Icon Event Group

ills even beyond entertainment. He helped keep timelines on track, released tables for dinner, perfectly queued up speeches & toasts & made us (bride & groom) feel truly seen & heard throughout the day. He brings amazing energy to the event, & he set the tone for a fantastic evening!!! Now that we are a few weeks post-wedding, the guest reviews have rolled in: 'Dance floor was electric & stayed electric' 'Danced til I was drenched last night' 'Didn't know I could still move like that' 'Haven't had that much fun since college' Our dance floor was jam packed all night thanks to DJ Apollo. His talents were lauded by our guests, & we really felt like we hit the lottery. He blew our expectations out of the water, & we feel so lucky we got to work with him!

the day, and once the reception started, he completely delivered on the dance-party vibe we were hoping for. He kept the dance floor packed all night long, read the room perfectly, and hyped up the crowd as both DJ and MC. His energy was contagious, and our guests are still talking about how much fun they had. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ!

ing DJ! We wanted a little bit different music for our reception, and DJ Santo was a perfect fit for us. He didn't do just the DJing part of our wedding day, but also was an emcee and "wedding guest wrangler". I would hire DJ Santo and ICON event group in a heartbeat to do our wedding all over again!

initely hire him again!!

ive us the best day. Everyone kept raving about how fun he was and what great music he played. What a balance it is to be kind yet throw an epic party. We loved our experience with DJ Apollo and Icon Event Group!

k with and comunícate with, and kept the dance floor going! 10/10 would recommend him!

J, we had DJ Apolll from ICON and the communication and punctuality from him was extremely on point. 10/10 recommend. Made everything even more perfect !

e time to understand our music tastes, special requests, and the vibe we wanted—and he absolutely nailed it! The energy throughout the night was electric. Every transition was seamless, every song perfectly timed, and the dance floor was never empty. Our guests are still raving about how fun the reception was, and we know that’s thanks in huge part to DJ Apollo’s incredible skill and instinct. DJ Apollo also handled all the announcements and MC duties with such charm and ease, keeping everything on schedule without ever feeling intrusive. It was like having a close friend behind the booth who just happened to be a total pro. He made sure we were taken care of the entire night, bringing us food, drinks, and calming our nerves. He truly went above and beyond! If you’re looking for a DJ who’s not only talented but also deeply passionate about making your event unforgettable, look no further. This was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Thank you DJ Apollo!!

ighly recommend!

n their packages. DJ Kevin was a delight, professional, and a lot of fun. He made a concerted effort to get to know us and our goals for our wedding ahead of time and executed everything perfectly.

cold sparks etc. We had a great Zoom meeting with Grant 1-2 months before the wedding, and he was always very responsive to emails and song requests. I appreciated the company's use of an online portal to request songs and I liked being able to label song requests as "must play" or "do not play". Grant played all of our favorite requested songs, and added similar songs in as well and the dance floor was never empty. There was never silence between songs and everyone raved about how good the playlist was! They are not on the cheap side of things, but I think every vendor is expensive nowadays. Only complaint is the forms to fill out on the online portal had repetitive questions from one form to the other, so I think that could use some work, but this doesn't change my experience with the company at all and I would definitely recommend their use! A DJ can make or break a wedding, so I would not recommend DJ Maverick if I truly didn't think he did a great job!

sly blended different genres to keep the party going. He helped turn our cocktail hour into a tribute to my late father. He also made our dream of a grand entrance to a game of Thunderstruck come true! He timed it perfectly and it was flawless! He checked in on us all night, gave great advice on timing, and even made sure our dinner was boxed up for us to enjoy later. We can’t say enough good things about Mike (DJ Apollo). Thank you for making our wedding unforgettable!

nd stunning bar wraps, this time we turned to them for an extraordinary seating chart. The couple had a very specific vision, and Icon was our go-to choice to bring it to life. Julia from Icon impressed us with her seamless communication and unmatched professionalism throughout the entire process. A special shoutout also goes to Beth, whose graphic design expertise truly brought the couple’s vision to reality—she absolutely nailed it. The final result was nothing short of perfection. Icon Event Group once again proved why they’re the team we trust for delivering excellence, every single time.

. To say she succeeded would be an understatement. Julia assigned Kevin T to our wedding, and we’re so lucky she did! Kevin was so fantastic! We had some must play songs, but we didn’t provide much direction outside of that. However, despite our not being great clients, he kept the dance floor full all night. He was engaging, fun, and created the perfect environment. We’ve had many people tell us he was the best DJ they’ve ever heard, and we concur. Thank you, Julia and Kevin!!

unication and did all the things we asked for. DJ Maverick was an incredible MC. He was clear and spoke very eloquently. He followed our ideas/suggestions so well and had people on our dance floor all night long! We have received so many compliments on how great our reception was and how much everyone wanted to be on the dance floor!

and he loves what he does. He really made us feel like family. He’s always available from the second you meet him to help answer questions and make your day go as smoothly as possible. He even brought us drinks to our table before the toasts (and made sure we drank some water lol). Dj Apollo was very helpful in helping us select songs for the big moments of our day, and he stuck to the vibe we were going for so well. He suggested a photo challenge where we run around to each table to take pictures with all of our friends and family, and our guests can’t stop talking about how fun it was. Now we will have those pictures with everyone who we love for the rest of our lives. We also did the private last dance to our first dance song (per his recommendation), and it truly was the perfect ending to a perfect day. We were able to breathe for a minute and get emotional together after everyone left and it’s a moment I will always cherish with my new husband.

ning leading up to the event and even on the wedding day. His ability to direct us and keep us organized was truly impressive—everything flowed seamlessly. Not to mention, the dance floor was always packed and energized with excitement all night long! Many people came to us after and said we had one of the best entertainment. What stood out most was his talent for blending in music from different cultures, specifically Lebanese and Brazilian music. This was something we asked of him, and his ability to switch between the two was nothing short of incredible. This added a special touch that both sides of our family appreciated and enjoyed immensely. DJ Apollo made our wedding unforgettable, and we can't recommend him highly enough!

ave said it was the most fun wedding they've ever been to. Most of that credit goes to Icon and DJ Apollo for being absolutely incredible all night. Unfortunately we are only able to give five stars because they deserve more. DJ Apollo was entertainment, but also came over to check on us frequently throughout the night to see if we needed anything, and was absolutely spot on with timeline and ensuring everything went smoothly. If you are on the fence about who you want to hire to be your entertainment for the night, definitely go with Icon. Just incredible.

party poppin. Plus, he does more than just DJ. He helped with everything from timeline, checking on us throughout the night to make sure we were okay, helped our officiant, served us dinner, and so much more. He goes above and beyond to ensure your night is the best night of your life. HIRE THIS MAN RIGHT NOW. DO NOT HESITATE, YOU WILL NOT FIND ANYONE BETTER!!

space. Icon also provided our DJ who was the absolute best…kind, understood our vision, and created a perfectly curated evening! We could not be more happy with Icon. Thank you, Ben, Julia & Jayden!! We 🩷 you three!!!!

he entire evening flowed perfectly. Kevin really got to know the bride and groom and what was important to them both. He really read the room and what struck me was how much he really cared about making the evening absolutely perfect for all. The dance floor was full the entire night. Can't thank Kevin of the Icon Group enough. Everything was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend.

ooked him outside of that. He checked in on us multiple times leading up to our wedding day to see if we had any questions or concerns. Once the dance floor opened, not one guest was seated. Everyone was dancing and raving about the music/DJ!! I highly recommend booking through ICON for your wedding needs

we hoped for the wedding music. He was a fabulous emcee and kept our guests (of all ages!) on the dance floor all night. We were so lucky to have him and our guests have told us repeatedly how much they loved DJ Kevin.

the matching process with our DJ and we ended up getting the best DJ for the wedding vibe we were wanting. Logan was our DJ and from the first meeting with him, we could tell it was going to be a good fit. He was extremely professional and easy to work with in the madness of all of the other wedding planning. The day of Logan crushed it and used all of the information we provided as well as some great improvisation. Highly recommend this company and specifically Logan.

and we couldn’t have made that happen without him! Will he recommending him to anyone and everyone. 💚The Adlich

champagne glasses were filled for our cake cutting pictures! He kept our timeline going and kept everyone engaged. The only right choice is DJ Apollo. You won't be disappointed!

was really helpful in the timeline planning for our reception! During the reception he personally released each table to go to the buffet line, and was extremely personable! In our meetings leading up to the wedding we talked about songs we liked/didn't like and he did such a great job DJ'ing from that! 10/10!

t, and judging from the feedback I got from my guests, everyone thought so too! My husband and I had a choreographed first dance and were nervous about how it would unfold, but Rey set up calls with us to talk us through everything and made us feel so comfortable. We had hiccups with the sound system at our venue during our ceremony (the venue's fault), but Rey had a backup plan and immediately launched into action to make sure everything went smoothly afterward. We are so grateful to him for making our reception so special. HE IS THE BEST!

and so much fun throughout the night!

pecially on our day! He was so attentive and made sure that our night went smoothly! He matched the energy and brought the party vibes out the entire night. He was already our favorite DJ from our first meeting, and I cannot imagine having a better DJ for our wedding. We cannot thank him enough for all he did for us, he made our night one to remember (even more so than it already was). We highly recommend him for anyone looking for a DJ, he will cater to anything and he is so fun to work with! Thank you thank you thank you!! :)

ery beginning of our meetings he was so organized and helped give us some ideas for both songs and some activities to get our guests on the dance floor. Our dance floor was not empty a single minute of the night! DJ Apollo truly caters to all ages & knew how to keep the party going all night! He was also so helpful with making sure our wedding day went extremely smooth! We got multiple compliments from our guests on DJ Apollo & we could not agree more! We were so lucky to have DJ Apollo as our DJ & couldn’t have been happier! We would recommend DJ Apollo 1000 times!

e put our minds at ease going into our big day and did an amazing job at the wedding.

joy our night! We truly cannot say enough great things about him! Icon I general had great customer service! We truly loved working with them and made our night so special! Thank you!

the best! The sound system was stellar - didn’t echo/screech and was the perfect volume throughout the night! Our DJ was DeAndre Starr and he was so genuine and amazing! He helped us navigate our big night and executed everything perfectly. He even played a couple songs I requested last minute - bless him!!

ectric as he blended classic anthems with fresh releases. Apollo’s stage presence was magnetic, engaging the audience with his enthusiasm. He had a remarkable ability to read the crowd, dropping tracks that kept everyone dancing. Highly recommend for a wedding reception!!

h. We would recommend DeAndre for anyone looking to have a party on wedding night!

how to run the show! He is great at leading a big group of people and struck a perfect balance between politeness and control. He was so kind to my husband and I the entire night and made sure we were having fun. Both my husband’s and my families were very impressed with DJ Apollo and his kindness, excited energy, and music selection. We had a multicultural wedding and he played a PERFECT mix of both types of songs we requested. He helped coordinate our grand entrance and organized a private last dance for my husband and I. It was so special. Our big day wouldn’t have been the same without him.

of experience. Not only did he play great music but he was willing to lend a hand and help where needed, whether it was delivering drinks or helping pick up throughout the event. His ability to put a detailed timeline into action with no complications was impressive. Would highly recommend for those looking for a DJ.

as mixing and transitioning all of them himself. We probably had 50 people make comments about how amazing our DJ was and how he was the best they've ever heard. it made our night that much better knowing we were taken care of on that end and everyone was able to dance and have fun for hours. Outside of the music itself, Jayden had top notch equipment and professional sound. He was very punctual and made sure everything was in order, we had zero issues with any equipment failure. 10/10 recommend Icon event group for all of our DJ needs!!!!

nior can throw a party.

ull the whole night and we got numerous compliments on the DJ. This was one of our most important vendors and he did not disappoint! Thank you DJ Apollo!

do-not-play list so you don't hear songs you hate on your big day. DJ Junior was so fun to work with - it literally felt like we were friends, so communicating with him about things we wanted/didn't want was so easy. He had the dancefloor popping ALL night. Highly recommend!

ough email and text. Any questions we had were promptly answered within 24-48 hours if not sooner. The day of the event DJ Apollo made sure everything went off without a hitch even with last minute changes he was flexible and was ready to help out in any way he could. He was able to curate to the more traditional sides of our wedding and when it was time to party he mixed the music that each of us requested and made it into one. If you are looking for a DJ then look no further than DJ Apollo
