Working with Rachel was AMAZING! I had no idea on what flowers to choose or anything and she had a vision for our theme and put it together effortlessly!! She coordinated with the ...
venue and her and the staff even dropped the flowers off for us! We had to do absolutely no work, which was exactly what I wanted as we had so many other stressors!
The flowers were absolutely beautiful- she made the real vision come to life and did such a great job. She is great with communication and cares about what you are truly looking for! Thank you Rachel!!!
If you are looking for a floral vendor for your wedding - look no further!!
I think my favorite part about working with Rachel was that when I told her I wanted peonies (in November) she said not going to happen. I so appreciate the honesty and transparenc...
y about cost and budgeting upfront.
Edit to add: she absolutely would have let me get these flowers but knew the cost would be very high due to the season!
She truly made my vision come to life! The flowers were absolutely stunning!!
We found Rachel and In Bloom Florals in the best way possible - she was setting up for a wedding at our venue (Glenora) the day we brought back our parents for a tour! Her work spo...
ke for itself and my mom (a massive green thumb) fell in love instantly with her designs. I, myself, am not obsessive over flowers and only had a few requests - lots of greenery, an elongated bridal bouquet, and finding a way to throw in a few succulents. Rachel worked her creativity and magic, collaborating with my mom to source flowers that fit the vision and budget.
When COVID hit, we were lucky enough that Rachel was able to stick with us through two new date changes. Finally, last year, she was able to bring the vision to life at our summer vineyard wedding. Rachel is a dream to work with, and you should seriously consider booking her.
Rachel is so talented and very reasonably priced. I’d been following her for awhile before we got engaged and only met with her and two other florists when the time came. She was b...
etter priced than either of the others I met with and her work was just so beautiful (plus, she had a lot of experience working with Ventosa, so that was a very nice bonus). She worked with my mom and I to keep pricing within our budget and although she had to increase pricing a bit because of the raw costs of the floral industry, she helped us figure out how to get back to the original target and I don’t feel like we had to sacrifice any quality at all. Her arrangements are stunning and she was very easy to work with. So responsive and so kind throughout the entire process. I basically just gave her some general ideas and let her run with the rest because I knew she’d do an amazing job (and she still managed to exceed expectations). I wish we could’ve kept her arrangements for forever because they were so stunning (and they lasted for WEEKS after the wedding). Would definitely recommend her to anyone!
Rachel and her team did an absolutely fantastic job on my wedding flowers. I had difficulty explaining what I wanted for my flowers because I am someone who does not know anything ...
about flower terminology or types of flowers, but I had a specific vision in mind for my wedding flowers. Rachel worked with me to capture that vision, and we shared lots of pictures back and forth so she would understand what I was looking for. My flowers were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I was hoping for on my wedding day. She incorporated all of the colors that I had desired, had a fantastic balance of colors and greenery, and had my bouquet perfectly shaped in the slightly asymmetric way I was looking for. She was able to work with me to stay within my budget and still capture what I had envisioned. My flowers were delivered on time to both my first look location as well as my venue, and her team took care of coming back to the venue to pick up the rented vases, candles, etc. My flowers looked stunning all day and throughout the entire reception, they still looked perfect for sunset photos, and even when we got to our hotel that night. She worked extremely well with our venue in order to ensure that our flowers from the ceremony were repurposed in the correct locations for the reception. I am so glad that we chose Rachel and In Bloom Florals for our wedding day and highly recommend them for everyone's wedding!
Rachel created the most breathtaking floral arrangements for my wedding! She was incredible to work with - she took such care to bring my vision to life and the result was far beyo...
nd expectations.I had to fight for my bouquet at the end of the night because everyone wanted to take the arrangements home. It was the best experience, best service, and best florals I’ve ever seen. I cannot recommend In Bloom Florals enough!!
Rachel did such a phenomenal job on our flowers. She was a gem to work with from, postponing our wedding, through downsizing and even last minute bridal party cancelations. We even...
got an arbor at the last second and she was able to decorate it all. One of the things most commented on our wedding is that our flowers were gorgeous. I am already talking about getting my bouquet remade so I can get it pressed into a picture frame it was truly my favorite floral bouquet I have ever had.
Rachel from In Bloom Florals is truly the best. Not only is she easy to work with, personable, responsive, competitively priced, and professional- she is amazing at what she does w...
ith flowers. Being someone that doesn’t know the names of many flowers and not great with bringing those details together, I simply gave her my “vibe” and vision and she brought it to life (and more). I was speechless at the beauty she was able to bring to my mini wedding at the finger lakes. Thank you Rachel!!
Rachel was fantastic to work with! She was so communicative and flexible at every step of the way in helping us plan and put together the prefect floral setup for our special day. ...
She was so accommodating in helping us stay within budget, but still putting together arrangements that were absolutely stunning! She had the chapel for our ceremony decorated perfectly and was able to put a floral touch on every table at our reception, everything was beautiful! We cannot say enough about Rachel and are so thankful we were able to work with her for our special day! Thank you!
Rachel is a flower whisperer and SO EASY to work with! WOULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS. She was extremely professional and, even when I was a little indecisive with what I wanted, sh...
e guided me throughout the way. She even warned me if certain flowers were going to cost more and then would find alternatives that would give the same texture but for a better price. She also did a great job of reusing flowers from ceremony for reception.
I cannot recommend her enough to help make your day come together and bring that extra pop of color it needs!
EVERYONE at the wedding raved about how beautiful the flowers were and the day after the wedding, each bouquet had been taken home by someone. She also worked extremely well with all of our vendors! If I needed her, she was extremely easy to get a hold and always called me back or emailed me back same day. Probably the best communicator out of all of my vendors, actually! LOVE LOVE LOVE Rachel and In Bloom Florals!!
Rachel is one of our favorite wedding vendors to work with for our own events and our clients. She recently provided the florals for my wedding. The planning process was easy as sh...
e took inspirational photos and direction I provided to outline each arrangement. She even included some options and reference photos with the estimate we received. Costs are very reasonable and she'll explore similar alternatives to work with budgets. Her team is prompt and efficient with deliveries. The bouquets and arrangements were just what I had hoped for!

our attention to details! You were so wonderful to work and honestly the best to communicate with! Everyone raved about our centerpieces once the room was flipped for our reception and we gasped as well! Thank you so much for making our wedding incredible with your centerpieces!

Rachel called me an hour and a half late for a scheduled appointment, told me she could not get either of the two main types of flowers I asked for, and that wasn't even the worst ...
part. I couldn't believe my ears when she told me she would not incorporate a Spanish fan (an item of significance that I wanted to carry with my on my special day) because SHE didn't think it would look good. Very rude and unprofessional. Needless to say, I'm so happy I went elsewhere to a florist who respected my wishes and created a beautiful bouquet, fan and all, that looked absolutely awesome.

If you are planning a wedding Rachel is the florist to choose! Thanks again Rachel for making our daughter's wedding day a dream come true!

I wanted for our wedding day but decided to reach out to Rachel at In Bloom Florals. Most of our contact was via phone or email. She informed me that she would be able to work within our budget. I felt that she really just wants to make your vision come to life. And man did she! I know nothing about flowers and all I did was tell her what flowers I was looking for and she was upfront with me on whether or not certain flowers would be in season or if they would be more expensive etc. She also took a look at my pinterest board pertaining to floral arrangements with me (via phone of course) and we discussed what i was looking for. I look back at the inspiration photos we looked at and still can't believe how well she perfected everything! From my bouquet to the centerpieces, everything was straight from a dream! Rachel was fantastic and is stuck with us for life as customer should we need any other floral needs! Definitely recommend!

the season, and when one of them wasn't available in our color, she went above and beyond and painted them! We were so happy with how they all turned out and would highly recommend her for anyone else in the area! She was so easy to work with and her prices were very reasonable for all the work she did! Thank you, thank you Rachel!!

he offered some suggestions on what else she thought would work. Throughout the process, she was open to any changes I wanted, even a few weeks before. She was also very upfront with me when things were over my budget and offered suggestions on how to cut back. And the flowers she delivered were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!! Our family and friends complemented us all night long on how amazing the arrangements were. I would highly recommend Rachel! You will not regret it!

fectly! From the bridal bouquets to the alter piece, she did an amazing job. She was also able to make a lot of suggestions of things I would have not thought of, and I'm so glad I listened! Rachel is highly talented, if you are planning a wedding in the area she is the one to go to for beautiful floral arrangements!
Rachel is absolutely the best in the business. She is so amazing to work with and made my wedding experience so much easier than it had to be! I made so many last minute add on's/...
changes and Rachel handled it with ease and grace. She also was very respectable of my budget, and never once tried to "up-sell" me. I also was very set on some flowers, and right upfront she said they were never going to fit in my budget and they were out of season. Some people may not like that, but I loved the honesty. Rachel is in the business to make each bride so happy, and feel beyond special on their big day. She is also so talented and I would not have wanted to go to anyone else to get our flowers from! I will forever be recommending Rachel!

. I had a general idea of the colors and style I was looking for but wasn’t 100% made up in my mind on what I wanted, but after our initial call she provided an amazing proposal, and was super accommodating and patient when I made a few changes along the way.
We couldn’t be more happy with how our flowers came out and she truly made my vision come to life. Walking into our reception tent and seeing all of the beautiful flowers was a dream come true! Our family and friends were so impressed with her work and we have received so many compliments. You definitely will not regret the decision to use In Bloom!

ng day! From the first email exchange, to all the tiny details we discussed throughout the process, Rachel was easy to talk to, thorough, and such a professional! I had no idea what types of florals I wanted for our wedding, and Rachel took my Pinterest board I had created and made it a reality (and honestly, it was 100000x better than what I could ever have imagined)!! She also is very thoughtful when it comes to budgeting and always kept in mind our financial limits when we discussed changes to our order. THANK YOU Rachel for helping make our wedding day so beautiful!
Really easy to work with and really friendly. Was responsive to what I wanted and flexible as well.

ppa with two gorgeous floral pieces which literally have made our wedding pictures. I had 13 bridesmaids, so it was a big undertaking, and Rachel was able to handle everything with the ultimate professionalism. I planned the entire wedding from NYC and could not be more grateful to have such a trusted, talented florist to make it all possible. Could not recommend any more highly!

h Rachel several times in her studio for a consultation and then a final review, we loved the personal touch.
On our wedding day we walked into the venu and were just blown away by how beautiful our stage looked. Because we used the same space for our ceremony and dinner instead of setting up each of the tables Rachel arranged the florals as a beautiful back drop to our ceremony.
I can't say enough good things about InBloom, responsive, professional, beautiful product and all within budget!
Thank you, thank you!

e was responsive throughout when I had to change.adjust details throughout. What was most surprising was that she helped to hold me to my budget, indicating when certain changes would put me over my communicated budget and offering ideas about how changes could be made that would not exceed the budget. It was so refreshing to have a vendor who actually cared about me as a person and not focused on how they could get more money from me. The day of the wedding she dropped off necessary pieces to the hotel and then went to the reception venue to arrange centerpieces so we did not have to lift a finger. Several guests at the wedding inquired about the floral arrangements and I was happy to give out her information and will continue to recommend her.

an jungle! The bouquets were perfect, and she was able to do it all on budget, yay! Because I didn't do traditional arrangements on the tables and did loose greens, she was also able to take some of the extra greens and put them on tables that I hadn't even requested, which was awesome!

As I planned my own wedding Easter weekend in 2015, a fairly brief conversation with Rachel and she knew EXACTLY what my vision was. Needless to say, as she knocked on the door of my bridal suite & walked thru with my bouquet...I cried. I have it dried and now hanging in my home, not quite as beautiful as that day but just as special!!!

and style that we were going for. She was diligent in following my pinterest board with colors and styles that I liked. She was honest about what flowers would be in season for our wedding, and was honest about what things would fit in our budget. She was incredible with coming up with various ways to get everything we wanted to fit within our budget. She even accommodated a few last minute changes for us, which we greatly appreciated. She is incredibly responsive to emails, and was very organized, remembering small details I had mentioned months prior in emails. On the day of the wedding, I was completely BLOWN AWAY by her work. She brought every vision that I had to life, and it was even better than I could have imagined. I wish I could upload photos to this review. They speak for themselves. She even helped my stay within budget by creating bouquets for my girls that we could use on the tables after the ceremony! HIGHLY recommend In Bloom! :)

er blooming. I appreciated Rachel telling me from the beginning that it was probable I would only have access to certain floral varieties.
Turns out, I only wanted roses and she worked with me to create centerpieces and bouquets that used different types of roses to achieve a more textured look. Originally I was interested in dalias but once I learned they wouldn't be available in November, we looked at other options.
