Picking a reception venue was probably one of the most difficult parts of wedding planning. I am SO glad we ended up going with Indianwood and have no regrets. We had our wedding i...
n the Great Hall. We had some unforeseen circumstances last minute leading up to the wedding, and Jazmyn and the entire team were so patient and flexible with us, so I will be forever grateful. The Hall was stunning, the photos look incredible. The communication was great. The dance floor was packed. So many people came up to us to praise the FOOD. Order the NY Strips; they are incredible and hearty! The pricing was so reasonable, but we did not sacrifice quality or space for it. There was a little bit of a mix-up with cake cutting, timing and serving I believe, but it all worked out. The front and staircase make for great photos. They were so flexible to have people come in and decorate in advance to alleviate time pressure or stress. Great space, great people to work with, highly recommend.
They worked with us, and it was beautiful. The waitstaff, bar tender, and wedding coordinator were perfect. Food was good!
Having Indianwood as our wedding venue was a DREAM! The floor to ceiling windows are gorgeous, the Irish bar gives this place an old time feel, and MOST of all the coordinator Emil...
y made that planning process easy and the day of run so smoothly! She was accommodating to anything that we needed & is very knowledgeable about the venue.
I LOVED having my wedding at Indianwood! Joel was the event coordinator and he was so awesome. He was wonderful to work with and answered all of my questions. He was so so helpful,...
especially the day of! I greatly appreciated how well he coordinated the ceremony and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was delicious and our service was great. Such a beautiful and unique venue, especially for our Christmas wedding! Our guests loved the food and had an amazing time at our wedding! Thank you so much Joel & Indianwood staff, you all were so fantastic!
I cannot say enough how WONDERFUL this venue was. It was absolutely beautiful and fit the vibe of my wedding perfectly. Joel was a dream to work with and made sure everything went ...
off without a hitch on our wedding day. The food was AMAZING, communication was perfect, and the getting ready space was beyond great to have access to! I had my ceremony and reception in the Mixed Grill and it was beautiful. Everyone gushed over the space, the food, everything! My husband and I cannot say enough. If you’re looking for a perfect space, this is it!
Suzanne and the staff at Indianwood are absolutely wonderful and we cannot say enough good things about them! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and there are so many details in the ...
architecture and antiques that allowed our wedding pictures to stand out. Suzanne was there, supporting and guiding us through every step of our wedding journey. We booked a year out from our wedding date, and forgot some of the details for the day of. Suzanne gave us a second tour and was so patient with all of our questions and concerns. We had some last minute RSVP changes as well as several food allergies and her and her staff were accommodating with it all. Our wedding day was so smooth thanks to all of their help and we were able to have an absolutely perfect wedding day! We cannot recommend the venue and their staff enough!
Suzanne and the staff at Indianwood were incredible, and we are so grateful to them for everything they did for our wedding. Our original date was April 2020, but when the original...
COVID lockdowns started happening, we postponed our wedding not once, but twice. Suzanne was with us every step of the way and made it so easy to reschedule. She is a wedding orchestrating goddess who deserves all the praise in the world. There are two major things to note about how she took care of us. The first is that she was able to help us figure out how to hold a wedding reception without having to postpone a third time. (We met in Feb. 2021 to talk about what April 2021 might look like - the answer to our conundrum was having a dinner-only reception, which was actually incredible.) The second was that she took care of so many day-of details that helped make the occasion even more wonderful. The best example of this is how she worked with us to make sure we could play a music playlist through their sound system (we cancelled our dj since there was no dancing). Every time I remember our wedding, I am awed by the amount of work Suzanne and her staff put into the day. I would 1,000% recommend Indianwood and Suzanne to any couple planning a wedding, pandemic or not.
Indianwood Golf and Country Club is a beautiful venue. We used the Mixed Grill (smaller room) for our wedding ceremony and reception on Saturday (10/28/2019). From the moment we ...
walked in at the showing in January we knew this place was very special and the atmosphere exemplified our relationship. Suzanne was amazing to work with. She was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process, especially those last minute changes and panic moments. She was there for the entire event (10 am to 11:30 pm) to make sure we were taken care of. The women were able to use the ladies locker room which is an enormous space and worked out perfectly to get ready (hair, make-up, and dressed). The men had an ample sized room to get ready and hang out as well. The staff was extremely helpful the night before and day of the event when we needed more tables or a knife for those last minute decoration mishaps. The food was as delicious at the tasting as it was the night of the wedding. We received a lot of praise from our guests at how good the food was. The venue even provided the option to select a keg of our favorite beer (Rochester Mills Milkshake Stout) for a small fee. And from the looks of it our guests enjoyed it as much as we do 😊 I would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to have an intimate, old world vintage and romantic wedding. That is what our wedding felt to me at this location.
Indianwood was perfect for our wedding. Crystal was so helpful and the staff was wonderful the night of! They made sure our night was absolutely perfect. I would recommend Indianwo...

guests saying it was the best food they've had at a wedding. It was so daunting that you can't do a tasting prior to booking the room, however it is nothing to worry about!
Crystal was wonderful to work with. She was always prompt in answering our questions and very helpful. We used the mixed-grill area and the reception turned out beautifully. Highly recommend you have your wedding here very beautiful and affordable!

covered patio!), and the food was so good!!! It is so reasonably priced for what you get too! And I love that they have a separate ceremony room that is inside (not many places do). I highly recommend this place!!!
Crystal is amazing and the entire wedding was wonderful - no glitches and beautiful views and scenery for pictures.
My husband's been a member here for 3 years. We had our reception dinner here and Crystal was amazingly helpful at helping us organize everything!
This place is fantastic! We couldn't recommend it more.

edding venue. The only thing to keep in mind, if you go outside your designated area to where the 'members' are, they will tell you to go back! I certainly didn't let that bother me and everyone had a great time! Excellent food and drinks!

The upfront planning was really easy with Indianwood because there was some communication early on, then we were able to do our thing until a couple months before. I had a lot of questions in terms of decorations & they were very helpful with everything!
I can't say enough about the venue & the staff & how courteous they were. Loved every second & would definitely recommend!

Our guests had access to a multitude of spaces including patio, lounging area and of course the views were spectacular. It was truly a beautiful space and we were so thankful to have celebrated our wedding reception at Indianwood Golf & Country Club.
Amazing venue for the price. Definitely recommend. Beautiful photo opportunities, wonderful event coordinator at the facility. Made planning my wedding very easy.
