From our very first phone call, Lauren was easy to talk to, thorough, and was able to understand exactly what we were looking for. From there, she was SO organized, and made everything fall into place so easily. We found Lauren about a year and a half before our wedding day and booked her partial planning package. At that point, we already had our venue and photographer. Lauren helped us secure the rest of our vendors - from providing suggestions, to reaching out to multiple options for each vendor, to getting final contracts for us to sign. Lauren began working on our timeline from the beginning, and continually updated it with our input, vendor information as we booked, and additional details as the day came together. Leading up to the wedding, Lauren was organized, communicative, and available to help us throughout the process. She was so knowledgeable and made us feel at ease despite the stress that comes with planning a wedding.
Where Lauren really blew us away was the weekend of the wedding. She led our rehearsal, had so many tips and tricks for our bridal party, officiant, and us. She was in constant communication with us leading up to the day so that we felt calm and confident. On the day of the wedding, Lauren really took control so we could just enjoy the day. She made sure our decor was picked up and set up the way we wanted, she worked with the vendors all day to ensure everything was running smoothly and on time, she kept the bridal party on schedule. When it came time for photos, she pulled out the shot list we had put together leading up to the wedding and made sure we got all the pictures we wanted to, calling off everyone's names for each picture, getting them lined up and in position. She constantly held my flowers, adjusted my veil, and made sure we were happy throughout the day.
Lauren was waiting with us after we walked down the aisle leaving the ceremony with our specialty cocktails. She made sure we got a moment just for ourselves with our specialty drinks. She made sure guests signed our guestbook throughout the night, brought us drinks and coffee from our coffee cart that we booked.
And then at the end of the night, she cleaned everything up, saved my flowers for me, and brought all of our decor to the hotel we were staying at.
We thought she was amazing - even our family members, bridal party, and guests came up to us throughout the day to say how wonderful and on top of things our planner Lauren was.
To say Lauren exceeded expectations is an understatement. She was phenomenal. Would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

hing to look. Handing all of that over to someone else on the day of the wedding was a little nerve-racking, but Lauren completely put my mind at ease.
She took my vision and brought it to life beautifully. Walking into our reception and seeing everything set up exactly how I had imagined it was such an amazing feeling. Every detail was thoughtfully placed, and I didn't have to worry about a thing.
We also hired Lauren to come back at the end of the night for teardown, and I am SO glad we did. Knowing that everything would be carefully packed up and loaded into our car allowed us and our family and friends to simply enjoy the entire reception until the very end instead of worrying about cleanup.
From our first conversation through the end of our wedding night, Lauren was dependable, professional, kind, and incredibly easy to work with. It truly felt like she cared about our day and about making sure my vision was executed the way I wanted it.
If you're considering hiring I Do Memorable Occasions for setup and teardown, do it! Having Lauren there gave me something every bride deserves on her wedding day: the ability to walk into the room, see her vision come to life, and simply enjoy it. I can't recommend her enough!

We cannot recommend Lauren enough! She was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Although we hired her for day-of coordination, her support began long before our wedding day....
She met with us at the venue for a walkthrough, communicated and coordinated timelines with all of our vendors, created customized timelines for our families and wedding party, and made sure everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when.
Lauren was also incredibly supportive of all of the unique, out-of-the-box elements we wanted to incorporate into our wedding, including adoptable puppies and a golf simulator! She never made anything feel complicated or stressful and instead helped us figure out how to make every idea work seamlessly.
She was kind, courteous, organized, responsive, and always one step ahead. Lauren thought of details we never would have considered and made us feel completely confident that everything was being handled. Because of her, we were able to truly enjoy our wedding day without worrying about logistics.
Lauren played such a huge role in making our day as perfect as it was, and we are so grateful for everything she did. We truly could not recommend her more highly!

I knew I could trust her recommendations, and she was super helpful with keeping me on track with booking things, as I am someone prone to procrastination. She really was a life saver when it came to planning!
She was also an amazing day-of coordinator and made the day run SO SMOOTH! I truly didn't need to worry about anything because she was so on top of it. I just told her my vision, and she executed it perfectly!

After I initially spoke with her, I was really impressed with her approach to coordinating a wedding in the weeks leading up to it, and hired her to be my day-of (really, month of) coordinator quickly!
She completely took over the last month for all of the vendor and site coordination, created our timeline, reminded me about last minute to-do's as a bride, ensured our entire wedding party, family members, and vendors knew where to be and when, organized and executed my design for the reception tables - she even made sure I had water while I was busy dancing. This is a small part of everything she did that day to make sure everything happened exactly as we wanted. All we did that day was have fun, and everything went perfectly.
We could not have handled that day without her - I would recommend hiring her to anyone (and will, for some upcoming brides I know!)

earch I found I Do Memorable Occasions. Lauren listened to all of my requests and feedback, was extremely accommodating, and matched me with the perfect person. Christina was amazing and to any bride on the fence about getting a day of coordinator I say - DO IT! It was 100% worth the investment (which was reasonable compared to a lot of other vendors) and allowed me to enjoy my day while limiting the stress. I was able to be fully present and have a go to person for anything I needed on my big day and I fully contribute that to her! She even checked into our hotel for us and packed up all the decor into my car so that at the end of the night my new hubby and I could directly leave, allowing both our families to also enjoy every moment with us. When we got to the hotel we were welcomed with a gift and photos taken by our coordinator throughout the day which was so nice because we still haven't gotten anything back from our photographer yet! I am so so so glad that I decided to not only book a coordinator, but specifically I Do Memorable Occasions. From the beggining, Lauren and Christina took the reins and kept us moving forward meeting the deadlines we needed to. They helped us find the 5 vendors we selected, vetted them, got us to the prices we needed for each service, and stayed in touch with them along the way. Our wedding day coordinator Christina met with us in person at the venue, and twice over the phone (One of them with our photographer) to nail down the timeline of the day. She listened to our wants but more importantly kept us honest about what was possible and how long things would take.
The day of the wedding Christina was simply amazing. She cooly worked under pressure both at the hotel and the church to get everyone ready to go on time. You can’t coordinate at the church without a coordinator or everything going thru Bridge/Groom. Then she went to the venue and worked quickly to get everything we wanted setup in just the right way. One there she kept us on schedule, herded the bridal party and our family, and kept the 2 of us on schedule. She always met us with a smile and 2 drinks when we needed them. The day was magical, our guests had a great time, and we have the memory we want. Worth every $.

I was absolutely blown away at their efficiency. Our venue had quite a tight time frame to set up the space. Our decor was quite extensive including 300+ candles and 60+ diy bud vases not to mention signage etc. They were able to manage everything in the time! My jaw was on the ground when I walked into the reception space. They took everything I dreamed up in my head and replicated it perfectly. It was a dream! Note: some decor setup is indeed an extra cost and this was clearly explained at the start :) Totally worth it for us to not put additional stress on our family too much.
At the end of the night the decor was packed up and brought back to our airbnb nearby in the same manner of efficiency. I blinked and the space was spic and span!
Another bonus is they both carry magic emergency box kits with most things you would need but maybe forgot! :-)

ilable for our wedding day, 10/4/24, but introduced us to Christina and it was a match made in heaven! Christina went above and beyond and helped make our day PERFECT! Although she was our day of coordinator, she was available for any questions we had from the time of signing, which was in December! She helped with narrowing down venders and giving honest opinions/feedback when asked! We had a sit down meeting with her about two months out which was very relaxing and informative. After that meeting we headed to a consultation with our venue/venue coordinator and it was nice to build that relationship all together. Christina did so much behind scenes that we’re sure we still don’t know everything she helped with! She was ready for anything and everything, we needed scissors, she had them, I had makeup on my dress, she had wipes. She even took pictures as we were walking around with our photographer and videographer, some of the best pictures from our special day. She built our timeline, kept us on schedule, reached out to venders, set reminders for final payments, handled tips, helped with set up and room flip, ran our rehearsal, brought decor back to our hotel and so much more. If you think a day of coordinator isn’t needed/out of budget, I highly recommend to rethink that decision and honestly re-budget somehow, there are affordable options out there (we did a lot of research and found someone that worked perfectly for us). It was nice knowing we had someone we trusted helping make our day special without having to sacrifice our friends and family missing certain events/moments for set up/tear down. For us, that was something we didn’t want to happen. We highly recommend I Do Memorable Occasions, Lauren and Christina are both phenomenal to work with and very responsive. Our day couldn’t have been more perfect, and that’s all thanks to Christina and I Do Memorable Occasions!

We texted and emailed Lauren as new updates arose and she was quick to reply! Lauren attended our rehearsal and was FABULOUS. She jumped right in. She’s kind, warm, fun, and extremely organized. She made my husband and I feel completely at ease and we were so excited to have her with us on wedding day. Any concern of ours was addressed quickly and calmly. If larger issues arose, we were never made aware. She brought us our drinks of choice throughout the night and consistently checked in to see if we needed anything. The day of our wedding, Lauren was at the venue setting things up beforehand, brought us drinks the entire night, and was a calming presence. I have been to multiple weddings and have seen planners drag bridesmaids out on the dancefloor to get the "perfect dancing pictures with the bride." Lauren was not pushy at all and let everything happen naturally.
I have been to so many weddings where the bride and groom, parents, or friends and family members were forced to clean up and load up cars at the end of the night. I was so adamant at the start of this process that I did not want any of my family members having to worry about this at the end of the night. About an hour before the reception ended, Lauren brought everything back to our hotel room. I still have no idea how she got all of it up to the room so effortlessly, but it was all there! The only thing I walked out with that night was one of my guest's shoes she left.

Lauren and her assistant Nicole actually toured the venue with us a couple months in advance, met with us multiple times to really understand our vision and priorities, and coordinated all of the logistics in the month leading up to wedding day. Lauren asked the questions that we never would have thought to ask ourselves, which shows how experienced she is. She also put together a comprehensive timeline, photo shot list, vendor contact list, and decoration details. Our photographer commented on how organized and thorough it all was. Nicole was the one actually at our rehearsal and wedding day, and she was fantastic. I was able to relax and enjoy the day because I knew she would handle everything, and she did! She was completely unknown to my then Fiancé and I before, but finding her was the best thing that could have happened. Lauren is literally the most precise and organized person I have ever met. My other vendors kept telling us that she is very on top of things, easy to work with and one of the most organized coordinators ever. Lauren is so easy to communicate with and helped us develop a plan of how we wanted our wedding day to look. She also was a huge help in reaching out to our other vendors to coordinate details & timelines. She defiantly took the load off of our shoulders as my groom and I both work inflexible hours and didn’t always have the time to coordinate with them.
