Jenna and her team was one of the BEST vendors we hired for our wedding day! She has the perfect personality to bring the bridal party and family together in a way that is fun without ever being bossy. I’ve been in a lot of weddings myself, and she is by far the best wedding coordinator I’ve ever witnessed! She was always one step ahead, able to see what needed to be done and take care of it without needing any direction. My family, friends, and I were able to enjoy our day so much more the moment she arrived. She was constantly grabbing things we needed for photos and throughout the day and somehow always seemed to have exactly what we needed on hand! The entire day ran smoothly and efficiently with Jenna there. She brought my vision to life perfectly, and after all the hard work that goes into planning a wedding, having someone there to make sure everything comes together is absolutely priceless. She even took behind the scene photos and sent them to me within 24 hours. At the end of the night, everything was packed up, and hardly any of my family members had to lift a finger. daughter’s wedding this year. She is soo organized, personable, detail oriented, reliable, efficient, calming during moments of stress, helpful in ANY way needed, knowledgeable, and soo friendly. She was more then just our day of coordinator as she helped us several months before each wedding and was always available to answer questions we had. She set up both venues exactly how we wanted that included multiple details that we had asked her the day of. She coordinated all of our vendors so well where we did not have to worry. She even came up to us to see if we needed drinks during reception. She went above and beyond on both weddings. For example, on the wedding this October, we had to make the call last minute to pivot the ceremony inside due to rain and she was able to move EVERYTHING that was set up outside and bring it all in to make the inside beautiful which included a large fabric draping which included using a tall ladder and many pots of flowers! Not an easy task at all but she did it seamlessly and in 15 minutes!!! All while staying calm and then continuing to get the wedding party and bride lined up to go down the aisle in a quick organized fashion. She has a gift of getting things done in such a friendly but commanding demeanor which every wedding party needs. Then, at the end of the ceremony, she made at least 50 bouquets of flowers from our centerpieces with floral paper to give guests on the way out. Instead of having them go to waste, our guests LOVED them and Jenna did such a beautiful job on them. They were all so gorgeous how she arranged them w such thought. She could add florist to her resume for sure. Then, she and her assistant managed to pack up ALL of our decor that was ours from the wedding and reception and put it all in both of our cars. I can’t begin to tell you how helpful and nice this was that we did not have to do this ourselves and enabled us to go straight to the after party. Jenna is a rockstar and hands down I would highly recommend her to anyone. My best friend hired her last year and was just as pleased and Wowed by her. I call her Wonder Woman for sure. It takes a special kind of person to do this job seamlessly like she does. We are so grateful God aligned us with Jenna and consider her a sweet friend to our family. Thank you Jenna for enabling us to fully enjoy both of our daughters wedding because of YOU! We can’t recommend her enough. She is truly the BEST!

thing is completely under control, hire Jenna immediately. I genuinely believe my entire wedding day would have been so different if she hadn’t been there. It literally seemed like Jenna was in ten different places at once. Everywhere I looked, she was there, and somehow she was always right there whenever I needed her. She went above and beyond in so many ways that I didn’t even realize I needed. She grabbed appetizers from cocktail hour and literally fed them to us while we were taking photos so we actually got to enjoy them. She always made sure I had a beverage in my hand, made sure my makeup smudges were touched up, held my dress every time I walked, and made sure every little detail was exactly how I wanted it. That is just some of the very few things out of a million she did for us. And her emergency fanny pack deserves its own shoutout… It is literally a never ending purse of everything you could possibly need. You name it, Jenna has it. Any little emergency or last minute issue that came up, she was prepared for it. Nothing ever felt like a big deal because she ALWAYS, always, always had a solution. She absolutely nailed the entire setup and cleanup process as well. Everything was exactly where it needed to be, and at the end of the night, all of our personal belongings were neatly packed up and ready for us to take home. I didn’t have to worry about cleaning up, gathering our things, or figuring out what was happening behind the scenes. She just handled it all. There truly are not enough words to describe how incredible Jenna is at what she does. She is incredibly knowledgeable in what she does, and you can tell she genuinely knows how to make a wedding day run seamlessly. But beyond her expertise, her personality is just fantastic. She is so much fun to be around, so calming, and someone you genuinely want by your side on such an important day. What made Jenna so incredible was that she didn’t just coordinate our wedding, she made sure we could actually enjoy it. She anticipated things I didn’t even know we needed and made sure I was fed, hydrated, comfortable, touched up, and present in the moment instead of worrying about what was happening around me. I never once felt like I needed to worry about the behind the scenes details because I knew Jenna had everything handled. I told my parents and family after our wedding that our day would have been completely different if Jenna wasn’t there. Bringing Jenna onto my vendor team was hands down the best decisions I made throughout my entire wedding planning process. If you are considering hiring her, take this as your sign. You cannot go wrong with Jenna. She will go above and beyond in ways you probably won’t even realize until your wedding day, and I am forever grateful that she was such a huge part of ours.
