Infinity Events

m, and attention to detail were unmatched, and she truly went above and beyond for us and for every single one of our guests. Tristen took so much off our shoulders and made our entire wedding weekend flow beautifully. She anticipated every need, solved problems before we even knew they existed, and brought such calm, joyful energy to everything she touched. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every second of our day, and that’s something we’ll always be grateful for. If you’re wondering whether to book her—do it. It was one of the best decisions we made. We adore her and will forever be thankful for the part she played in our day. – Nicole & Jesse

n the future!

day of coordination! They made the day stress free and I knew that any decision they made on my behalf would be in line with my vision!! They were very detailed oriented and worked with my type A personality perfect! I can not recommend them enough!!! :)

ue design and decorating, to working with vendors, to acting as our day-of coordinator. We cannot overemphasize how much we recommend using Infinity Events!

ob. She has lots of experience with weddings and will think of details that you likely wouldn't think of on your own if it is your first time planning a wedding. She handled all communication with the vendors the month before the wedding which was hugely helpful for me. On my wedding day, she and her assistant were at the venue the entire day, working behind the scenes to make sure everything was running smoothly. This allowed my family and I to be able to be completely present during wedding day without worrying about the logistics of it all. For example, I forgot to order enough dinner plates for my guests, and Tristan somehow took care of the issue without saying a word to me- I didn't know it was even an issue until weeks later when someone else mentioned it to me :) Your planners will work hard to take care of everything on the wedding day so you can just relax and enjoy your day! They are the best! I would highly recommend Infinity to every engaged couple! You need them.

us curate the perfect day that fit us as a couple. It is clear that not only does the Infinity team love what they do, but they’re amazing at it too. The experience they bring to the table is second to none, and we are forever grateful that we chose to work with such a top class team. Thank you to Emily, Presley, and Emma!

ensure we could have the day we envisioned. When plans changed, she adapted our contract quickly and was so flexible. Everyone I got to know at Infinity Events is so compassionate and genuine. I feel as though they all truly cared about making the day perfect. On the day of the wedding, a vendor forgot a bit of equipment and Emily made sure to smooth it over and get the timeline back on track. I didn’t have a single stress on my wedding day and I know it wouldn’t have been the same without Emma, Emily, and Presley. I would highly recommend Infinity Events to anyone looking to ensure their wedding is in good hands. Words do not do justice to the quality of people of this team or the quality of service they provide. It was so refreshing to work with a company with so much integrity.

meshed well with our individual personalities. Her ability to adapt to any situation and come up with solutions makes her an invaluable part of your wedding planning team. She was an amazing advocate for us at every step of the planning process. One of the things I loved about working with Emma was her willingness to let us run with what we wanted and take over when things became stressful or confusing, I was able to completely trust any decisions she made on our behalf. She genuinely cares about each couple she works with and strives to make their wedding day perfect. Her communication level was perfect from start to finish. Our wedding day was nothing short of perfect because of Emma and the team at Infinity Event and we could not be more grateful for her!

someone we consider a dear friend. I am confident there is no other wedding planner who could have perfectly managed the range of personalities represented between our two families. I am Punjabi and my wife is American, and somehow Emma figured out a way to have each guest at our wedding participating in each culture’s traditions. When we talked about what a wedding represented to us, we discussed a merging of two families. In our case that represented vastly different cultures - and Emma did just that, and all with a smile on her face the whole time. Planning a multiple-day wedding with over 400 guests at each event seems like a logistical nightmare to me - but I wouldn’t know because Emma never let us stress over any of the details. She just handled it all. We’d simply tell Emma what our vision was, and she made it all happen like magic. Emma’s skills are so vast and her network is wide. She knows everyone in the industry and has answers to any question you could think of, small and big. She over-prepared at every turn, and did not let a single detail slip. The best part of Emma is her emotional support and caring personality. Weddings are a very emotional time of your life, and Emma always leant a listening ear. Emma went above and beyond in every aspect, and did way too many things to count that were not in her job description. My wife and I could not be happier that we found Emma!

ll cultivated by Infinity Events! Emma was so professional every step of the way and left absolutely no stone left unturned! I cannot recommend Infinity Events more for your next event!!

your event. :)

he dance floor, and then you’re saying goodbye to your guests. Along the way, there are a million decision to make, so hiring someone who can walk you seamlessly through the planning stage is important, but even more important is having someone who is knowledge, well connected in the wedding industry, and even a bit perfectionistic is an absolute must! This was definitely my experience with Mandy at Infinity Events! She took all of my random thoughts and ideas and created an event so magical that I could hardly believe it. Mandy quickly understood what we wanted for our New Year’s Eve “extravaganza.” Something formal, but fun. Something elegant, but entertaining. She also realized that I am quickly overwhelmed by too many options, so she narrowed things down for me, and I also totally trusted her to make decisions on our behalf. After months of planning, a few days before the wedding my husband contracted COVID and we had to postpone. Mandy immediately checked in and rescheduled with all of our vendors, and when we decided to elope in the park, she delivered flowers and cake so that day was still very special to us. Getting married is a big deal and you want this day to be perfect, so choosing a wedding planner who produces beautiful work is important; however, it is important to choose a planner who has a beautiful personality as well. This is truly Mandy! She is gracious and kind, brilliant and creative, and she will forever have a place in our hearts. You CANNOT go wrong with her!

I dreamt it, and it was Mandy who made it a reality. The entire planning process was so stress-free, and everything went off without a single hitch on the big day. I loved their planning site, Aisle Planner, and it helped me stay on top of everything. If you're getting married, Infinity Events is absolutely the way to go.

d our vision for our wedding while also offering her insight and suggestions to make the day smoother for us. We can’t imagine what kind of disaster it would have been without Ellyn.

ake them experts to work with. I have recommended them to every couple I know getting married. I was able to enjoy my wedding and celebrate knowing any issues out of my control, were in their control! I had the utmost trust and confidence in their recommendations. They were THE BEST to work with.

my own (due to overlapping events & other factors). . They went to work on Day 1 & never looked back. Their professionalism is top notch & Emma is a complete joy to work with. I couldn't have dreamed that a Rehearsal Dinner I imagined turned into something so elevated, lovely & perfect. I received so many compliments I can't begin to count. She has all the contacts & vendors to make your ideas a reality. Emma is a life-saver & none of this would have been possible without their hard work, organization, & splendid communication. etc. The couple was thrilled with the Rehearsal Dinner as was everyone else. Emma is the best in the business & I'd suggest hiring her "early" so you can have your day secured. Money extremely well spent & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Infinity Events, LLC. Ask for Emma & do it early in the process. You'll be so glad you did so you can enjoy the time before without stress. A+++

le details the day of so that I could enjoy being a bride. I started looking into this and found that day-of is not possible, and ended up choosing Infinity Events as our month-of-coordinator. Mandy was assigned to us and she was the best! I received monthly check-in emails with lists of what I had done and what was left to do. I travel for work and have trouble remembering where I am and where I'm going next, so that helped me SO much just keeping me on track and making sure everything was done as it needed to be. We had three total in-person meetings, including a final meeting with an assistant taking notes; this occurred a month out from the wedding. At that time, I was extremely stressed and going through all of the details and last-minute things really helped ease my stress. Once I followed up on those things, I had nothing to do but be excited for the wedding day. It all paid off on 9/17 when I had the best day of my life. The wedding was more perfect than I ever even hoped it would be, thanks to Mandy's help. She made sure our DJ, photographer, florist, venue staff, chair and linen rentals, and car we rented for our getaway all showed up on time and worked together. If anything went wrong that day, I still have not heard about it. I have had so many people tell me that my wedding was the most beautiful ceremony they have ever witnessed (we wrote our own vows and had many other personal touches); I know the day would not have been nearly so perfect without Mandy and her assistant, Loni. At times, I wished I had hired Mandy to plan the entire wedding. I am sure she would have done an incredible job, but did not have that experience. What I can vouch for is her ability to come in the month of and make sure that everything runs perfectly, so all you need to do that last month and very special day is just enjoy it. Thank you so much, Mandy and Loni, for the best day ever!

our wedding. My now husband was deployed during the planning process and it was so nice to know that Emma was there to answer all of our questions. Emma is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and kind. I am a very indecisive person, so having a planner who knows her stuff was beyond helpful for me. Above anything else though, Emma went above and beyond to make our day special (even through pandemic planning and a snow storm the night before our wedding) Thank you SO MUCH to Emma and Infinity Events for everything!!

ss about a single thing on our wedding day thanks to infinity events. Wouldn’t choose anyone else!

pay attention to every detail. If you're getting married, you definitely need them! I got compliments from many guests and our day would not have been perfect w/o them running the show.

tuff and knows EVERYONE who will become part of your event team as you move through. And have fun. Big events must be treasured, even the moments that are a little challenging -- it is a gift you give yourself. Emma & her team will help make that happen.

ing. She made the planning process so smooth and her guidance was truly invaluable throughout that time. And on the wedding day? You can't ask for anyone better to be in charge. She is the ultimate problem-solver and makes it so that there's literally not a thing for you to worry about--other than having your best day ever. I'm trying to get my husband to have another wedding just so we can work with her again!

ause they thought ahead and took care of it all. The day was magical because of all our vendors including Infinity Events. We questioned hard on whether we needed a planner or not and long story short it was the BEST decision we made. We did not have to worry about anything. They were very professional and thoughtful. We could not have done it without them, they took so much stress off our shoulders!

hieve my daughter's wedding vision. She was so professional, yet fun. She was so good, that we will now be using her for my son's wedding.

d Infinity Events enough!

lly. She really has a vision for all the details and the day-off is truly where she and her team shine! I highly recommend her to bring your wedding dreams to life. I only regret not being able to hire her sooner in the planning process!

hire them again!

ssly and we never had to deal with any of the last minute stress those last few days leading up to the wedding or the day of! We met with Emma about a month before our wedding and went over all the details, wants, and visions we had for our day and she made sure that everything was perfect and exactly how we envisioned! I would absolutely recommend Emma and the Infinity Events team to make your day absolutely perfect and stress free!

a little skeptical about the value a coordinator could provide, but we hoped their help would relieve some stress for my mom and dad. Did it ever! About a month before the wedding, my fiancé and I met with Mandy and her apprentice Ellyn to review all of our decisions to date. Afterward, Mandy took over all the heavy lifting, confirming our plans and payments with all our vendors and developing a detailed timeline for our wedding day. She was also able to attend a couple vendor meetings in my place when I was swamped with work — like deciding on equipment rental with the caterer. As the wedding got closer, I even felt a tad listless because I had so little left to do! More importantly, Mandy and Ellyn made our wedding day run like clockwork. They showed up early to greet vendors and oversee set-up; they kept me on schedule; they were always accessible, but never overbearing, with answers, advice or a well-timed glass of water or wine. Throughout the day, they proved that no task was too big or too small, even sweeping the porch at one point. In fact, even though the wedding was held at my parents’ home, my mom and dad were able to escape for lunch out because Mandy had everything covered.

d've ever hoped for. She can truly do IT ALL! Our original wedding plan was to get married out of town at the beach and she was able to be so helpful and keep me organized as we planned from afar. When the pandemic hit, things quickly fell apart with that plan and Emma seamlessly shifted gears to our new plan. A new date and location, having to find a new dj, baker, and a new florist all seemed like daunting tasks to us at the time, but thank God for Emma. She quickly referred me vendors, helped me shift gears and even offered her floral services. She and Savy always made themselves available to us, had a WEALTH of knowledge and expertise that my husband and I were constantly impressed by, & were so organized and accommodating every step of the way. When our wedding day arrived, we had to lift not one finger, make not one tough or unplanned decision, and truly were gifted the most magical, fun and perfectly executed day because of them! We got to just enjoy ourselves, each other and our friends and family and that was such a gift! They made sure we always had a drink in hand and guided us through the best day of our lives! Did I mention that the flowers Emma did for us were GORGEOUS?! We had SO many of our guests compliment them and tell us how impressed they were by Emma and her team & we feel SO lucky to have worked with them. Infinity Events was our constant through a crazy year to be engaged and married and we consider them family. We love them!! If you don't make any other wedding decision, CHOOSE INFINITY EVENTS...you're welcome in advance ;)

andy was available for all kinds of questions, feedback and suggestions for vendors which was especially helpful having to change our plans due to COVID-19. I’m so glad we chose them for the day-of coordination package. It was worth every penny!

idn't have to worry about a thing. I can't recommend them highly enough - they are worth every penny and then some!

nding/communications in my current role. So, when my boyfriend popped the question last December and we set our sights on a 10.10.2020 mid-sized beach wedding with a relatively simple vibe, I felt like I could manage coordinating the details and planning myself. Fast forward to two weeks before our wedding date, when a series of unfortunate events saw our plans falling apart at the seams and I was deeply regretting my decision to “go it alone”. My fiancé and I found ourselves in the undesirable position of planning a wedding right during COVID, and for months, the two of us had been navigating one difficult decision after another with only the wildly-varied opinions of our family and friends, and a host of conflicting internet articles, to guide us. We planned, re-planned, dealt with dashed expectations and hurt feelings, and continued spending time, energy, and money when all were in short supply. Then, less than one month before our Oct. 10 wedding date, a hurricane hit the beach town where we planned to get married, and our venue and many guest accommodations were badly damaged. We were left scrambling once again and came very close to throwing in the towel on our special day. Thankfully, right when I thought I might truly lose my marbles, I had the opportunity to book a “final walk-through” consult with certified wedding planner Mandy Martin, who saved the day in many ways. Because weddings are Mandy’s area of expertise, she was able to seamlessly and smoothly walk me through the timeline and logistics both for our big day and for key moments in our wedding week, and the resources provided to help us get organized made a HUGE difference in getting everyone on the same page. Thanks to Mandy, we suddenly had a master timeline and itinerary to keep everyone coordinated, and talking through the details of our events with her also helped to identify several gaps and holes in our planning; quick and sensible reminders from her about details like corkscrews and to-go pans for leftover cake took a few minutes on the front end and saved us hours of frustration, stress and/or lost product on the back end. I was also so grateful for the chance to have candid conversations with an industry professional about topics like vendor gratuities and potentially awkward day-of dynamics. All of my lingering logistical questions and uncertainties were resolved in a single planning consult with Mandy, and I credit Mandy’s words of wisdom and her company’s exemplary wedding week toolkit with giving us the access and insights necessary to come out smiling on the other side of our big day. While I’m so glad we were able to work with Mandy in some capacity, if I had our wedding to do over again, a wedding planner would be one of the first decisions/investments we’d make. I significantly underestimated the learning curve and emotional stakes when planning an event that was so personal; I ultimately realized that I wanted to experience our wedding, not produce it. I couldn’t be more grateful for the help, guidance, expertise and clear direction that came our way and saved the day in the 11th hour, but for us, the moral of the story is – don’t wait until you’re completely in the dark to consult an expert; hire a professional on day one and avoid getting lost in the first place!

e it come to life. I didn't have to worry about a thing. I got to enjoy being the bride and the wedding more as a guest than as an organizer. I highly recommend them.

ay of services to help you complete your day without having to worry about anything other than your spouse and having a great time! Thank you to Emma and Ellyn for making our event completely flawless, we couldn't have done it without you!

I got to relax and celebrate! They even hunted me down in the Photo Booth so I wouldn't miss the cake cutting. Love, love, love this team!

verything so smooth and easy to plan..they thought of everything that i would have missed and needed. My husband and I had the most amazing wedding experience because of them! I am beyond happy that I was able to work with them to make my dream (even in the middle of a pandemic) wedding happen!!

ped me stay within my budget, and up to date with our wedding timeline. She's well connected with wedding vendors in Memphis, TN so she knew excatly who to recommend to stay within our price range. The week of the wedding I was all set, and the day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about a thing. She took care of us, kept us hydrated, and stress free. I love Emma and the Infinity Events staff!!! Definitely worth every dollar spent!!

l suggestions that helped make our wedding day seamless! I so appreciate her help, especially during the covid19 craziness, and I will always be grateful for her helping make our day so special!

ntown Memphis rooftop wedding on a cool, breezy spring day, March 28 to be exact. We had a non traditional plan. We wanted to spend the day together, have a cocktail hour with our guests before our ceremony, and we wanted Aldo’s pizza, Wing stop and cheesecake. Planning was surprisingly a breeze, Mandy kept us on top of things and checked in on us periodically until about a month out, where we handed everything over to her and planned to relax and impatiently wait until our perfectly planned day. On March 14, covid was in full force, and the city shut down. I personally was stressed with work and it was the last thing I wanted to think about or deal with. Mandy worked with us diligently to get everything moved and made it as painless as possible. I seriously think we would of said screw it and went to the courthouse If it wasn’t for her help and guidance. Even after picking a new date, July 11 this time, things still weren’t smooth sailing, with guest limits, mask mandates, vendors closing due to Covid, Memphis heat, and summer thunderstorms, literally this list goes on. Through it all, Mandy never let us be blindsided by anything, she prepared us for all situations, yet still never let us lose site of our vision. July 11 came, our cut guest list was a blessing (money saved, and more room at our venue), it was hot but there was perfect breeze on the rooftop, and everything fell into place perfectly. It was us. It was our vision. It was perfect. And we owe it all to Mandy and infinity events. Even before Covid our day was different than most, Mandy never tried to change or alter our vision. And after Covid she helped us navigate the unknown and execute the plan perfectly. All of this to say, book infinity events, they are the best money you will spend for your day. Pandemic or not! 🖤🖤

tween timing of everything, reminding us when the final payments were due for other vendors, tracking RSVPs, making sure we ate and drank enough water - they were priceless. I honestly can't imagine not having them on our side for our big day. If you are considering booking them - just do it! Trust me you will be glad you did. :)

up unannounced and she handled it perfectly! She made sure we were on time and that we had plenty of “us” time. We used the day of package and the entire month before the wedding she did everything from coordinating with the vendors to rubbing our rehearsal, including setting up the reception of our dreams! I cannot imagine our wedding without her and Ellen!

on soooo beautiful! Emma really shows how much she loves her brides and grooms and she really makes you feel it all the time! If there was something I was stressed out about, I could call her and she would handle it immediately. On the wedding day, she made sure I was taken care of the whole day. She saw me getting stressed out right before I was about to walk out and she kicked everyone out of the room and gave me and my dad some time alone before we walked down the aisle. I would 10000% recommend Emma and her team to everyone
