Lindsey is absolutely hands down the best decision I made! She took control the wedding day and I did not have to worry about a single thing. She was on top of every detail and st...
ayed to help clean after.
Our limo service was a no show and Lindsey in an instant was on the phone with different companies trying to get us all home. This is just one of the save the day moments she provided.
A day of coordinator is a 100% must and Lindsey is 100% the person to do it!
Lindsay saved our day and our entire wedding! She was our day of coordinator and she made all the transitions and venue changes flawless. She made sure we stayed on our timeline!

Lindsey also stepped up and made sure our guests had water and she also made sure I always had a drink! She was so kind and friendly. Each of my vendors from catering to DJ complimented her work and her work ethic. She never sat down and made sure our day was perfect, which it was.
I can't say enough good things about her. She turned my day into a reality and made our wedding amazing.
I only used her day of coordination and was amazed, I can't imagine what she could do as a full wedding planner, I bet its incredible.
She was worth every cent and was very reasonably priced. Easy to communicate with and always responded quickly.
First and foremost the business name speaks for itself, it truly does!! I had the chance to work for the first time with Lindsey and Heather and what I took away from my experience...

I made the last minute decision to add Lindsey for our wedding in June and it is hands down the best decision we could have made. From the moment we hired her, she was meticulous, ...
on the ball, and thought things through as far as wedding logistics that I hadn't thought of prior. During the ceremony, her and her assistant were a dream! They kept things on track and flowing smoothly and catered to my husband and I in a way that I thought was just above and beyond. Guests commented on how smoothly things went and honestly, you don't realize how much you may need someone to fill this position until you go through it and then it all makes sense. I also picked her because I feel like she was reasonably priced for her services and we are practical people who don't go for the bridal price gouging culture that seems to be all too common. She was more than worth every dollar we spent! Book her if you can, you won't regret it!!
All you need to know is this: Lindsey is the BEST! I hired Lindsey for day-of coordination and event management for my daughter's wedding day. As a former wedding coordinator mysel...
f, I wanted to plan the entire day and then hand over the plan to her to execute my plan. Lindsey was more than happy to do this. In addition, she took care of vendor confirmations prior to the wedding day and also attended the rehearsal. She was prompt for all of our meetings prior to the big day, and was always very responsive to calls and emails. She handled things expertly, professionally, and happily on the wedding day. Mothers-of-the-bride: don't even question IF you need to hire a day-of coordinator... YOU DO! Well worth the money spent so that you can truly enjoy your child's wedding day and Lindsey is the one to hire.
We were hired for a wedding at the Boise Depot and had the pleasure of working alongside Lindsey and her team at Idaho Concierge. Throughout the planning process, Lindsey was in co...
mmunication with her Bride and Groom, as well as all of the vendors. She is attentive, organized, patient, thorough, calm and resourceful.
Lindsey made sure we had ample space to set up and even assisted us when we were having difficulties with our printer. She helped to alleviate problems and kept the happy couple going so they wouldn't notice any wedding day hiccups.
Her team took the reigns before, during and after a packed venue and made sure all of the vendors, attendants, guests, (and little ones!) were having the best day ever.
As a photo booth vendor, I knew I had absolutely nothing to stress about because Lindsey and her team were on top of it with every little detail, every step of the way. I highly recommend Lindsey and her team at Idaho Concierge to anyone for any occasion and we look forward to working with her again.

Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience provided by Idaho Concierge!

y sold on her and everything she had to offer. I was quite stressed about all the things I had to get done for the wedding but Lindsey put me at ease and helped me organize the entire thing. What I love the most about Idaho Concierge is that when I walked down the isle, I was not walking down a cookie cutter wedding that I had simply pointed to and chosen. I was walking down my isle and it was my choices and wants that were not only listened to, but were apparent throughout the wedding. I am definitely using Lindsey again!
