However, to be a wedding photographer is to be a photo ninja! As a wedding photographer, you are REQUIRED to help people feel at ease, to be unobtrusive, work like an imbedded photojournalist deep in the trenches and shoot with the veracity and technical acumen of a fashion photographer. Although Val still has a full time corporate gig with Commercial Collection Corp. of NY (VP, Manager), I hold down the fort, strategize and create the opportunities for us to work as creatives!

affordability, and down to earth demeaner. We had a few calls with photographers, honestly hard to distinguish one from another after a while - however, after our call with Steve, he sent a follow up email regarding details on what we discussed along with links for us to view another similar wedding size/vibe that he shot. His communication throughout was professional, timely, and thorough. He captured our wedding day perfectly. He showed up exactly on time, and was comfortable to jump right in. In each location where we took photos (where bride got ready, groom got ready, hotel, and venue) he would scope out the area and present a few options of which he thought would look best for whatever was next. This was helpful to keep things moving but I still felt like I was part of decision making. He also has such an artistic eye! We have the traditional wedding photos that most have but also he would tell us - "okay go with me on this" and he would tell us where to stand and "have a moment" and he would get reflections or angles that I would never have thought. Stunning stunning photos. Everyone was like - where did you find your photographer?? He is amazing!!! And I honestly don't know how we got so lucky. I cannot recommend him enough. I woke up the morning after the wedding and already had a 'sneak peek' waiting in my inbox. It was so fun to have even a handful of photos already while you're still running the wedding-high. And then he sent us the link to all of our photos within 12 days (12!!!). I can send the link out to family and friends and I get to print any/all of them (no extra fees). If you like his style from his example photos - he is your man. Professional, affordable, high quality, low stress. I don't know how to recommend him highly enough.

ople and we like to goof around a lot. We gave him a very small list of shots and groups of people that we wanted to get photos of, but other than that, we let them work their magic. They turned out hundreds of high quality creative shots, in a very short period of time. There were some shots he was doing that we didn't understand what it was going to look like in the end, but clearly he has a great eye and a great vision.

Any chance Steve had he took pictures, capturing every moment so well. He took time during dinner to go and scout for places to take pictures within and around our venue, and he and his wife took us away for about 15 minutes and took some amazing night photos, taking advantage of their back light they brought with them. amazing quality but we really feel as though Steve captured the vibe of our wedding. Our wedding was very laid back, with lots of dancing, lots of s'mores, no seating charts, and CAMPING!
