I Marry Couples

ng had to be cancelled. During what was an incredibly uncertain and emotional time, Katherine remained a constant source of support, kindness, and understanding. She stayed in touch with us throughout the years (Facebook friends) and showed genuine care for our marriage and our two children, which meant more to us than we can adequately express. When we were finally able to re-book for our vow renewal in October 2025, it felt less like hiring an officiant and more like welcoming back a dear friend. Katherine conducted our ceremony with warmth, professionalism, and humour. Her British accent instantly made us feel at home and added a sense of familiarity and comfort, and from the very beginning she felt like part of our family. The hand-fasting ceremony was a truly beautiful and meaningful addition, particularly given our Celtic background. Katherine took great care to honour our heritage and story, creating a ceremony that was heartfelt, personal, and deeply memorable. We are endlessly grateful for Katherine’s dedication, compassion, and attention to detail. She exceeded all expectations, and we couldn’t have imagined a better person to stand with us for such an important moment in our lives. We would highly recommend Katherine to any couple looking for an officiant who is not only professional and talented, but genuinely invested in the couples she works with. We couldn’t have imagined a better person to stand with us for such an important moment in our lives. Thank you!! x

iate our wedding was truly one of the most inspired decisions we made for our special day. She was consistently available to address every query, and what truly made our experience exceptional was her assistance in submitting our documents, which spared us the hassle of lengthy court hours. With her guidance, we were able to navigate the preparation process seamlessly as she presented us with options and helped us narrow down the details. Her dedication left us thoroughly delighted, and her presence felt like a cherished friend, not just an officiant. We're eternally grateful for her love and support, and our hearts overflow with gratitude.

uples and it’s clear she loves what she does. After our video call we knew we made the right choice. Katherine is such a breath of fresh air and made us feel so at ease with the whole process, from helping us sort our marriage licence to answering any questions we had before the big day.  Our actual ceremony was perfect! She made it so personal and threw in bits of Disney magic. We had such a good time and couldn’t stop smiling throughout. We would recommend Katherine to anyone looking to get married in the Orlando area.

rporate ideas into our ceremony. We will forever have beautiful memories to reflect upon & share with our loved ones. We received nothing but positive feedback from  about her efficiency and ability to engage with our guests! We highly, highly recommend!

dding ceremony in Orlando Florida. The hand fastening ceremony was a beautiful touch which we get to keep to commemorate our wedding.

fasting ribbons and we picked our lucky charms for our ribbons that best represents us. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful! We love Katherine and recommend her for anyone else who is looking for an officiant!

At first, she seemed like an excellent choice for our wedding officiant, she was responsive and she gave us money-saving tips on the initial zoom call that I had with her. To be fair, my mother and my fiancé initially had reservations, yet I felt strongly at the time, so I booked her anyway one year out, and I paid the 50% deposit. We did not have a written contract. We had a second call with her about six months out from the wedding, and she gave us a link where we could fill out a form for her to look over and start working on our script for the wedding day. During this call, she let us know that about 30 days out, she would have it over for us to review. I texted her the second week of October, and she had let me know when I asked politely, that the draft would be over to us the next week. Two weeks passed before I realized that it didn’t get sent, because I was busy getting some things settled for the upcoming wedding. On Saturday, November 1, exactly two weeks out from our wedding, and over one week away from when she told me I should expect the script, I texted her again and politely asked when we can expect it, since the wedding is now two weeks away, and since myself, my mother, and my fiancé would really like to look over the script. She advised me that she was working on it that same day and would have it to me the very next day. If there was a reason for the delay, or she had things going on in her personal life, and she had provided some type of explanation when the next day came and went; and I still didn’t have it, perhaps I’d be a little more understanding, but there was no communication whatsoever during that time. As the bride; my only job two weeks out from the wedding is to focus on my skincare and my mental and physical health, and to make sure that I am getting enough sleep and preparing for the big day. I should not ever have to chase down my vendors. Finally, we decided to hire a different officiant. I politely explained to Katherine in a group text with my mother and my fiancé that we would be canceling her services and we had found someone else. I explained that the expectations were not met with deadlines and communication, and I was met for the third time with, I will get it to you later today I was almost finished. This is something that I have heard twice before now, and as a weddings and events violinist, when I tell a client something will be done, it is done within 24 hours of the timeline I give them. The way that we were treated was just not okay with us, and it’s not a good way to do business in general. I do not enjoy writing bad reviews, however, her refusal to refund the deposit, due to our cancellation, is simply wrong. We had no in person meetings with her where gas money or travel was required, and although I understand the short notice was unexpected, it was also unexpected for us; and we kept getting pushed back every time I had asked about when we would receive the script. My mother had been the one to tell her that we decided not to hire her, as I was still recovering from emergency oral surgery, a couple days prior, and yet, she excessively texted the group chat and messaged me privately saying there would be no refund. Why did she message me privately outside of the group chat? This was aggressive.

ng ceremony (or as a new immigrant like me) in the USA, Katherine can help you out with a super reasonable price! She is the best and won't let you down!!!

rough the ceremony itself, Katherine was highly responsive, quick to reply, and receptive to our requests. Katherine created a custom ceremony for us that included special personal touches and just the right amount of Disney magic. Our guests continue to compliment both the ceremony and Katherine’s style. We are grateful to Katherine for helping us create the most perfect “happily ever after” we could have hoped for!

side. From the start, she was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. She explained everything in a very understandable and relatable manner. Another thing we loved was the care that she put into every detail. She gave us numerous opinions to personalize our ceremony and make our special day even more special. She was tremendously patient with us and listened to everything we had to say. We could not recommend her more to anyone looking for a memorable wedding.

be our fairy godmother. The attention to detail and professionalism in our ceremony was so incredible, she made everyone feel the disney magic! Do not hesitate to book her as your officiant. She was the easiest and best decision we made for our wedding day!

and she brought such a calm, positive energy to the day. Coming from the UK Katherine was a great help in explaining the US marriage license process and facilitated the end to end process for us, taking any stress away. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through such an important moment.

we were sold! She is so warm and kind, funny and smart, and organized and helpful. She got to know us in such an easygoing way that we were blown away by the things she picked up about us & included in our ceremony. She became such an important part of our day & joined us for the rehearsal dinner & reception because she felt like family. At the altar, she kept us calm and we knew we were in good hands. Couldn’t love her more!!

ows, so she made sure to give her mic to us so everyone could hear the vows. Everyone who attended said they loved her. Definitely recommend!

and beautiful.

with beautiful charms that represented us and our journey. The ceremony felt personal (so personal that our guests thought we wrote it!), and really encompassed who we are as individuals and a couple. It was heartfelt, funny and charming- everything we could possibly hope for. We didn't have a rehearsal (as we flew from UK), but Katherine walked us through everything we needed to do, the timings, and made sure everything flowed perfectly. She was friendly and approachable and our guests loved her. The groom found her to be a huge calming influence whilst waiting to go out, reassuring and kind. Her communication with us over the 2 years was fantastic, with regular updates, and able to answer any questions. We also used her to do married by mail, which was quick, easy and well explained and took a lot of pressure off us when we arrived. We were able to sign and notarize in the UK and have it ready with Katherine before we even landed. I would highly recommend this service as Katherine walked us through the whole thing, and it was one less thing to worry about. Everything was incredible smooth and I can't vouch for Katherine enough. Amazing from start to finish, everything we hoped for and more. Highly, highly recommend her to everyone.

h just the right amount of Disney magic! She put us at ease and knew just what to do so everything turned out even better than we planned for. She truly is a fairy godmother

ess. It was a day filled with lots of laughs and tears, she truly made our day an unforgettable experience. As an international couple getting married in the States, Katherine made everything so easy for us and guided us through the legality of getting married. I truly couldn't imagine anyone else marrying us and can't recommend enough! Maybe see you in ten years for our renewal!

ue. It felt like we had a friend officiating our wedding, someone who truly cared for us. Katherine made the process so easy and it was such a seamless fit. We really appreciated the time taken to get to know us and the effort Katherine put in to make us feel comfortable in the ceremony and make it our own, every detail was magical. Having someone walk us through the ceremony beforehand, the process of getting our marriage license, and having someone take the time to make sure we knew what to do! She took care of it ALL! You're going to want to book sooner than later! She’s truly a Disney Fairy Godmother! ✨💍

discovered that not only does Katherine offer officiating services, but she also offers marriage license services as well. When we had questions she answered her emails very quickly and made the process a breeze. Her ensuring she had the license as well worked out great because it was one less thing we had to worry about forgetting at home. About a month prior to the ceremony we had a video chat with Katherine and she made us feel like we had been old friends for years. She learned things about us and incorporated that into our ceremony script. We loved that she including our dogs that were obviously unable to come to the wedding and when she found out that we were blending our families with my kids, she asked us if we wanted to do her signature "Pinky Promise" and let me just tell you- it made my teenage children feel SO included and signified how we are really bonding as a family in this marriage. And it brought so many of our guests to tears. If we could give Kathering 100 stars- we would!

o your ceremony look no further and hire Katherine everything from her British accent to her humble kind personality will make your ceremony one you’ll never forget!

one another. Her inclusiveness and welcoming nature make her one of the most popular Orlando wedding officiants, and with good reason! Katherine puts couples at ease, allowing them to fully enjoy their wedding ceremony and take away many beautiful memories. We can't recommend her enough!

g was perfect and exactly as we wanted it. Katherine is warm, engaging, professional and one of the sweetest people I have ever met. You just want to hug her when you meet her. Thank you a million times over for such a beautiful ceremony.

customizable. Our guests absolutely loved her service. We can't thank you enough for making our ceremony so extremely special!

loved the pinky promise & pixie dust; since you don’t see that at every wedding! We are so thankful that she was a part of our magical day and couldn’t have asked for anyone better!

oul! She helped to make our wedding day a perfect one.

pecial and we couldn’t have asked for a better officiant. All of our guests loved her. She was also incredibly helpful throughout the wedding process. We are forever thankful for her and can’t recommend her enough!!

btle or on the nose as you’d like!) Words to describe Katherine when meeting and working with her couples: Warm/Welcoming Accommodating Spunky! Patient (especially with our Dads goofing around!) Katherine really got to know us so quickly even from our first meeting. She blended our personalities so seamlessly into our ceremony! She ran with our ideas but also gave us so many things that we would have never thought of! Our families can not stop telling us how beautiful, unique, and entertaining our ceremony was! If you are even thinking about incorporating a Celtic Hand-fasting, this is the human to contact! Our day was made so much brighter with all of Katherine’s help!

s so personable. The Up mailbox was such a beautiful and unique unity ceremony, but everyone was gushing over that extra sprinkle of pixie dust! Also, her hugs are confirmed to be magical - I was so stressed out on our rehearsal day, but all of it melted away when we had our first hug!

erine’s attention to detail was beyond expectation and we are so thankful for her for being part of our ceremony.

our wedding. She’s very kind, comforting and simply pleasant to be around. The speech that she wrote for our Disney wedding was so touching and her British accent added even more to the magical day. Another plus for us is that she is Covid vaccinated and as someone that is high risk, that was super important to us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Thank you again Katherine! ❤️

to have a friend officiate, and although I’m sure what would have been nice, it never would have compared to what Katherine did. Katherine does this everyday, she knows how to write and structure a ceremony. And she does some really unique things I’ve never seen before. Most weddings the ceremony is the boring part everyone just has to watch to her to the party. With Katherine the ceremony was the thing people are still talking about. It was so beautiful and unique. We also used her Rose unity ceremony which Katherine hand made and was truly gorgeous. Katherine told us when we first met that she would be our fairy godmother, and she really was. When we saw her the day of our wedding it was as if we’d known her for years. If you’re unsure I urge you to work with Katherine - I guarantee you won’t regret it!

emony was so beautiful everyone commented how magical the service was. Kat was so understanding and thoughtful throughout the whole process, we had a few hiccups on the way but she kept me calm and was there for every question or just to even vent. She included our little fur baby Luna which means the world to me. She truly made our Disney wedding so magical with all little extra touches I wouldn’t have wanted it to be any other way! <3

not imagine anyone else officiating our wedding. She did an amazing job!

is charming and the guests all commented on her after the ceremony. Who else would have you do a pinky promise. She is special!

ctually had to postpone due to the hurricane happening at the time. When it happened we weren’t sure what was going to happen with our day but Katherine helped make sure everything would go smoothly when we rescheduled. She was kind, patient, and most of all she treated our moments as special as we wanted them to be.

iate our Happily Ever After! After our first face time I said to my now husband that I felt like I had known Katherine my whole life and not that we had only just met her. She was quick to answer any questions, always there with tips and advice and she blew me away with the ceremony. Honestly could not of wished for a better person to celebrate our day with. From the bottom of my heart thank you so much for absolutely everything. You made our day a dream come true. Xx

t, and last but not least changed my mind on the flowers she’s so graciously provided. Throughout everything, she was good-natured, resilient, and as steady as a rock. Not only was she sensitive to our needs as this was a renewal, but went above and beyond! The vow she crafted were absolutely perfect, her responses to my questions were immediate and on point, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The photographer that she partnered with was also amazing, as the venue she had recommended. As a notary and officiant myself, I can honestly say that she is an officiant’s officiant!

truly cared about what my partner and I wanted for our ceremony. We were able to Zoom together, chat on the phone, and Facebook message back and forth for quick questions. I had zero worry leading up to the wedding and on our wedding day when it came to our ceremony. She is so professional and kind and witty and charming. What sealed the deal for my partner and I was the family pinky promise that she does for blended families. This part of our ceremony meant EVERYTHING to us and meant the world to us. My children loved being involved and loved making promises together as a family. In these photos I see my sensitive and big hearted daughter who loves her momma more than anything and we grew up together. I see my son being so proud of the family he now has and so happy. 100/10 highly recommend Katherine and we will forever hold these memories close because of her.

y. I was given Katherine’s number from a venue I thought I was going to work with. The venue didn’t end up working out but I still had Katherine! She went above and beyond for me and helped me set up the whole thing. She found me a location, made a beautiful bouquet (and boutonnière), set me up with a great photographer, and was literally there for me every single second I needed her! My parents are obsessed with all things Disney and she took that and incorporated it into the ceremony. Katherine created the most magical ceremony that we will never forget. She also gave my parents the cutest wedding certificate. I live in NY and I was very stressed about setting this up being so far away and making sure my parents didn’t find out. Katherine spent so much time helping me make sure I had everything in place and ready for the day. I can not say enough about her and how thankful I am to have met her. If you are in Florida and are looking for an officiant she is a must!! She will make your day so special and make you feel like family!!!

took the time to get to know us and our story. We received many compliments on our ceremony and ceremony rehearsal from family. We are so pleased with her and her willingness to go above and beyond, even with special mementos on our wedding day! We couldn’t recommend Katherine enough!!

n’t ask for a better person for our special day. She made the effort to make it personal and fun and celebrate love, what is the whole point. We are forever grateful.
