About this vendor
Ices Plain & Fancy serves the finest quality ice creams flash frozen and churned at your wedding using liquid nitrogen.
Not only is flash churning our homemade ice creams at -321 degrees an exciting show that will get the guests of your wedding talking, but the technique also forms the smallest ice crystals possible for a supremely smooth texture that can’t be duplicated using traditional slow churn methods. The technique combined with the fact that we use the best locally sourced ingredients available results in an ultra premium product that your guests will remember and talk about for long after the event is over.
We also do boozy ice creams (21+) and will happily work with you on custom flavors that capture the personalities of the bride and groom!

and added such a cool vibe to the reception. We had them start as the dance floor opened, the smoke from the liquid nitrogen filled the dance floor and really got the party started. We are so happy we used them and are so happy we could introduce our out of town guests to such a cool concept. 100% recommend using them at your reception, everyone will love it!
