imeline and instructions that left nothing to question. When locations had to change due to weather she effectively worked with us to get everything moved and the wedding was flawless. I strongly recommend ILE Events

t and it was beyond perfect. Thank you so much for being our wedding planner...we have no idea what we would do with out you. You and your team were beyond appreciated. I have a new found respect for wedding planners!!!
I decided to hire a wedding planner as I wanted to get married 5 months after I got engaged. I knew I would need a wedding planner to make this happen for the level of glam and ele...
gance that I wanted. I reached out to several planners. Alicia of Ile Events emailed me back within a half hour. We scheduled a call for the next day, and after speaking with her, I knew that she could help me achieve my vision. After checking references, I was all in. Alicia's knowledge and expertise of every detail is what makes her able to do her job so well. She assisted me with every detail, answered every question, and always made herself available. Text, phone, email- she always responded timely. She helped me with so many important details that included, selecting the venue, selecting my dress, dress fittings, bridesmaids dress shopping, menu, makeup, hair, DJ, photographer, videographer, hotel for guests, welcome bags for guests, floral design, reception table design. And this list doesn't include anything. She really took the time to understand my vision, based on things I liked, culture, and budget. She was very conscious of budget. Alicia helped to achieve my dream wedding. I would highly recommend ILE Events.
Not only did we have an amazing journey with Alicia but I also found a friend! Alicia and I conversed a million times on social media before she became our planner. Alicia was read...
y to work! She is a true professional and has such a kind spirit! The thing I loved most about Alicia is that she listened to me. Even when I was having a melt down, or ranting, to just flat out being a brat! She never judged me and always found a way to calm my nerves. Alicia made the last few months of planning so special! On the wedding day, Alicia and her staff we right by our side throughout the entire making to ensure we did not want or need a thing! We started our ceremony on time and the reception was a hit! Alicia kept constant communication with our vendors and coordinated everything perfectly. She helped us stay true to who we are as a couple and the vision we wanted for our wedding. We adore and love Alicia endlessly and we welcome her into our family and so glad we could share this intimate life event with her! Working with Alicia was one of the best decisions we made during this process! We love you!
Alicia (ILE Events) was truly a blessing from the very beginning. Prior to meeting her we pre-booked most of our vendors and she worked so gracefully with all of them to ensure our...
Wedding Day Vison was being fulfilled. Her expertise, support and attention to details were exceptional. When we needed help with last minute decisions and ideas, she gave us recommendations and much needed advice to ensure we were stress free. She also went above and beyond by being available to attend my first dress fitting, being flexible & readily available for vendor appointments, helping me find an awesome hairstylist and returning the guys rental tux. She made everything seem so seamless On Our Wedding Day and truly saved the day. We highly recommend ILE Events!!
Alicia is a PROFESSIONAL! From start to finish she had all vendors involved in the wedding organized and informed. Timelines were done in advance, and she was available for any l...
ast minute questions. I did not find out until well afterwards that (as with all events) there were issues because while I was there, everything appeared to be running smoothly and according to plan. That is exactly what you need when you are having a wedding and you are supposed to be enjoying all the hard work you have put in to celebrate your love.
If you are looking for someone who lives and breathes organization, is kind and respectful, and who goes above and beyond, Alicia is your person, and her team is hard to beat. Your vendors will all thank you for making sure they are made a part of the process and can perform their duties well.
It is very telling that the very first time we worked together, the images went viral, and we were published!
