the most beautiful way. We will always be grateful to him for making our wedding ceremony so special and sacred.

the time to get to know my husband and I. He helped incorporate both our religious backgrounds as well as made it personal and sweet for us. We truly appreciate him and all the time and effort he took to make our ceremony “ours.” Definitely thankful we decided to go with him.

patient with all of our questions and clear in his guidance in how we could achieve the ceremony we wanted and receptive and open to the things we wanted to keep and the things we wanted to leave out. During the wedding he did great job of balancing the sacred with levity, several of my guest came up to me later and said how much they appreciated his humor. He is a true collaborator in creating a ceremony that fits what you believe is important and meaningful.

nto our ceremony making it both personal and touching. We felt we were being married by a friend.

rfaith wedding while having a catholic ceremony that is also considered valid for Italian law. My wife was looking for a Rabbi who was willing to officiate the wedding alongside a catholic priest, and she found Rabbi Gruber on the internet. From the very beginning, we understood that Rabbi Gruber was the perfect man for the job. He listened to our thoughts and desires, tried to accommodate our requests, and explained clearly how these ceremonies usually work. Rabbi Gruber's thoroughness in helping us organise every small bit of our ceremony and going even beyond by learning how to officiate our wedding in Italian, gave us a sense of security and peace of mind. If you are looking for a Rabbi to officiate your interfaith wedding but also a guide that will help you understand what to do to have a perfect ceremony and how to do it, don’t look further; you have found exactly the person you were looking for, and he is full of delightful surprises!

communicated with us effectively. We would recommend him!

us as a couple through multiple sessions and tailored our ceremony to our needs, personalities, and wishes. He is very easy to talk with, very accommodating, multi-lingual, and truly vests in getting to know the couple. Everyone commented on what an amazing job he did with our ceremony and how personable he was afterwards. You cannot go wrong with Rabbi Gruber if you are looking for a non-traditional Jewish/inter-faith ceremony.

y, and responsive throughout the whole process. He was great about incorporating different traditions to reflect our various backgrounds. During the ceremony, he kept everyone's attention and beautifully articulated all of the traditions to ensure everyone felt included. 10/10 would hire him to marry us again.

We met with him many times, which attributed to how he was able to honor our heritage and culture, and provide wonderful detailed commentary about our union. There is no one else we could have ever considered to be more custom to our unique services as he was.

ral times and was available via phone or email if we needed something in between meetings. The service he wrote for us was tailored to our relationship and the things WE wanted in our ceremony. He is an amazing cantor, and really made our ceremony more special than we could have imagined. We highly recommend him for your singular or interfaith needs - you will not be disappointed.

y he was to work with. Our wedding ceremony went perfectly, and many guests commented how wonderful it was. Highly recommend working with Rabbi Gruber if you're looking for a great rabbi to officiate your destination wedding.

we want. He worked very well with the Minister who co-officiated. We received endless compliments from the attendees about how much they liked our Rabbi. 5 stars.

really got to know us throughout. He traveled to our wedding in Montana and it felt like we had a friend officiating our wedding and not a stranger. I can't recommend him enough for interfaith weddings.

a few stressful moments in a way that made things so much easier on us. When the flight we booked for him was cancelled due to weather (two days before ceremony!) he worked with the airline directly to rebook in time - without asking us to step in. When winds were a little intense during the ceremony, he brought a bit of levity, and adapted on the fly to accommodate. His delivery was beautiful. Half of our guests had never attended a Jewish wedding before, and Rabbi Gruber was excellent at explaining the meaning behind every moment. His orthodox background, combined with his more reformed views made for an excellent combination of knowledge and lightness. Perfect for maintaining tradition, without being too attached to dogma. Overall, Rabbi Gruber was amazing. Highly recommend!

ber to us. We met with him on zoom to discuss, and we knew he the was perfect option. He helped us so much craft a perfect ceremony that encompassed traditions from both sides. We met with him 3 more times over zoom to finalize everything before the big day. The ceremony was perfect in every way and personalized to our liking. We felt our ceremony reflected who we are and each of our families’ traditions. He is quite a bit more pricy than most officiants but it’s worth it. He’s traveled the world to do interfaith ceremonies, so if you need someone for an interfaith wedding, Rabbi Gruber is your guy.

er worked closely with us and spent time getting to know us. He was so patient, professional, and fun. The ceremony turned out to be a ceremony we will never forget. Rabbi Gruber made our ceremony beyond unique and customized. He made sure the guests understood everything and spent time personalizing our story. He traveled to officiate our special day, and we will forever be grateful for that. Rabbi Gruber is so kind and passionate. Choose Rabbi Gruber to officiate your wedding- you will not regret it! -xoxo, the newlywed Tamez's

atic, humorous, patient, and kind...we truly are lucky we were able to have Rabbi Gruber officiate our wedding. People of all faiths came up to us and mentioned how great he was and it was so nice that he explained things in such an understandable way.

an interfaith wedding. Overall a really great guy. We were lucky to find him! Thanks for everything Rabbi Gruber!

ur Jewish-Christian interfaith ceremony. David really took the time to get to know us, and made our ceremony feel very personalized and reflective of our values. He also worked great with our minister, and made the back and forth between our religions feel seamless. I would absolutely recommend Rabbi David Gruber to anyone looking to create a special and meaningful interfaith ceremony. Thank you so much for everything, David! Love, Janelle & Chris

our ceremony to perfectly match our personalities and needs. We asked for lowkey, playful, and a way to acknowledge both our families' faiths and our personal interests, and Rabbi Gruber went above and beyond our expectations. My husband Joshua and I are thrilled that Rabbi Gruber could be a part of our wedding day; it wouldn't have been the same without him! 10/10, hands down Gruber is one of the best in the business.

As a parent I wish we had had Rabbi Gruber 34 years ago.

g we wanted in our ceremony. We enjoyed working with David.

o in our interfaith ceremony. He was fun and funny and met with us several times to get to know us personally. We got so many compliments on Rabbi Gruber and our ceremony from all of our guests. Highly recommend him!!!! A++++

ll, we could not recommend a better person to coordinate our interfaith ceremony.

the event's bigger challenges. With the guidance and support of Rabbi Gruber, the planning of our ceremony was incredibly smooth and, ultimately, one of the easier parts of the planning process. Best of all, the ceremony itself was beautiful and everything we could have imagined (and more)! Rabbi Gruber was very kind and engaged throughout the process and we really felt ourselves building a strong relationship and bond with him during our prep sessions. I would absolutely recommend Rabbi Gruber to any couple planning their wedding.

made me happy, I was worried she would feel Catholicism would be alienated. From the moment we met Rabbi Gruber, we both felt he was perfect for us, and we were right! He tailored his ceremony, not only to include both religions, he also took the time to really understand who we are as individuals and incorporated that into our ceremony. We loved it, all our guests were raving about him. Many Christian guests told us they now wanted Rabbi Gruber to perform a ceremony for them, even though they weren't interfaith, haha! My wife and I couldn't be more thankful our dream ceremony became a reality, mostly in part to a beautiful, emotional, and comedic (at times) performance. We were blessed to have met and been married by Rabbi Gruber.

is personable, funny, knowledgeable and makes the entire experience enjoyable from Start to finish. He takes his time, gets to know you as a couple, and delivers a perfect ceremony. We received many compliments about him from guests. No doubt I would recommend him to anyone!

me this was the best ceremony they've ever attended. It was funny, warm, and full of love!

gaging, personable and has a wonderful sense of humor. He worked with a minister he had not previously met as though they worked together for years. He managed to bring spirituality and warmth to the ceremony which left everyone feeling uplifted, respected, and entertained. He is clearly as passionate about what he does as he is talented. On top of that, since our wedding was held in another country, he was great company at all the pre-wedding tours and festivities.
