The IRB is hands down the best venue in Indy for any event but especially weddings. I worked with Kile mainly, but had a lot of interactions with Jeff and Craig as well. Everyone w...
as SO helpful during our planning process and amazing the day of. There truly wasn’t a single hiccup the day of our wedding and they all work so well together. I had so many guests reach out to me after our wedding commenting on the wedding and venue. Can’t recommend The Ballroom enough!
Indiana Roof Ballroom has got to be the most gorgeous venue in Indiana. Put that together with a top-notch team, and you get a seamless wedding. Antonia helped plan and coordinate ...
the catering team leading up to the wedding. I was so impressed by how Craig managed all of the day-of events so that I could have a good time with my guests. Brian from Markey's was instrumental in having the perfect A/V setup that perfectly lit the room. I'm so happy with how everything turned out and could not have asked for a better wedding at IRB!
If I could rate them higher I would! We have not stopped receiving compliments about how amazing IRB was. Their service is AMAZING, the staff super easy to work with, and they made...
sure I didn't have to do a thing at the reception (which was exactly what I wanted!). Highly highly highly recommend!
They made our special day more than we could imagine. They made sure we always had a drink in our hand, made sure we ate, and gave us a dinner to take back to the room if we were s...

zer for me to pick up!
We had our wedding at the Indiana Roof Ballroom in July 2013 and it was AMAZING!!! The venue is beautiful without any decorating, but you are able to add personal touches, like co...
lors of lighting, etc. The only negative was the final bill with taxes, fees, and open bar tab (since I paid for everything myself). The other bad part was the connected parking garage is under construction, which is not their fault, but looks pretty bad and is a tight squeeze for big vehicles.
On the positive side, the Roof was very accommodating for all of my wedding needs! I had a photo booth, a flip flop bar, bathroom baskets, a guestbook/remembered loved ones table, and even a painter who painted the reception! The room made everything happen flawlessly!
The Roof even did unexpected things, like having me throw my bouquet from a "repunzel-like" balcony, a thunderstorm for our entrance, and a salad "parade"! Every time I got out of my chair, someone re-folded my napkin! They paid so much attention to the details!
ALL of my guests said it was the most amazing venues they had ever been to! I would definitely recommend the IRB!!!
The staff here made our reception the most beautiful and amazing night of our lives. Not one detail was missed. From the first meeting we had to look at the space up to the time we...
walked out the door at the end of our reception they were wonderful. The space is unlike anywhere else in the city. It is truly spectacular and can really accommodate any size group despite it being a very large space. The food is the best we've had at any wedding, and that comes from our guests, not just us being biased about our own wedding! The staff is absolutely wonderful to work with. If we had to do it all over again we would go back to the Roof to work with Jeff and Craig again and again! Everything was perfect, the space was amazing, the staff was beyond accommodating and top notch. There is no better venue in Indianapolis.
